“Alexis was amazing & I will absolutely be using again! She did 1 hour drop-in visits for my 2 kitties for 8 days & went above & beyond my expectations. This was the first time I’ve ever had to leave them for an extended period of time, so it was also the first time I’ve had to hire someone to help take care of them, so I was pretty nervous. She came over ahead of time to get acquainted with them & myself, stayed in constant communication while I was gone, sent me lots of pictures & updates, & most impressive- got one of my babies to be snuggly & loving with her which is incredible considering their normal disposition around new people (hiding be pretty hissy/unfriendly). That alone let me know just how amazing she is with animals! When I came home their litter boxes were clean, their food & water were full, & they were both perfect condition. I’m so grateful for Alexis & how well she took care of my kitties while I was gone. I knew they were safe & well cared for which made being away from them 1,000 times easier! About: I have worked at my local Veterinary Clinic (3yrs) and Humane Society (1.5yrs) and have lots of animal care experience! I have worked with animals of all ages from puppies to seniors, and have experience in administering all medications and maintaining a clean environment! I am currently unemployed but am eager to find a part-time or full time position to utilize my skills and experience. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, at one point we had 10. I’ve taken dog sat for many people in my church and in our neighborhood. I am currently a freshman at Trine University, so afternoons are best for me! I typically get out of class at 1 pm Monday-Friday. Thursdays I am completely free.
