About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have had both cats and dogs as part of my family for as long as I can remember. I was also an equestrian in my youth, which gave me an early appreciation for animals, their individual personalities, and the importance of patience and gentle, consistent care. I previously worked as an Adoption Counselor at the Humane Society, where I gained hands-on experience caring for animals with a wide variety of personalities and needs. I’m comfortable working with nervous, shy, anxious, and challenging dogs and cats, and I understand that every pet requires a different approach. I have a large 1/4 acre yard with a pool so there’s plenty of room to tire out pups and keep them busy. I also have experience administering medications, trimming nails, and handling routine pet-care needs. Most importantly, I’m patient and attentive and take the time to earn an animal’s trust. My goal is for your pets to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work part time with a flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I’m available 7 days a week. When caring for pets in their own homes, my first priority is always their safety, comfort, and routine. I take the time to learn each pet’s individual habits, personality, and needs before their owner leaves. I’m careful to: * Follow feeding, medication, and care instructions exactly * Keep doors, gates, and windows securely closed * Make sure pets have fresh water and a safe, comfortable environment * Keep dogs safely leashed whenever outside and never leave them unattended in unsafe areas * Be especially attentive with nervous, shy, or anxious pets * Watch for changes in behavior, appetite, energy, or bathroom habits * Keep medications, food, household cleaners, and other potential hazards safely out of reach * Make sure cats remain safely indoors and that doors aren’t accidentally left open * Communicate with owners promptly if I notice anything unusual or concerning I treat every home and every pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own animals. My goal is for you to have complete peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: Our family has lived with and loved dogs for years. Six years ago, we adopted Loki, a 5-month-old puppy from the shelter, and he has been part of the family ever since. Caring for him every day has taught us what pets truly need: patience, routine, and a lot of love. Loki is walked four to five times a day, so we understand how much dogs look forward to their time outside and how hard it is for them to be home alone, especially puppies. My parents are retired and home most of the day, and I help with care as well, so your pet will never be left alone for long. We offer daily walks, feeding visits at your home, and boarding at our home, including overnight and longer stays. Because Loki already goes out several times a day, adding your dog to our routine is easy and natural. Just let us know what works for you, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Our home is quiet, calm, and full of love. We have a small yard where pets can play and stretch their legs safely, and someone is always home to supervise. Loki is a friendly, gentle companion who is used to having people around, and we'd be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet so you and your pet can see how we all get along. Your pet will get plenty of attention, regular walks, fresh water, and meals on your schedule. We'll send you photos and updates so you never have to worry while you are away. Your pet's safety and happiness are our top priority, and we'd be honored to care for them like our own.
