“Thanks Dana! Mia tells me she had a great time with you! I really appreciate the one-on-one attention that you gave her! She will be happy to visit you again next time we leave town.”

“Rich and Jeanette took wonderful care of our 3yo pug for almost two weeks, while we were on vacation. They sent us pictures and updates every two days or so and I am sure they would send more or less often, if requested. Schedules were super easy to set up with them including a meet and greet prior to boarding. Will use for boarding again in the future and highly recommend to others!”

“Vicky was very sweet and I felt comfortable leaving my pet there knowing she would be well taken care of. I was given updates and received pictures throughout the time Jane was away. Would recommend and would book with Vicky again. Thanks!”
“Kat took such great care of Luna. We were able to meet ahead of time for my dog to get acquainted with kat’s dog and house. Kat sent photos and kept us looped in the whole time we were away. I felt 100% confident that my dog was well cared for and happy.”

“As always, Samson loved his time with Barbara and all of his doggy friends. He cried the whole way home after his stay because he missed her already! ❤️”

“Amazing dog family. I had to go out of town for a few days and didn't have any problem at all with fear or apprehension because I knew my animal is cared for. Extra playtime and walking because my dog is super energetic and needs the exercise. Thanks for the great job.”

“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! Your dog will be in good hands.”

“Our Louie loved being with Christie, Daniel and their beautiful family. He got along with their pups and was ready for a long nap when he got home. That tells me he had an amazing time and we can't wait for our next visit!”

“Cashmere was well taken care of by Ana. My little dog got to play with Ana’s little dog. The socialization was great. Cashmere was taken on walks in the neighborhood. Ana did a great job communicating to me on a regular basis. She sent pictures and video often. We had a god experience.”

“Chip had a great time at Lara’s! He’s still a puppy so he liked being able to run and play with the other dogs. I appreciated that he was able to hike with the other dogs and horses too. Highly recommend and Lara will be my first choice if we need a sitter again!”

“My dog Kora loves staying with Courtney and her family - she comes back rejuvenated and happy. Courtney is always top on my list for boarding. Great communication, flexibility, and very caring. 10/10.”

“Sylvie is the BEST! I live about 30 miles away but I feel very comfortable leaving my lil fur baby Lucy w her. Lucy still suffers from separation anxiety but she absolutely loves it at Sylvie's Den where she plays all day with cookie & the other house guest ???. I love that Sylvie cares so much about the pups. She gave me suggestions about food & things I should do to help my lil rescue adjust & be healthy. So glad I found Sylvie, she's the BEST!!! ”

“I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care you provided to our beloved Ana. Your warmth and professionalism were truly appreciated. The photos you shared during her stay were delightful and reassuring, showing us that she was thriving under your attentive care. Thank you for ensuring Ana received her medicine promptly, demonstrating your commitment to her well-being. We are sincerely grateful for your outstanding service, and we look forward to entrusting Ana to your care again in the future.”

“Michelle was a dream for my Desi girl! She is so incredibly kind, caring and attentive to my pup 😊. I appreciated her consistent communication while I was out of town, her experience with dogs is invaluable, I HIGHLY recommend her to all pet owners!”

“I’m an extremely anxious cat mom of three, and leaving my babies for a whole week felt incredibly stressful. From the moment I met Pat before I left for my trip, she put my mind at ease, and throughout the 8 nights she stayed at my home, she went above and beyond in every way. Pat sent me 10+ photos a day, which meant so much to me. I could see my cats’ sweet faces and their comfort in her care. She gave me frequent updates on their eating habits, litter box use, playtime, and overall behavior—every thing that matters so much to a cat parent when they’re away. She treated them like her own and slept with them every night so they wouldn’t feel alone. I felt truly lucky to have found her. I came home to a clean house and happy, relaxed kitties. If you're a fellow anxious pet parent, or just someone looking for the absolute best care for your pets, I cannot recommend Pat highly enough. She’s thoughtful, communicative, responsible, and clearly has a genuine love for animals.”

“Katherine was so amazing and attentive to my cat while I was gone on a month-long trip! She is clearly very knowledgeable about cats, and my shy kitty warmed up to her right away. I definitely recommend Katherine as a sitter and will be using her services again!”

“Aubrey is an exceptional cat sitter. She is professional, personable, reliable, timely, thorough, observant, and she clearly loves animals. She goes above and beyond, playing with our cats, giving them lots of snuggle time, sending us many delightful pictures. She noticed some little scratches on one cat, and offered to trim their nails - something we had never even tried! It was reassuring knowing she was visiting our house every day and, though not part of the job, we could count on her noticing if anything was awry. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Trust your kitties to Aubrey. They and you will be very happy you did.”

