About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. I know for many people today their pets are a furry part of the family, so I would treat them with the same love and care I give my cats and dobies, and make sure your animals are genuinely cared for while you are away. I know what it means to be a good and responsible sitter, and I can guarantee if you trust me with your pets you will not regret it! I'm offering drop-in sitting and dog walking, and I cannot wait to have the opportunity to meet your pets. I work full time, but am available outside of standard working hours to spend plenty of time with your pups! I have pets of my own so I know how important it is to spend time with them & make sure they are happy while you are away. About: I absolutely love dogs, and will treat your baby like mine. I got into this because finding good care for my dog is such a stressful experience as my tolerance for risk is extremely low. I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.

Reactive dogs are in good hands, and no challenge for me. Backyard play, hiking, and other forms of exercise are all within my wheelhouse. I can walk dogs on/off leash at request depending on local rules. My credentials include over a decade of professional care experience for humans & animals of all ages/abilities. I am in the process of acquiring a certification in R+ behavioral training for canines - this is a completely positive reinforcement based program! I strive to work on communication as a solid base for training. Whether you need a drop in during a long work day, or a week away with the family, I will happily keep your pets cozy until you return. About: I am a veterinary assistant that has been taking car of pet for at least 9 years. I started pet sitting for my family and neighbors pet. Then I whent to the pound walking and helped in the clinic. Then I became a veterinary assistant to help more animals. I am currently working full time 10 hour shifts with 3 days off a week. About: A little about me: I’ve had a dog by my side every day since I was six years old — dogs are an integral part of my life, not just something I do on the side. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of every size, age, and temperament, from tiny lap dogs to a 90-pound Labrador, and from bouncy puppies to dogs in their older years. Experience: My deepest experience is with senior and special-needs dogs. My Labrador had a series of health challenges, including three separate leg surgeries. I nursed him through every recovery, which meant walking him with a support sling until he was back on his feet. When he was later diagnosed with cancer, I cared for him through hospice at home — giving his daily medications and keeping him comfortable and loved right to the end. So if your older dog needs medication, a little mobility help, or just extra patience and gentleness, that’s something I genuinely know how to do. I’m just as comfortable with high-energy dogs. That same Labrador was a handful in his younger years, so I know what it takes to keep a strong, active dog happy and well-exercised. I also love puppies and understand the patience and consistency they need. I’m happy to walk more than one dog at a time, and I have experience with leash-reactive dogs — I know how to keep walks calm, controlled, and low-stress for a dog who needs a little extra management. Right now I share my home with two girls — a 15-year-old Chihuahua mix and a 2-year-old Cairn Terrier — so both ends of the age spectrum are part of my daily routine. Before them I’ve cared for several terriers and a Border Collie mix, among others. I walk my own dogs every single day and I’ll keep yours on a good routine too. I’ve also dog-sat for family and friends who were thrilled with the care I provided — beyond looking after their dogs, I kept their homes tidy, watered plants, and brought in mail, treating each home with the same respect I’d give my own. Services: I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting: • Dog walking — I keep dogs safely leashed and give them a proper outing with a good sniff, steady exercise, and a potty break, adjusting the length and pace sensibly for the weather. • Drop-in visits — I come to your home to feed, refresh water, handle potty breaks, play, and give plenty of affection, plus tidy up any little messes before I head out. • House sitting — I stay overnight in your home and keep your dog’s whole world running on schedule (feeding, walks, medication, playtime, and steady company) while also looking after your place by keeping it tidy, bringing in the mail, and watering plants. Availability: I work from home and set my own hours, so I’m around for your dog far more than the average sitter — and I can be flexible to fit your schedule. Pet care is the center of my day, not an afterthought, which means real time and attention whether it’s a midday walk, an unhurried drop-in, or being present in your home throughout the day on an overnight stay. The only exception is the occasional family commitment, which I always know about well in advance, so I can be upfront about my availability every single time. To give you a sense of how I run a day: my own dogs eat at 8am and 6pm, get a 20–40 minute walk in the evening, and I stay attentive throughout the day to when they need to go out. My younger dog gets dedicated playtime with her toys, and my senior girl gets her medication right on schedule every other day. I keep that same consistency and attention for any dog in my care — sticking to your dog's normal feeding, walking, medication, and potty routine so their world stays steady while you're away. When I care for your dog in your home, safety comes first. I keep all doors and gates closed and latched, and I'm constantly aware of where your dog is — especially any time I'm heading in or out, so there's no chance of an escape. I follow whatever house rules and routines you set. I also treat your home with the same respect I give my own. When I dog-sat for family and friends, I kept their house tidy, watered their plants, and brought in mail while they were away. I will leave your home just as you left it, keep you updated with photos while you're gone, and communicate quickly about anything that comes up. My goal is for you to come home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and a house in good order.

About: I have been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had 13 dogs, so caring for them and being surrounded by animals was a significant part of my childhood. Presently I am able to provides services at your home only ( except for very young puppies and kittens who can stay with me if needed) -in your home I’m most familiar with cats and dogs. I am glad to keep your pets environment fresh during visits including waste clean up, hair brush or deshedding with your tools, refresh food, water bowls as needed. I will have non-toxic cleaners for hard surfaces if needed.
