About: Hey there I’m Elora :D I was raised with both cats and dogs of all sizes/ages/personalities and have been house sitting for the past 5 years as a side gig. When pet sitting, I aim to stay as close to your pet’s schedule as possible, and spend every free moment I have with your animals at home! I love walking around local parks and sending photos of our adventures! House sitting extends beyond just caring for the pets so I also bring in mail, take out trash, water plants, etc. I currently work a hybrid job and enjoy spending my time taking care of animals, as this brings me the most joy. About: Hi there! My name is Sharon and I PAWS (pause) and gasp every time I see a cute dog... (which is every time I see a dog since all dogs are so cute). I love all types of dogs and get super excited when I see one! Throughout the years, I've gained experience taking care of dogs of all sizes and ages. I love getting to spend quality time with them and getting to know their personalities. As a dog lover, I love getting to spend quality time with any dog. My favorite activities include walks, playing fetch, going to the dog park, and just hanging out while giving great head scratches. I aim to create a fun, comfortable, and loving environment for every dog of every size! I work as a therapist and mostly have availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays; however, I sometimes have additional openings during the week which are reflected in my calendar. I start the day by feeding the dogs, letting them rest a bit, and then taking them on a walk outside to get some fresh air. Throughout the day, I continue to interact and play with them, and finish off the day with time spent outdoors followed by dinner.

About: I grew up in a home filled with animals, so caring for furry family members has always come naturally to me. During the 7+ years I lived in Philadelphia, I taught at a large charter school and began house and pet sitting on the side for fellow teachers and staff. Over the years, I had the privilege of caring for so many sweet furry babies, including pets who needed extra attention, medication, and around-the-clock care. I truly grew attached to many of them and missed them dearly when my Philly chapter came to a close in 2024. I make sure pets get regular walks, playtime, feeding, and attention every day. I also keep their space clean and spend time giving them affection. About: My pet care experience began when I started living with my uncle as a teenager. Back in the Philippines, he would rescue puppies and keep them in the house until he could find them a foster home. After school, I would go straight home and take care of the rescues. I would feed them and keep them hydrated, and then take them out for a walk. I also taught them tricks until they could master it without treats. I strongly believed that training is an essential part of their growth. When I moved here, I adopted Astrid as a puppy and she has been with me for 3 years now. My main skills with pets includes strict attention to time management, understanding their behaviors, and attending to their needs. Other skills include having patience, clear communication with owners, being on time, and being responsible with the duties given. I currently work part-time as a cook in a nursing home. On my days off, I usually stay at home either on my computer or take my dog to play outside. I have a lot of leisure time on these days, and I believe that pet sitting will fulfill these times and keep me busy. In my home, I ensure that my dog sleeps and naps comfortably when tired. I make sure that there’s food for her and water always refilled. I keep my dog active by walking around the neighborhood and going to the playground. I also play the guitar and sing songs to her when there is nothing else to do. When she wants to go outside, I let her run free in the backyard surrounded with fences and have a shaded area for her when it gets too hot. I would also leave the door open in case she wants a colder environment which is inside the house. In a client’s home, I would ensure that their pets are well fed and hydrated. If there is an accident, I would willingly be responsible for that and take care of it. I would make sure that their pets are also being engaged in activities so that they would feel less bored when the parents aren’t home.

About: I've taken care of 4 puppies of my own who are all grown now. I've also taken care of 1 bird and bunnies in the past. I have taken care of different breeds of dogs in all shapes and sizes from small poodles or baby huskies and malamutes to larger dogs like Sammys to huskies to even pitbulls and Rottweiler.