“We absolutely love the care and attentiveness that Abriana gives to our 2 senior cats and our 2 year old boy that loves attention and play time. She even made the drive after moving further away which we could not have been more grateful for as it was last minute and we have valued her in so many ways she’s truly irreplaceable so it meant a lot she would drive the extra distance. We know they are so well taken care of and she goes above and beyond. She is truly one of a kind and highly recommend.”

“Asher did a wonderful job with my senior cat.He is older and needs soft food. Giz loved his time with Asher. She was very patient and caring . I would definitely recommend Asher to care for any of your pets. She listened to all his needs and took really good care of him.”

“Terri was fantastic! Very professional and sensitive to the situation of taking care of my cats including one with special needs. She met with me first to assess the situation and then exceeded my expectations by adjusting to some circumstances that came up. Highly recommended! Thanks Terri!”

“Isabella did a great job checking in on our cat. She was timely and always provided photos. She has great common sense and was quick to address an unforeseen situation after getting locked out of the house.”

“Jewel was very caring and attentive to my cat Cleo. She made sure to leave a detailed report after each drop in. She made sure Cleo was fed, had water available, and scooped out the litter box during each visit. Any concerns she had during her visits were brought to my attention. This is the second time I booked Jewel to catsit Cleo and I would gladly do so again in the future.”

About: Hi! :) my name is Lucia V. and I have always loved animals since I was little. I love the opportunity of getting to meet one every chance I get. I know that taking care of a pet is a big responsibility, but it is one that I would love to take on through my work here. I love ALL animals and I treat them like family because after all they ARE family. I have three dogs and two cats and they’re all perfectly healthy and loving. I also learned how to do CPR on animals recently due to the job that I currently hold. I currently work at A High School with special needs students and I love my job as I love taking care of Pets!

“Logan was able to accommodate us close in to our trip and was proactive in asking about any medical issues to be aware of with our senior cat. He took great care of her and gave us updates on packages that he brought in and even asked if there was anything we needed him to do the day we were arriving home. We were very happy with Logan and would not hesitate to book again.”

“Fantastic Sitter! Safe quiet neighborhood to walk dogs around. Annie was very kind and attentive to my dogs special requests. They had a great time playing ball together!”

About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!
“We left our Chihuahua Jack Russell mix with Barbara for a whole long day while we came to town to attended a graduation. We were apprehensive about leaving our baby anywhere mostly because he can be kinda crazy lol but she instantly made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. You can tell that she genuinely loves dogs and is very comfortable with them. Her home is very inviting and secure and just perfect for four-legged friends. There were two other "guests" there and I kind of felt like I was leaving him at a little doggy party. He seemed happy from the get-go so that made us happy to leave him there. She was also very flexible with our time to drop off and pick up. And very easy to communicate with sending us pictures throughout the day. Her rate was great too! I would highly recommend Barbara and we'll definitely use her again again if the need arises! Thanks for loving Henry for us yesterday Barbara!”

About: I've loved dogs my whole life! When I was born my mom had a chocolate lab and a doberman. Then my dad got a rescue pitbull and a husky mix. Right now my family has a mini golden doodle who's been with us for 14 years and a mini Aussie doodle. I also have a pitbull mix named nova! She's two years old. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me! I just graduated esthetician school and I’m currently starting my business. Everything I make on rover goes towards my career! Im currently starting my entrepreneurial journey. Right now I’m a full time pet care giver. I also work a weekend night job. I do not have a set schedule so I have open availability. I prefer to care for pets in my home but I’m always happy to accommodate whatever the client needs. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for play and accessible paths for walks. During sittings I make sure to not only take great care of the pet but the clients home as well.
“Beth is incredibly flexible and communicative. Her home is filled with fun, adorable animals. The meet and greet went wonderfully, as she was welcoming and gave us a tour of her place. We're glad to have found her, especially since she's so close by.”

“Kat has taken care of my large dog on multiple occasions, always treating him with love and patience. He is loving but excitable, and Kat always knows how to calm him and provide him a happy space.”

About: I currently work from home and am available for all of your dogs needs from companionship, stimulation and bathroom breaks. I pride myself on being available to the dogs and a present pet parent. I work from home and your pet will be included in my day to day activities as if it were my own. I am very attentive caring and sensitive to the needs of my pets which in turn will make me sensitive to the needs of your pet. The pets in my home are cared for as family, they get free reign of the house, they have full access to my back yard and they are not left alone in the back yard.
“Chris was great! Super flexible to work with and sent plenty of update pictures and videos showing me how much fun Pickles was having! I will definitely be using him again next time I’m in town!”

