About: I have been owned by cats and dogs in the past. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. I am reliable, responsible and have a "knack" with most pets. I do need to know about any behavioral issues (likes to chew on things that aren't their toys for example). Do they do well with new people? I prefer not to sit pit bull terriers, but mixed breeds I don't have a problem with. About: My friends and family have relied on me to look after their dogs when they’re at work or out of town. My care consists of lots of love, running around in parks and more. About: I was raised on a ranch with all kinds of pets. I can't recall life without dogs we are so fortunate to have them in our lives they are unconditional in the love and affection they give . I was in dog rescue for 21 years as a foster. I had 7 dogs all were what was considered not able to be put in a home do to behavior issues the only option for these dogs was to be euthanized so I kept the rejects and had to stop rescue as to the inn was full and I still dog sat for the dogs that had been at my home until a new home was found . I have extensive experience with all types of dogs . I have a cat who pretends dogs do not exist so she just stays away, my cat was a ferel rescue cat and is now a fat and sassy house cat . I have a large home so have part of it sectioned off where her litter box and food are to keep dogs out of both . If I house sit I have experience with farm animals for feeding. I garden so watering is in my range. I'm home 80% of the time so I'm available. I may run a errand but that's about it . If weather permits and you have a road dog car rides with me are perfect. I spend a lot of my time cooking and blogging I cook for seniors in my community. If I'm gardening outside the dogs are welcome to be with me. I have a double lot so plenty of play room . Half of it is fenced for plenty of play room . I have a crate if needed . Your dog will have free roaming access in my home and allowed on the furniture . If I'm sitting your pet in your home it's your home and your rules that I follow . I have passed my Background check here on Rover to take care of your fur babies. I have passed my 2nd Government Background check to take care of children. I have passed my 3rd Goverment Background check to take care of elders . The point is I want you to be assured your fur babies are safe with me .

About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

About: My own dog, Zeus, who was a German Shepard, had developed hip dysplasia in his elder years. He passed in 2024 but in his last years of life I learned to properly administer his two medications, and was able to trick him into taking them when he was stubborn, which was all of the time. I cleaned up after him while my parents were away and sat with him when he was anxious, which again, was all of the time. I took him on walks when he was younger and was able to handle his strength. I adore dogs and understand the stress of leaving a special needs dog by themselves. If you need a calm energy for your senior dog, or playfulness for your puppy, I'm your guy. At the moment I am still looking for a full or part time job, so my days and nights are completely open for those who need a sitter. I will care for your dog by first making sure they have their nessecities, food, water, medication, and a bathroom break. If we go on a walk I will make sure their harness and leash are secure, and am willing to walk however long your dog wishes to walk. When we come back to your home I will make sure he is uninjured, no issues with the feet or body if we go to a dog park. I am willing to do anything and everything to ensure the safety and health of a dog.
