“Hubs and I travel full-time for work, so we have to find new dog care when we move around the country. So glad we found Rochelle and Tater for a week when I went for a getaway. We got lots of updates, pics and video. Grateful for Rochelle's great care. We'll definitely be back if we take another long weekend while we're in the area. 🤩”

About: I have 7 years experience of working as a veterinary technician / kennel assist. My special skills is having patience, being understanding and a soft heart for fur babies. I’m currently working part-time on furthering my education online so I will be available to walk your fur babies Monday- Friday from 8:00am-2:00pm. I care for my own fur babies a tremendous amount and yours will be cared for the same. I am very much a giver, and they will receive happiness.

About: I love dogs and cats. I grew up having 2 dogs, that yearly gives birth for 4-6 pups, and 3 cats , that also gives birth almost yearly. I am doing pet sitting because I can't afford having my own pet as of now. I have 3 kids of my own and I also run an In-Home Childcare. But I also want my kids to grow up being around pets. Being able to take care of pets brings back mg good old memories when I was still a child. I may have my day job with kids but I know I can still take care of dogs and cats at the same time. We have an unfence front yard but there is also a park just around the corner so walking and playing wont be that hard. I may have a work but I am still able to take care of your furbabies same time as I take care of my own. I have my own pup that can be a good friend and company for yours. He is good with cats so it will be a great playdate for everyone.
“Anthony was so accommodating and understanding when my flight home was cancelled for 3 days due to the February freeze. During that stressful time, it was a weight off my shoulders to know that my Yorkie was well taken care of back home!”

“I was very anxious using a dog sitter as this was my first time. Amanda was the best. She put my mind at ease and cared for my dog like it was her own. I received daily checkins and videos of my dog. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her to others.”

“I had a good experience in boarding my 2 Rottweilers ages 9 and 11 months to Luis. My female pup is on her development age where she acts skittish and growls when approach by people she does not know. Because of this behavior and having a big pup, I requested a meet and greet to see if Luis can handle my dog. On the meet up, as expected my female pup acted nervous and growled to Luis but Luis was so patient and gentle to took away her fear and slowly earned her trust. During my dogs 3 night stay, Luis took care of my pups like as his own pet. My pups really had vacation of their own, enjoying to Luis’ beautiful dog resort while my family are out of town. Luis has perfect place for dogs where they can have fun for a lifetime.”

“Benny had a great time playing with Jill’s dogs and what a great backyard for dogs to play in. Jill sent an update with picture halfway through the one night stay. Will use again”

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
