About: I have worked as a Vet Tech for almost 3 years and have been pet sitting for friends and family since 2017. Reliable, trustworthy, and I love animals! 😃 I work from around 7-4 during the week and am off on weekends. I am able to care for your pets even with my full-time job- as long as your pet’s needs are able to be met with me out for most of the day on weekdays. I usually pet sit in the clients home. Over the years I’ve had Belgium Sheepdogs, Labs, Boarder Collies, “poi” dogs, and currently I own 5, yes, 5 Shelties! Shelties are best known here in Hawaii as the CPB bank commercial dog! They’re an active breed that requires lots of activity and of course, grooming. I am an active member of the Hilo Obedience Training Club, The Hawaiian Herding Dog Association, and am a board member of the Shetland Sheepdog Club of Hawaii. I have spent the last 7 years actively training and competing in obedience and rally trials as well as AKC dog shows. I am happy to send photos of your pet while you are away so you can ensure they are doing well. For boarding I only take one client at a time so you can be assured your pet will get my full attention and absolute best care. I have a fenced in back yard and I allow dogs free reign of the house so they have some room to stretch their legs. I also live in a dog friendly neighborhood that is good for going on walks.
