“My flight got cancelled and rescheduled due to the sudden snow storm recently and I was scrambling to find someone to watch my puppy. Kathryn accepted this last minute request and I couldn’t be any more appreciative. I was out of the country and unfortunately had some communication difficulties but she was patient and provided the care my dog needed. Really enjoyed seeing the photos of my pup she would send every time!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 12. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments and have experience with both energetic puppies and senior dogs who need extra patience and care. I love making sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away — whether that means long walks, playtime, or quiet cuddles. I’m a part-time student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of time with your pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care throughout the week and weekends. About: I have always had dogs growing up, and took a leading role in training/retraining both puppies and older rescues. My family fostered Boston Terriers through NEBTR, where I gained experience caring for older dogs, as well as dogs with a high level of medical needs (medications, physical therapy, etc.) I love furry friends of all shapes and sizes, but I cannot own one at this stage in my life due to a stipulation in my lease. I would love to be connected with some amazing animals, in and around the kennett area! Outdoor walks are one of my favorite hobbies, and I would love some company! I work in food service, so my hours are quite different from most! I am available most days after 2pm, into the evening. I do not have much morning availability, as I usually start my shifts around 6am. I am free all day Wednesdays. I enjoy walking in the green spaces of Kennett, away from traffic and heavily populated streets. I house sat for many family friends, and I always operate under the principle of leaving a space better than I found it!