“Paloma was very sweet and made me feel at ease, even though I have a 75 lb bloodhound. Her comfort with dogs and herself made me feel confident that I could trust her with my big dog.”

About: My professional RN background will allow me to take good care of your pup. I’m active and love a dog at my side. Call me. I’m retired and lost my sweet girl in Feb. I have so much love and attention to share with your dog when you can’t be there with him/her. Small, fenced yard and lots of desert “green space”all around my neighborhood. I walk daily and prefer outdoors to indoors. I appreciate good behavior. 💕
“She was excellent. We dropped the dogs off super early in the morning before we had to be on the boat for scuba diving. She was all ready for our dogs. She sent us the cutest videos and pictures through out the day. Made my husband and I feel very secure and comfortable.”

“Our 3 year old greyhound, Rowdy, enjoyed his day at Steve's. For Rowdy it was like getting to spend an entire day at the dog park. He had outdoor sniffing around time, indoor lounging around time (Rowdy's favorite past time) and he even got to ride in Steve's car to the nearby park! Steve is very attentive to each dog's individual needs and quirks, and he has the space for them all to be comfortable (separated, if needed) and he is there, where they can see him, for dogs with separation anxiety, like Rowdy, it's the most important. We recommend you trust your dog to Steve's care.”

About: When I moved into my house in 2018, one of my first priorities was to get a dog. Recently, Addie, who spent the past 7 years with me, had to be put down unexpectedly. I miss her a ton, and I would love to open my home to another dog (the yard just calls out for it), but I am unable to adopt at the moment for logistical/financial reasons. I would love for your pets and I to keep each other company while I work from home during the day! I am a diligent and reliable person who works remotely as a paralegal, so I always need excuses (whether walks, play, food, snuggles, or just potty breaks) to get up from my desk and move at intervals throughout the work day. I love animals of all kinds - in addition to my own dog, I can submit my friends' pets as references (Mildred the cat likes me better than her owner's wife, and Maggie the dog is obsessed with me while spurning every other friend her owners have). I'm also a birdwatcher and a huge fan of all the wildlife in my yard, from bunnies to lizards. My dog training and medical/senior pet care skills are limited, but I am open to learning and strongly attentive to detail - I will be sure to give your pet what they need. I work from home during the week, with approximate hours of 7 am - 4 pm M-F. On Tuesdays I have appointments in the afternoons, so I will not be available for day care that day. Weekend availability will depend on my plans. I don't have any pets at home currently. I have a screened-in patio with a dog door leading to the fenced-in backyard. When the weather is nice (not too hot), I like to work in the patio. The yard backs onto a wash, so there is a lot of wildlife in the area. Javelinas and coyotes frequent the area but cannot get into the yard. I have seen two rattlesnakes in the yard in 7 years of living here. I would not leave small/medium dogs or cats outside unsupervised. If you give permission, I would feel comfortable leaving large dogs who are snake trained outside while I'm in the house (as I often did with my 80 lb golden doodle).
“Brittani met Rose with enthusiasm and joy! By the end of the day, Rose was pleasantly exhausted! She had a great day with the other pups! Brittani is highly recommended!!”

