I have a fenced yard with two friendly dogs who are crate trained. My six-year-old daughter is very compassionate and hands-on with caring for the animals in our home. I have several years of housesitting and pet setting for others and have been told I leave homes better than I found them and come highly recommended.

Although our yard is not fenced, all dogs are closely supervised outdoors and taken on multiple leashed walks each day. Our property offers plenty of space for safe walks, exploring, and sniffing. I recently completed my PhD at Baylor University and bring responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability to everything I do. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I will treat your dog like part of our family while keeping you updated throughout their stay. I have cared for pets for friends, family, and others since high school, with more regular pet-sitting experience in recent years. Please note that dogs staying in our home must be comfortable using stairs. I work from home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available throughout the day for regular potty breaks, companionship, feeding, medication, and plenty of attention. I already follow a consistent routine with my Standard Poodle, Maggie, including multiple leashed walks each day. Because we live on a farm, visiting dogs also have plenty of opportunities to walk, explore, and sniff while remaining safely supervised. I follow each pet’s usual feeding, walking, medication, and sleep routine as closely as possible. In my home, dogs are always supervised outdoors and receive multiple walks around our farm. I also provide regular photos and updates so you can feel confident your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I am willing to walk, play, bathe, feed, and cuddle your dog! I am free in the morning and evenings. Free most weekends! I work 8-5 but flexible to leave during the day if needed! I don’t mind staying with your dogs. In a clients home I don’t mind driving or picking the pets up! I am willing to stay at your home or just check in/ feed/ walk when needed.
