My female pup is on her development age where she acts skittish and growls when approach by people she does not know. Because of this behavior and having a big pup, I requested a meet and greet to see if Luis can handle my dog. On the meet up, as expected my female pup acted nervous and growled to Luis but Luis was so patient and gentle to took away her fear and slowly earned her trust. During my dogs 3 night stay, Luis took care of my pups like as his own pet. My pups really had vacation of their own, enjoying to Luis’ beautiful dog resort while my family are out of town. Luis has perfect place for dogs where they can have fun for a lifetime.”

They are absolutely amazing people and treat your furbabies as if they were their own. The 4 days that we were on vacation, we received pictures and videos of our boys and were updated via text as well of how they were doing which put this mama at ease knowing they were so loved and so well taken care of while we were away. She does take care of several dogs at once however, when new dogs are brough into her house, she makes sure they are introduced to the other dogs one at a time so it is a calm stress-free process. Justyne is very calm and patient with each dog. Normally after we bring our dogs home from being boarded, they immediately rush to the water bowls then outside to do their business and are sleeping the rest of the day due to the stress. After we brought them home from being under Justyne’s care, they did not even go to the water bowl and were pretty much back to their normal routine as soon as we got home. “Perfect! If you're looking to have great care for your pet look no further. Our dog had a wonderful stay with them. They have 2 dogs of their own that he played with and kept him company. He also loved the attention from Aldrin and Teresa. They are a sweet friendly couple. Someone was always home to watch them and they took him on plenty of walks. That really helps when our dog is in a new place with new faces. We also appreciate their organization and communication skills. They confirmed the appointment the day before, asked good questions about our dog and provided just the right amount of pics/updates. The attention to detail is very much appreciated.
