1. Deanna F.
“Deanna has skills. When our reactive rescue got out of the car, Deanna kept her hands relaxed and at her sides. She continued to talk with us and did not look at our girl. This is exactly how to meet an anxious dog! And our Portia responded by walking right up to Deanna and sniffing her. Portia walked with Rick this walkie. But Portia did walk between Deanna and him. She would normally be as far from anyone not us, as she could get! Most excellent! Our Mr. Baloo has never met a stranger and he was happy to make her acquaintance! We have already rebooked! Thanks Deanna!”
2. Arita G.
“Arita loves animals and would do a great job watching and helping dogs. She currently helps care for two cats and has helped to care for dogs in the past, with great success.”
3. Keegan S.
“We have had Keegan stay at our house to care for our dogs and cats while we were on vaccation several times. He was very kind and caring with our fur-babies. He followed all of the instructions we left for him and treated our house and property with respect. I would highly recommend him for your fur-babies.”
4. Michelle C.
“I've known Michelle for almost 9 years now. I have always found her so very fond of all animals. I've witnessed her love for dogs and cats personally during different get togethers. I'm not sure she could pass a beautiful dog without asking to pet her/him or want to give snuggles. A trusted caregiver in my book.”
5. Jennifer A.
“I have had Jennifer watch not only my animals, but she watched my house multiple times. She is a very trustworthy individual and is very good with all types of animals. She made sure that my animals were taken care of as if I were taking care of them myself. She has not disappointed me yet and I will continue to use her in the future.”
6. Mikendra B.
“Mikendra is very good with pets. She watched my dog Jumper for me a couple weeks ago and he loves her. He was happy to go on walks and play with her. Would definitely recommend her to take care of your fur babies!”
7. Larkayla M.
“Lark is the best!🐾🩷 we have a pretty anxious dog and he always feels safe with her. She goes above and beyond to treat him like family. Her attention to detail & care is far beyond anyone else who we have let watch our dog.”
8. Sarah B.
“Sarah is a wonderfully caring and kind person who is super conscientious and responsible! I completely trust her with any of our pets because I know she will give them the very best care. She has a lot of experience with caring for pets and also a lot of work experience that proves how responsible and dependable she is. She worked with us at our cat cafe and was absolutely terrific at customer service, caring for the cats, cleaning up after them, advertising for us, and doing any task with very little direction. She was a lifesaver and huge support to our small business. The cats loved her too! She was a key holding manager and we would have her come back without hesitation. She has always been very easy to communicate with, and has such a great work ethic and so much positivity! Sarah is a remarkably trustworthy and hardworking person. I highly recommend her!”
9. Makayla B.
“Makayla is awesome! My dog can be hesitant around new people but immediately warmed up to her which I immediately recognized as a win. She went above and beyond to make sure both my dog and I were comfortable, with her excellent communication, flexibility, and easy-going disposition. I would 100% recommend Makayla to anyone looking for exceptional care for their four-legged loved one.”

About: I am a registered Veterinary technician who has worked in the field professionally for 8 years. I've worked ER, Urgent Care and General Practice. I have owned dogs/cats for 20 years+. I have experience with many different species of animals. I can medicate them and monitor them if they’re sick. I can do basic grooming (brushing, slight trims, baths) brushing teeth, and nail trims. I currently own 2 Great Danes, 9 cats and 3 ducks. All my cats are good with dogs. I know that is a lot of animals in my house already, however I own a large 2 story house (almost 3000 sq feet) and keep all dogs separated while eating, at night and when we’re not home. The more animals the merrier! I am very passionate about animals of any kind. Helping animals has been a life long dream of mine that I am now able to fulfill by working at a vets office. I would like to do more for animals by helping them in other ways. I love all kinds of animals, not just dogs and cats. Furry, scaly, small, and large. Outside of Rover, I do have my own pet sitting business, you can visit www (dot) annesanimalcare (dot) org for more information. Currently I am only working part time at a veterinary urgent care so my schedule is pretty flexible. Once I start working somewhere else full time, that might change, will all depend on what I'm working. I care for clients pets just like they are my own. I know how hard it can be to leave your family member with someone you might not know. I promise to take care and love them just like they were mine.

14. Miah P.
About: I have been obsessed with dogs as a child. My parents told me I couldn't get one until I proved I was responsible enough to care for one. After a year of staying on top of the chores and responsibilities my parents gave me. I was finally allowed to go get my puppy and have been involved with dogs ever since! I have now done a 6 week in person dog training course. That came with basic dog first aid and nutrition. If you have any questions feel free to ask! You can find my business page at Solid Foundation Dog Training on facebook! I am currently setting all my own hour for work. I full time train dogs so i often can change my hours if needed. I would love to walk and check in on your pups to make sure they are as happy as can be. When we are not home our youngest pup is in the crate and does great. The older 2 stay in the laundry room and the hall leading to the kitchen with just a gate keeping them in there. They are fed 2 times a day morning and night. They get brushed a lot because of the shedding and they get snuggles on the couch every night. I love training and learning how to train them to do new things.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs, always had at least one in the house. I was trusted growing up to watch and house sit for my friends families if they went away for a weekend. I have some techniques that work pretty well training wise but haven’t had training per say. I live out in the country so there’s plenty of room to take walks and have a big yard, it isn’t fenced in but still plenty of room to roam. I do know of dog parks up north near me as well as some in Fort Wayne that I take my dog to often. I work two night time jobs for only a few hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Usually only 3.5 hours max on Fridays and Saturdays. I’m all for learning dogs routines if watching your dog for an extended period of time. I would prefer to bring my dog with me if staying in your home but it is not a deal breaker, I do have others that will always help with my doggo so I can help you with yours! My dog, Tabby, really has enjoyed meeting new dogs in the time that I’ve worked through Rover, she loves bigger dogs, she’s still not sure around smaller dogs but only because she hasn’t have enough experience around them.
