âThis was our first daycare experience and Jessica was so helpful in making sure we eased into it. She made Nora feel comfortable and happy, and kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. Weâre looking forward to coming back more regularly!â

âMy pups had such a great day with Christine and Danielâs! They are nice people and communicative. My dogs came home happy, worn out and went to bed early. Happy I found them!â

âThank you Beth for watching Nellie for the day! She loved meeting all the dogs, chickens, and goats. When we picked her up she was asleep in the car within 2 minutes. Highly recommend Beth and we will definitely reach out next time weâre in Tucson!â

About: When I moved into my house in 2018, one of my first priorities was to get a dog. Recently, Addie, who spent the past 7 years with me, had to be put down unexpectedly. I miss her a ton, and I would love to open my home to another dog (the yard just calls out for it), but I am unable to adopt at the moment for logistical/financial reasons. I would love for your pets and I to keep each other company while I work from home during the day! I am a diligent and reliable person who works remotely as a paralegal, so I always need excuses (whether walks, play, food, snuggles, or just potty breaks) to get up from my desk and move at intervals throughout the work day. I love animals of all kinds - in addition to my own dog, I can submit my friends' pets as references (Mildred the cat likes me better than her owner's wife, and Maggie the dog is obsessed with me while spurning every other friend her owners have). I'm also a birdwatcher and a huge fan of all the wildlife in my yard, from bunnies to lizards. My dog training and medical/senior pet care skills are limited, but I am open to learning and strongly attentive to detail - I will be sure to give your pet what they need. I work from home during the week, with approximate hours of 7 am - 4 pm M-F. On Tuesdays I have appointments in the afternoons, so I will not be available for day care that day. Weekend availability will depend on my plans. I don't have any pets at home currently. I have a screened-in patio with a dog door leading to the fenced-in backyard. When the weather is nice (not too hot), I like to work in the patio. The yard backs onto a wash, so there is a lot of wildlife in the area. Javelinas and coyotes frequent the area but cannot get into the yard. I have seen two rattlesnakes in the yard in 7 years of living here. I would not leave small/medium dogs or cats outside unsupervised. If you give permission, I would feel comfortable leaving large dogs who are snake trained outside while I'm in the house (as I often did with my 80 lb golden doodle).

âEmma had a blast! She came home happy and exhausted from a super fun day with Shanda! Shanda was awesome! She me pictures and videos and kept me updated! I would and will leave Emma in her care any day!â

âMy pup was so excited to see Paloma (and Boomer!) when she went for daycare! I feel good knowing that my pup isnât bored at home when Iâm out for a long days work!â

âOur two pups enjoyed their day with Barbara. We felt very comfortable leaving them with her. She has a big fenced safe backyard for playing. Barbara was easy to communicate with and we really appreciated that she sent us an update with pictures mid-day.â

âWe all loved Jewel and Scout! Louie was nervous, but usually is at a new place. I could tell he was going to be comfortable with them both after meeting and talking. He did great and I couldn't be happier with the care given by Jewel. Thank you so much!â

âFox had a blast with Stephanie and Didace! She still has lots of training to do as a newly rescued pup, but Didace took the time to let me know how she did and how he implements training when I picked her up. They sent tons of pics, and itâs clear she had a wonderful day :)â
About: I have had large and small pets since i was a child. I understand the needs and wants of a dog or cat. I have cared for nine puppies simultaneously and walked dogs around my neighborhood for years! I currently work part time and currently care for my own animals. I know the amount of attention and time that goes into our pets to keep them happy and i am willing and able to care everyday every few hours. I can easily crate small dogs if needed and have an apartment for cats or small dogs. However, i would love to keep your pets entertained in your own home, even playing outside with them and walking them multiple times. Even keeping the litter clean!
About: I currently work from home and am available for all of your dogs needs from companionship, stimulation and bathroom breaks. I pride myself on being available to the dogs and a present pet parent. I work from home and your pet will be included in my day to day activities as if it were my own. I am very attentive caring and sensitive to the needs of my pets which in turn will make me sensitive to the needs of your pet. The pets in my home are cared for as family, they get free reign of the house, they have full access to my back yard and they are not left alone in the back yard.
âPamela was absolutely amazing with our 14 year old Benji. She made his stay very comfortable, and she sent us pictures to let us know he was happy and safe!â

âOur dog stayed with Sylvie for daycare. Sylvie sent us a video of Mindy being brushed and she was really enjoying the attention. She also sent additional pictures of Mindy being held and cuddled. Mindy was happy to see us but not in the least anxious. We are considering an overnight visit prior to the week-long boarding in November Sylvie really loves what she does. She has a great area dedicated to the pets' needs. Pets are not confined only to this area. Looking forward to going back.â

About: You may have noticed from my profile an extended gap in my Rover activity due to my relocation from Columbus, Ohio now to Tucson, AZ. I have resided in Arizona for almost 2 years now and have decided to continue with Rover. I have 5 years of clinical experience working and interning with numerous veterinarian professionals ranging from canine to bovine species. I have worked with special needs animals that require assisted walks, special medication and working with elderly, blind, and deaf animals. I currently have my dog, Angel, and my cat, Nefertari. I have been pet sitting and dog walking for over 4 years and have encountered many different personalities and schedules that each animal is on. If you have any questions please donât hesitate to ask. I am currently working from home full time which allows me to keep an eye on your fur babies during my normal week day . Your pets will be well cared for in my home as I will accommodate to their schedules as best as possible. Pets are welcome to sleep on the furniture and are not normally crated so if your pet is crate-trained you may want to bring theirs while staying in my home. If I do need to leave the animals at home alone, I set up baby gates to keep pets from different homes separate.
About: I have had dogs my whole life and have always taken care of them when other members of my family have been unavailable. I have also watched friends dogs while they are gone. I recently graduated college so I have a lot of free time. I am available most days as of now. I also am free all throught the day as well. I live in a spacious apartment building that is very pet friendly. Our complex also has a very nice outdoor dog park that is a great place for them to get some outdoor time and play.
