About: I have worked with and loved many animals throughout my life; gaining experience by working with rescues, shelters and non-profit organizations benefiting dogs, cats and horses in Iowa and Virginia. I have also worked in the pet care industry my whole life. I was a Pet Groomer for 10 years, have worked closely with trainers, supervised daycare & boarding, and have spent the last 3 years in Veterinary Medicine as a Veterinary Assistant. I currently share my home with 3 dogs and a cat. I often care for my parents' dogs; one of which is Diabetic & has recently gone blind. Helping her learn to enjoy walks again has been a great experience! I have experience in most aspects of pet care; dog sitting, boarding, basic First Aid, administering oral & injectable medications, grooming and training, and know that each pet needs a unique, gentle approach. By keeping feeding, walking & potty times the same, I can provide and calm and happy presence for your pet through a positive attitude and relaxed demeanor. I also enjoy providing enrichment for you pet through play, walks, games and treats. Pet care is my life! I am available most every day to help you keep your pets happy and healthy, and to help them thrive in their own, comfortable environment. From a walk around the block a couple times a week, to daily drop in visits while you're at work, and finally house sitting when you're on that special trip, I'm here to be that special friend your pet needs! Keeping your pet safe is my number one priority. From making sure doors and gates are securely shut, to triple checking medicine before it’s given and using an additional slip lead for walks and transport, nothing goes unnoticed!

About: I've been around animals as long as I can remember. There were cats and dogs in the house throughout my entire childhood. My pet-sitting experience comes from family and friends. I have cared for dogs (both large and small), cats, and the occasional fish. While I connect with most animals, big dogs are my specialty. Whenever I meet a big, energetic dog, people notice how they are with me. I work part time, so I should have plenty of time to care for pets. I can stop by in no longer than 5 hour increments if needed. I have a house with a dog and a cat. The yard is fenceless, but there is plenty of space to put a dog on a lead.

About: I have 12 years experience in pet sitting and pet care. I have also owned over 8 dogs and 10 cats in my 24 years! About: Over the past several years I have helped care for family and friend’s pets. I currently have 4 chaotic cats. I’ve always loved looking after our 4 legged friends! I am currently doing factory work so my schedule is a bit more limited. I am fully available three days of the week, and the other four I am available 3:30-10pm. I can walk dogs as needed, as well as provide the attention and play that they need. I am also able to ensure all the owners rules or guidelines are kept to standard.

About: For the past 3 years I’ve house and dog sat my brother’s dog while he’s out of town. The summer of 2024 I nanny’ed for a family that had a large dog I was to care for. I also baby sat for a home, family, and Great Dane for a while. I love doing so and am excited to get to love on other’s pets! I work at Lutheran Services in Iowa as a full time family support worker. I work 95% of my days at home, making it easy to house/dog sit throughout the day! Saturday and Sunday I am completely free! I typically provide over night care when watching pets. I’m able to stay home most of the day which makes it easy to care for pets throughout the day and into the night!

About: I have been pet sitting for three years so family friends and have always been asked back or recommended to others. I will love and care for your pets including walks, play time, pets or cuddles. Typically I will start work at 4:30-5pm going to about 9:30pm and no later than 10:30pm without communication with pet owner. Before my 4:30 shifts on scheduled days I can walk, feed, and play with your pet as much as they need. I have one medium sized older dog in my home who does not care much for other dogs at his age and a male cat that keeps to his own as well. We have a medium sized fenced in yard and a large safe neighborhood to walk around. In your home I am easy to adjust to your pets daily routine and needs.
