About: I have five cats of my own. I had a cat that had chronic kidney disease, which I had to give daily medications for. My five now range from 1 year old to 14 years old. I am comfortable with trimming cat nails as well if you are in need.
About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

Currently, I have a tuxedo kitty named, Mr. Sir. His is my laid back, street rat, expert hunter that does not like to be indoors. I have currently have a flock of 14 chickens. This is my second flock of chickens owned since 2019. I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. We used to love to take long strolls around the neighborhood and visit our pals at the local dog park. We would cook dinner and lounge around watching our favorite flicks. We even took car rides around town when we got bored. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. Maple, my lab, was a diabetic for 7 years, requiring insulin injections. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. The dogs struggled in the hotel and we were told that they could not stay alone as they cried and whined while we were away. Patty enjoyed her day with Dustin and the rest of the pups. She loves meeting new people and pups but can be a bit shy and clinging at first but it was clear from the photos that Dustin provided that she was happy and content while we were away. She isn't used to being around several dogs and Dustin did a great job getting her settled in. She loves laying in the sun and roaming around grassy areas and Dustin's yard was like a big wonderful park for her where she could be off leash and enjoy the outdoors and running. About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. About: I have had a Newfoundland for the last 8 years, he is back at home with my parents. I also just recently got a golden retriever/australian shepherd mix who is now 6 months old! I have always loved animals, especially dogs and I would love to get the opportunity to work with you and your dogs. It would also provide excellent socialization skills with my dog now. I don't have a lot of experience with small dogs, but I am more than willing to walk them and play with them. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for many years. I love dogs of all sizes. A lot of my clients I dog sit for reply on me for letting their dogs out, playing with them, giving them lots of love and treats - of course, and taking them on walks I’m currently working part time so I will have time to let your dogs out and feed them. My work schedule is also super flexible. I like to follow instructions given to me by the owner(s). Whatever you would like to happen, I’m open to. If you prefer for me to crate your dogs when I leave, I can. If you prefer for them to free roam, I can also do that.

About: I have been obsessed with dogs since I was little. Always wanting to have one, pet one, and just interact with one. I currently have a GSD, who is a handful, that I love dearly. I’m currently working 12 hour shifts with a rotating schedule. My available days change every week, but I know my schedule very far out in advance. I am very mindful of doors being closed all the way before and after taking your furry baby for a walk. Will provide them with water and treats before and after. I can also put them back into their crate before leaving if required.
