She sent us pictures and updates throughout the time we were gone, showing just how relaxed and happy our dog was in her care. When he whined about sleeping in his crate, she kindly let him share the bed with her (with our approval, of course!). He even seemed disappointed when we came home 😉. We cannot recommend Helena more highly!!”

It was clear how much they immediately took to him and how happy they were with him around. And on top of that, he took some incredible action shots of our dog flipping for the frisbee, which he threw for her each day the sun was shining. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful care Carson gave our dogs and the peace of mind he gave us while traveling. About: I have been blessed to grow up with a variety of animals in and around my home. I’ve had a variety of dogs that have ranged from 12lbs to 200lbs. I’ve also had cats in the home, as well. I have taken care of the basics of feeding them, giving clean water (daily), maintaining the litter box (as needed) and even giving insulin injections (to both felines and dogs). I’ve trained many of my larger breed dogs and my service dog. Bathing, feeding, walking and not just for my pets, but also friends & family. Since my sweet Bella (pictured) passed I actually have a 20lb Boston Terrier, named Lucy, now. I also live on a farm where we have 3 miniature horses and one thoroughbred big boy. I’m very flexible in my schedule and if I was needed to stay for extended periods of time, my animals would be taken care of. I’ve been on medical disability for 4 1/2yrs now. Other than my appointments I have throughout the week, my only other commitment is the upkeep of my home and taking care of my animals. I would not be bringing clients pets to my home, as it’s a spacious and fenced in yard; however, we have one dog who doesn’t play well with others. In a client’s home, unless asked by the owner, the only thing I would remove from the home (temporarily), would be the pet. I’m very cautious with another’s fur baby; so, I would treat it as my own with love, snuggles and a gentle touch. I’m always aware of my surroundings, especially with something so precious, to another. I’ve always been described as very trustworthy and compassionate, with people, as well as, with their animals. Pampering and maintaining a secure environment for your animal(s), no matter the type or the amount you may have. This way, you know that one of your family members is in the best hands possible while you take a vacation for your own self-care.
