“I'm very pleased with Tori. She cared for my two dogs for a couple of days. I found her to be very responsible, communicative on-time and loving towards my fir babies. My doggies were in good hands and I highly recommend her services.”

“Lauren is an amazing pet caregiver! She is assertive, responsible, and very compassionate to animals. She has taken care of my dog, Luna, while I was away for a week and I got frequent updates and photos that assured me that my dog was in Lauren's great hands. She treats others' pets just like her own - her dog Bowie is one of the most well cared for pups out there!”

Eve S.
“I have known Eve for 35 years and for most of those years we lived together. Do you know that heart filling feeling you get when you see someone you love give selfless care to another. The way Eve has existed with our live in animal friends, permanent or foster, has kept my heart full of that feeling. Many images come to my mind. I have many fond memories of Buck, a chocolate-colored mixed breed dog brought home from the shelter she worked at, that could run like the wind and catch just about any frisbee thrown. That is until his knees and hips stop working so well. Buck took up another sport, fishing in the river shallows for crayfish and white rocks. After he took up this sport Eve always made time during walks along the river for his fishing. When we knew his time walking with us was near its end Eve made sure to get him to the river’s edge daily so he could squeeze as much joy in here before he had to be off for a walk in that great elsewhere. Isabella kitty-cat riding on Eve’s shoulder until her breakfast is served. Then there is Finnegan that uses me as a steppingstone and with a short tail flick to my nose as hello, heads to the best place for a morning nap, Eve’s lap. It’s easy to love your own animal friends but with Eve it goes beyond her own and beyond the care she has given professionally. When writing this I looked for but couldn’t find this photo we have of Eve with a baby opossum, the only survivor of a highway misfortune she came upon, sleeping on her head. Then there was the time when the neighbor’s dogs were left humanless when their human went to that great elsewhere. Eve noticed that the dogs weren’t getting the care, food, or water they needed. Eve made sure they got what they needed every day, including cuddles, until the man’s family could get a handle on the situation. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, it is Eve’s nature to love and nurture nonhuman animals. Of course, she does a fine job with humans as well. Michael B.”

Chloe L.

“Chloe is the best! Our puppy, Reese, is 5 months old and we were very nervous about finding someone who can deal with her puppy energy while we are at work. We are so glad we found Chloe. She takes her outside for a potty break, plays with her, and has even taken her to the dog park in our complex for more fun time! Reese loves her Chloe visits as evident by the photos Chloe sends from the visit. Highly recommend Chloe to anyone who wants their pup to be well taken care of in their absence!”

Meegan B.

“This was my first time using Rover and leaving my two cats, Shadow and Luna, in the care of a sitter. Meegan was terrific and took excellent care of my furry babies, sending me regular updates and photos. She did two drop-in visits per day for 6 days. When Meegan came for our first meet and greet, Luna who is normally timid came right out to say hello. On the second meet and greet, Luna plopped down and offered up her belly for a rub, which I took as an excellent sign! Meegan remembered every Instructions I gave from one meet and greet visit to the next, and asked probing questions to make sure she knew all she needed to care for my cats. When I got home from my trip, the two litter boxes had visibly been scooped and refilled, the water bowls were filled, and my cats seemed happy and content with no indication of separation anxiety. Meegan is punctual, professional, friendly and obviously an animal lover. I would absolutely use her services again, and highly recommend her. Rover also made it very easy to communicate.”

He showed up promptly at the agreed upon times for drop-in visits with my dog to walk him around my yard and let him go to the bathroom while I was away for the weekend. “Leah has taken care of my three dogs and my African Grey Parrot for many years. She is reliable and knowledgeable and caring towards all pets. I have entrusted her with my fur babies, and she cared for them as if they were her own. I highly recommend Leah.”

Melissa N.
“Melissa would be an excellent dog caregiver. I’ve seen her take care of her family dog along with her 2 cats, turtle, fish, and birds. She loves animals and I have no doubt that she will be anything less than amazing when it comes to being a dog caregiver with Rover.”

About: I bond with pets quickly-they sense my love for them and I pay attention to the little things, so I sense what they need to be happy. I am working part-time so I fortunately get to make my own schedule! I can be flexible with what your specific pet needs are. I go above and beyond because I enjoy animals so much. We have 2.5 acres of land with walking trails all over. We have a super friendly and playful 2 year old neutered Frenchton named Gus who is 35 pounds and enjoys any and all company! We got our puppy Louie in April. He is a 7 month old French Bulldog. Our 2 cats are pretty shy of other humans and pets outside of their family-so they don’t bother any guests, they just stay out of the way. We also have chickens for eggs-but they are outside and safely caged. We spend as much time as possible outside enjoying nature and our pets happily join us!
