“Our first Rover experience was last weekend with Lace and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Auggie was a little nervous at drop off and she was so calm and patient with him. He warmed up quickly after I left, and she sent a photo to show him getting cozy with her pup, Tynan. Throughout the weekend, Lace was extremely responsive to any messages we sent and shared lots of photos and updates. When we were running late for pick-up due to traffic, Lace was so accommodating and brought Auggie to our house just before we arrived. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would!”

“Winn was the best to work with! He was extremely responsive to messages, met us for a meet and greet with our pup to get her comfortable with his space. He was attentive to our pup paying close attention to her temperament and making sure she felt comfortable in his space. She is wary of new people but warmed up to him nicely. Highly recommend Winn and we will be returning clients for sure.”

“Lyv and Alieu were amazing! It was Monty's first Rover experience/first time staying overnight with new people, and he's still adapting to life outside the shelter, so naturally, we were a bit nervous. Lyv was very communicative the entire weekend, and it was very apparent that they have a ton of experience with all types of dogs. Monty is very finicky, and we know he can be a difficult house guest at times, but it was clear that Lyv adapted quickly to his needs and read his emotions very well. Monty had a bit of a tough time one night, but Lyv communicated with me immediately and was so kind and understanding about his less-than-ideal behavior. As a first-time dog mom with an anxious dog who is still exhibiting new behaviors randomly, I really appreciated Lyv's kindness, care, and compassion.”

Lyn was gentle and kind and in spite of the surprise, was ready to care for Stella. We came home to a happy and healthy puppy! I can’t say enough about how grateful we are.”
