We have 2 wonderful medium sized girls (Myla 8, Josie 1.5) who love all dogs and people! My career in grooming means I truly 'speak dog' and understand their quirks and needs. The visiting dogs are not confined and are free to mingle and find their own place to relax. There are ample dog beds, couches, human beds and floor space for lounging and sleeping. I especially appreciate that Ryan limits the number of dogs he boards at one time to a very small group, & makes sure they vibe well together beforehand. The living space Ryan and his boarders occupy is all on one level, which is great for my dog with arthritis. I also have my Animal Control License and have been an ACO for 2 years now. I love it. I have a passion for animals and will do anything to make sure your fur babies are well kept and safe. I do work full time during the day M-F so midday check-ins are a little hard but morning and nighttime services are always easy for me to accomplish! About: I have taken care of cats and dogs as well as other animals for many years both in my own home as well as at other families homes! I can be relied on to care for the animal as if they are my own and provide lots of love to them! I work as a nanny but am also home each night and my parents are often home during the day when I am not home (they are also animal lovers!). Also happy to help on weekends as well! We have an unfenced backyard but we have a dog play area with its own ramp from the house down into a fenced in area with grass and water and some shade! Inside the house we would either crate the animal at night or if they are not used to being in a crate, keep them in a room separate from our animals with plenty of air conditioning, food, water, playtime, and lots of fun time outside!

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 8 years old and got my very first dog. I love all types of dogs, I can even handle aggressive dogs with ease! I always love to spend my free time with animals. Any availability I have is used to to go towards my pets and hopefully yours! About: I have been grooming dogs for over 18 years, and boarding clients' pups in my home for 16 years. My 13 yr old homeschooled son and I adore all dogs. We have 2 wonderful medium sized girls (Myla 8, Josie 1.5) who love all dogs and people! My career in grooming means I truly 'speak dog' and understand their quirks and needs. I have extensive experience with all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I'm comfortable administering oral and injectible medications, as well as supplements. Our dogs eat a raw diet, so food & water bowls get sterilized after each meal. Since we homeschool, we spend a lot of time at home or close by with friends. My son often has friends over who love to play with dogs. This means we have a great balance of calm & quiet time, as well as active & fun time. Our lovely property has Invisible Fence for about a acre, so any dogs trained on it get to enjoy lots of untethered play time. Every dog who stays gets a temporary ID tag with my address and phone number in case of accidental 'escape' We love couch cuddles, and both of our girls sleep in bed with my son. We also have dog beds everywhere, and crates & gates available when needed.

When I left Fin there, I did not worry, and that is saying something, as I was flying across the country, and leaving my dog in his care. I got very frequent updates and photos on how Fin was doing. “Ryan EXCEEDED my expectations! He has an intuitive way with dogs. He is very knowledgable about dogs & dog behavior. Ryan is the real deal-- a true animal lover & kind, decent human being. He communicated well with pics and updates during my dog's visit. During our initial meeting I felt an instant rapport he had with my dog that put me at ease. His home is VERY dog-centric! The visiting dogs are not confined and are free to mingle and find their own place to relax. There are ample dog beds, couches, human beds and floor space for lounging and sleeping. I especially appreciate that Ryan limits the number of dogs he boards at one time to a very small group, & makes sure they vibe well together beforehand. The living space Ryan and his boarders occupy is all on one level, which is great for my dog with arthritis. There is a wooded trail for walks adjoining the yard, and a guest bedroom if a dog needs some quiet alone time. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan and I plan to use him again!”
