I don’t just love animals, I notice the small details, follow their routines closely, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away. As a dedicated dog parent, I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and energy levels, including senior dogs who need a slower pace and extra support, puppies who require consistent supervision and routine, and pets who need additional patience or reassurance in new environments. I’m comfortable administering oral and topical medications, following detailed care instructions, and maintaining specific feeding schedules, including pets with special diets or picky eating habits. I’m also used to managing multiple care needs at once, such as balancing walks, feeding routines, and medication timing for more than one pet in a household. I also know how important peace of mind is for pet owners, so I provide regular updates, photos, and clear communication throughout each stay or visit. For example, I make it a point to share how your pet is adjusting, how they’re eating, and any little personality moments that help you feel connected while you’re away. My goal is for your pets to feel relaxed, loved, and well cared for, like they’re on their own little vacation. 🥰 Since I am a student completing school online, I spend a lot of my time at home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and dedicate plenty of attention to the pets in my care. I love being able to take breaks from studying to spend time with animals, whether that’s going for a walk, providing companionship, or keeping them on their normal routine while their owners are away. My own dogs are a big part of my daily life, so caring for animals already fits naturally into my routine. I understand that pets thrive on consistency, attention, and feeling comfortable in their own environment, and I’m happy to provide that extra love and care when you can’t be there. Animals are my passion, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. As a dedicated “helicopter dog parent,” I understand how important it is to feel confident and at ease when leaving your pets in someone else’s care. For dog walking, I ensure each walk is safe, enjoyable, and tailored to your dog’s needs—whether that means an energetic outing or a relaxed stroll with plenty of sniff time. I’m experienced with a range of personalities, leash behaviors, and special requirements. For in-home care, I maintain your pet’s normal routine and provide attentive, reliable care while you’re away. I have experience with both cats and dogs, including administering medications, following detailed instructions, and managing feeding schedules. About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 5 years and have experience with both dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I also worked for a woman who owned her own Yorkie breeding business for a year, where I helped care for puppies and adult dogs daily. Along with that experience, I’ve helped neighbors, friends, and family with feeding, walking, playtime, overnight care, and giving pets plenty of attention and affection. I’ve also worked with cats for 2 years, and they’re one of my favorite animals to care for. I’m dependable, patient, and treat every pet like they’re my own. My schedule is flexible, and I do my best to accommodate each pet parent’s needs. I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, overnight care, and extended stays depending on availability. I’m reliable, communicative, and committed to keeping pets on their normal routine as much as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I pay close attention to routines, behavior, and any special instructions to make sure every pet feels secure and cared for. I create a calm, positive environment and make sure pets get plenty of supervision, affection, exercise, and attention while in my care. About: Ever since I was little, I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs and cats for family and friends. From the most energetic puppies to anxious rescues, I am very experienced in pet care, and will ensure your furry friends receive all the love and attention they deserve while you’re away! I am currently taking a break from school, making me available all throughout the week to help with anything you need—including walks, check-ins, and house sitting. I cannot care for your pets in my home because my dog gets very anxious around other unfamiliar animals. However, I can definitely stay in your home where your pets feel the most comfortable, & will take care of them exactly as you would like!

About: I’ve had animals my entire life, most of which was more than 3 dogs at a time! I’ve had everything from small 30 pound mutts to 120+pound mastiffs. I currently work from home and have 2 wonderful pittie pups, one of which is a tripod. I live in a quiet neighborhood in Plainfield perfect to host your fur baby while you’re away! I work from home and can stay in your home or host your fur babes at our house. I don’t have human kids, only fur kids! I have a fenced in yard and have 2 dogs of my own. I have a house that has plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and safe.

About: I have 7 dogs and 4 cats of my own and they are all spoiled beyond compare. I love animals and have also worked at a Petco and learned about nutrition and some training from the dog trainers that I worked along side. I am quite flexible in the afternoons when it comes to taking care of the animals needs. I work 8-4 Monday through Friday and with what I do it is hard to leave in the middle of the shift but available outside of that as needed! I am always weary of low water bowls, sticking to an animal's routine and giving them all they love they need and then some. My personal animals are schedule fed with a fenced in back yard and all the toys and stimulation they need.

About: I’ve been looking after my family’s, as well as my own animals for years. I can appropriately handle both higher and lower energy animals, as well as care for animals that need special attention. Two of my kittens have asthma so I’m good with around the clock medications when they are needed. I’m currently a freshman in college, I have a part time job with super flexible hours and work schedules. I don’t mind staying over or even dropping by every few hours if they don’t need 24 hour supervision. I am very capable of taking larger or even smaller dogs on walks if needed, or just keeping an eye on them in the yard. I don’t mind cleaning up after them as well. Most of the cats that I have are rescues and require taking medication so I do have experience with administering those when needed.

“Josh was fabulous! Our dog really needed extra care emotionally since we had to have our other dog put down a month ago. Josh was here with him most of the time! During the meet and greet he took meticulous notes! He even brought him a treat (after checking with me.) Josh was able to administer several different meds too with confidence. His communication and pictures throughout his stay was a wonderful way to keep up with his care. He's very responsive, responsible, respectful, and kind. About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

We had her come earlier than we needed to leave so she'd have time to get to know our little weirdo. She was kind and patient while we finished getting ready. We arrived home to a happy, relaxed Arlo, and to us that's everything. We absolutely trust Brea and hope she's available for all of our outings! Highly recommended. A+, 5 star experience!”
