About: I am an experienced dog walker, I know how to administer medications, clean litter boxes, and provide loving and stimulating attention to all animals ! I am free to take care of pets from morning until night Mondays through Thursdays! For overnight sitting I am available weekdays as well as Fridays and weekends. I am a very loving and attentive cat and dog mother. I couldn’t live without my babies and I will treat each pet I watch like my own!

“Edward is a true dog whisperer and so much more than a dog walker. He was extremely patient with our stubborn pittie and knew exactly how to handle him. We are happy to say we found our #1 guy when we go on vacation.”

About: I have been professionally caring for dogs and cats in-home for about 5 years part-time, but I was raised in a home that routinely took in stray and surrendered animals. I am a lifelong vegetarian and 10-year vegan with a deep love for all creatures. In addition to caring for animal companions, I like to leave homes better than I found them. Whenever possible, I do some light housekeeping so that when folks return from their trips, they come back to happy animals and a cozy home where they can just put their bags down and crawl into a bed! PLEASE NOTE: Any requests (by folks I’ve never worked with before) to book additional time off of the Rover app will be declined. This is a safety issue for both parties — I do not enter strangers’ homes without safeguards and advise against folks needing pet sitting services to allow strangers into their home without safeguards. Rover is a means to provide that safety measure prior to establishing a trusting relationship. My posted rates are firm. I ask that folks not haggle or try to negotiate an initial pet-sit off of the app for a cheaper rate.

Gabriella T.
“Gabby has pet sat for me and my family countless times. Each time I have come back to a happy and healthy pup. She was diligent about making sure Cooper got long walks each day, was fed on time, and got lots of love throughout her time staying with him. Cooper gets so excited when Gabby comes over and it gives me such peace of mind leaving him with a responsible and loving pet sitter like Gabby.”

Edward E.

“Edward is a true dog whisperer and so much more than a dog walker. He was extremely patient with our stubborn pittie and knew exactly how to handle him. We are happy to say we found our #1 guy when we go on vacation.”

Monday Angela S.
“Angela took care of my Birman-Siamese cat Sally for about a week. Sally is a very shy kitty but she liked Angela and came out of hiding rather quickly, encouraged by treats (or rather, “courage pellets” as Angela referred to the treats in the videos she sent me while I was away). Angela is super responsible, a reliable communicator, and very good with animals, including timid rescues. Thank you Angie!”

Lisa H.

“Olive absolutely loves her regular walks with Lisa. I appreciate how communicative Lisa is with us, and getting our photo updates of their excursions. Thanks for making Olive happy and her parents' schedules easier!”

Karolyne Michelle C.
“Karol is a loving and caring person and pet sitter! She’s very attentive, communicative and gives the fur babies the best care! I fully trust Karol with my pets and I highly recommend her!”

Gavin K.
“I have a very shy rescue pit bull (Ziggy), who is especially nervous around men. Recently I started having Gavin both walk him and do over nights. Not only does my dog go right to Gavin, he wags his whole body when he arrives to pick him up. The change is not just during drop off and pick up, Ziggy is better on the leash and listening to voice commands than ever. He is calmer and seems to be more trusting. If Gavin can help with a very traumatized rescue, he can help any dog. He’s a great person to have walk and care for your dog.”

Kat D.
“Kat was a wonderful pet sitter when she stayed three nights at our house, watching my 5-pound dog and my daughter's large dog. It wasn't easy, our little dog is jealous of the bigger dog and growls at him. Kat was able to handle it with no problem. She had the little dog sleep with her. She is very pleasant and trustworthy. She had to feed them different foods and separate them. She cleaned up the poop in the yard. She took them on walks. The house was in perfect condition when we got home, I highly recommend Kat.”

Rachel G.

“Rachel was very prompt about responding and keeping me updated. My dog is usually wary around strangers but really enjoyed his walks and was really comfortable with Rachel!”

Chris & Aiste S.

“Chris is so great! Friendly, responsible and very professional. He is so sweet with our dog and takes her on wonderful walks. She comes back super happy and super tired.”

Ilaria M.
“Ilaria is a fantastic caretaker and dog-walker of our pets. We have a golden doodle and Frenchie, both with different personalities and temperaments. She handles both of them with patience and tons of affection. I can say that she is very responsible and respectful - always on time and a good communicator. I would highly recommend Ilaria!”

Monika S.
“Honestly, I know Monika quite well, maybe better than anyone, and I believe her to be part dog herself. I have never known anyone who can bond with every dog they meet. She is a magnet to dogs--every time we walk, dogs immediately pay attention when she enters their space, and they are all, always, madly in love immediately. She is one of those dog people who will fall to the ground and roll around with dogs on their terms. She is not able to have a dog of her own at this time and pines for doggie time. To work at a doggy daycare would be a kind of Heaven for her, I should think. She is also an EMT, meaning she has Useful Medical Skills. While the training is geared toward humans, the ability to assess and triage is universally applicable to all, in my experience. Finally, Monika is happy to be out in nature day and night, so if there is a component of taking dogs for walkies she is a pro! I will sign off by saying I truly cannot imagine anyone more suited for this work than Monika.”

Andrew C.
“Andrew is the absolute sweetest and will give your pup nothing but love and affection. We have been on a few walks together around San Francisco, where he pays great attention to detail, truly caring for the animals around him. I greatly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a responsible, kind, and attentive dog walker or sitter.”
