About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

“We were nervous about hiring a stranger to house sit all of our animals- there are five- plus fish. We had had friends of friends house sit for us until this point, and something usually went wrong. Like they killed off a whole tank of fish or that they ignored our parrot, so she plucked out quite a few feathers, and we had never left our dogs with anyone who wasn't family. We have a rescue whose previous owners severely abused him, and he takes a second to warm up to people- for this reason, we haven't left either of them in four years. They've always come with us on vacation, or one of us stays home. This time we couldn't take them, and it was a tough decision. The highest praise I can give Zachary is that Henry (our rescue) snuggled him. I am so grateful for everything Zachary did for us, from nightly proof of life photos to the meet and greet beforehand to simply asking questions to make sure he cared for everyone the way we do. Since getting home about fifteen hours ago, we've already rebooked him and given his name to one of our friends who doesn't like to leave her dog. If you want a kind, caring and dependable person to care for your animals, Zachary is it.”

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a dog and recently became a dog owner myself, and I quickly realized just how much joy, comfort, and companionship they bring into our lives. I’m completely obsessed with my own pup and know firsthand how important it is to have someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable when you can’t be there. There was a time when I needed someone to help care for my pup, and I remember how much that support meant to me. Now, I’d love to be that person for other pet parents. My pup is crate-trained and has his own comfortable space for when I’m not home, but otherwise he’s free to roam around the house as he pleases. We also have a backyard where he can safely enjoy some fresh air, play, and explore. I want any dog staying with us to feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life, most of which was more than 3 dogs at a time! I’ve had everything from small 30 pound mutts to 120+pound mastiffs. I currently work from home and have 2 wonderful pittie pups, one of which is a tripod. I live in a quiet neighborhood in Plainfield perfect to host your fur baby while you’re away! I work from home and can stay in your home or host your fur babes at our house. I don’t have human kids, only fur kids! I have a fenced in yard and have 2 dogs of my own. I have a house that has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and safe.

About: Hey, my name is Bailey and I love working with animals. I grew up on a farm with horses, goats, chickens, but most importantly cats and dogs. When I was a kid my grandparents bred puppies and I would help take care of them. Moving forward anytime someone needed help feeding and walking their dogs I volunteered. I have dog sat many times and had dogs come to my house a few times as well. I have one dog myself, a pit mix named Goofy. I work part-time 5 days a week. I'm available for overnight stays and can walk and feed your pet both before and after work. I consider myself very active and will be happy to take your dogs on plenty of walks. I can walk around your neighborhood or take a quick trip to a nearby park. I love playing with dogs and cats, especially laser and fetch. I love fetch. I have a special needs cat and I make my own food and treats for my dog so if your animal has any dietary or medical requirements I will happily rise to the occasion.

About: As a former 100% remote worker I have been the go-to pet sitter for my family and friends for years! I have experience with all ages of dogs and with administering medicine. I have a very flexible schedule and am willing to work around your pet's needs! I love being outside and can take your dog on walks, play outside, or give them rest inside.