About: I’ve always been that person who helps out with family pets just because I love taking care of them. A few years ago, I finally got a dog of my own, and that’s when I really got into training—learning how to communicate with her, build routines, and understand how she thinks. Now, I bring that same care and attention to every pet I watch, making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I am a college student with a flexible schedule. This means i can adjust my availability based on your pets' needs, whether it's check-ins throughout the day or last minute help. I do not do stays in my own home at the moment as my dog is not always good with other dogs/animals, but I am able to make it out to you to do care in your own home. I learn quickly, and i use this to my advantage as i learn to give each pet their best individualized care.
About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My first dog was a Chihuahua who lived to be 18, so I learned a lot about caring for senior dogs and making sure they stay comfortable as they grow older. I've also grown up around horses and farm animals, and I even had a leopard gecko for a couple years. Most of my friends and family have dogs too, so I've spent plenty of time around all kinds of personalities and energy levels. Being around animals has always been something I enjoy! I'm a full time college student, so I have lots of extra time to care for your beloved companions! I have my own transportation and extremely flexible times. I live in an apartment with my Belgian Malinois, so I know firsthand how important exercise, structure, and routine can be, especially for high-energy dogs! I'm very organized and always do my best to stick to each pet's normal schedule so they feel comfortable and at home.
“My dog, Red, loves Aubrey! She is reliable and genuinely passionate about animal care. She provides pictures and details of their walks - and she always has something sweet to say about my Red! I highly reccomend her services to anyone.”
About: I’ve cared for dogs for many years, especially my German Shepherd growing up, who was mainly my responsibility. She was trained as a security dog and needed a lot of structure, consistency, and control, so I learned how to confidently handle strong, high energy dogs and maintain training over time. Since she was reactive around other people and dogs, I became very attentive on walks and learned how important patience, awareness, and trust are when caring for animals. I genuinely love spending time with pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m currently a college student with a flexible schedule, so I have time throughout the week to care for pets. I’m available most afternoons, evenings, and weekends for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I enjoy being active, so daily walks and playtime easily fit into my routine. I’m also responsible and organized, which helps me stay consistent with feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any specific instructions your pet may need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Growing up with a trained German Shepherd taught me how important structure, patience, and awareness are when caring for animals, especially dogs with strong personalities or special needs. I always pay close attention during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I work hard to create a calm and trusting environment so pets feel secure and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I have taken care of both puppies and adult dogs. I have a flexible schedule and can drop by more than once daily if needed! I’m retired and have an open schedule. I can do multiple visits daily if needed. I also have the flexibility to do longer visits if needed to provide socialization and comfort for your pet! I don’t have the ability to care for pets in my home, but I’m available to go to my clients’ homes as frequently as needed. My policy is to be very respectful of my client’s space while spending quality time with their pets! I can accomodate any special needs and I follow instructions well!
“Sheila was wonderful! She helped walk two of our dogs while I was away and was great to work with. It gave me real peace of mind knowing they were getting out and cared for. I would absolutely recommend her.”

“Logan was great! I have three dogs who can be a handful and a large dog who gets nervous around new people, but Logan handled them so well and my dogs all came back happy and tired.”

About: Ive had many pets throughout my life. Majority being dogs. Ive had dogs of many sizes and breeds. Ive had three pitbulls, three chihuahuas, two german shepherds, and one saint bernard!! I work part time, my shifts usually being from 6 am - 1 pm on weekdays, which gives me much of my day to take care of your pets! About: I've been walking, training, and caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes for over 10 years. I currently work as a zookeeper full-time. Animals are my passion and I have very high standards of care for every animal I am responsible for. I have experience with (and am actively continuing my education on) Cooperative Care and basic obedience training using positive reinforcement. I have a senior dog of my own and have had special needs dogs in the past, so I am happy to work with dogs that need a little extra care. My main availability is Tuesday-Thursday, but I can occasionally accommodate other days. Feel free to reach out and we can see what we can work out! How I care for pets is fully tailored to my client's needs. I prefer to have a meet and greet with new clients and their pets to get to know you both and go over any important details of their care. I do not feed any treats or food that are not approved ahead of time. I'm educated on signs of fatigue in dogs and am careful to not overwork the dogs in my care (especially in this summer heat).
About: I've had pets since I was a baby. My mother had a little wading pool and she used to put our pet ducklings in the water to swim with me. When I was five, I started bringing home injured animals. I've worked with everything from skunks to raptors to more common animals like dogs, cats, and horses. When I got old enough, I started volunteering for different rescue organizations. I will walk your pet frequently and give lots of cuddles. Pets are our children and soulmates. They teach us how we should be--they are angels that inhabit the earth for a short time. For important details: I only work with one client at a time so that I can supervise and care properly for your pet. I work remotely from home for a governmental organization, so I am home and available. My backyard has a 6 foot wall but no pet is left unsupervised. I do not smoke or allow others in the house when I am boarding a dog, as you do not know that person. I treat all my clients and their pets the way I’d want to be treated. As I said, I work remotely, so I am home with my dog during the day. We go to coffeehouses together to work sometimes and have plenty of playtime in the yard. She gets a really long walk at sunrise and has little ones throughout the day as well. Her happiness is my priority. I make sure she goes to her vet regularly and gets groomed, so that she can be healthy and feel her best. I have a large, walled backyard garden full of lots of places for a pet to sniff, yet it’s safe enough for them to explore. My dog does not go out there unsupervised. At sunset to night, I walk her on the leash back there to ensure predators don’t find her. She is a member of my family, and has her own special places and pillows to make her feel safe and comfortable.
“We are so pleased with Jennifer’s work ethic and communication. There were a few glitches on our side, she gladly worked with us. We will definitely use her again for our dog, and our family dogs.”

“Abriana is fantastic, very patient. Abriana took as much time as my guy Otis needed to get comfortable. It worked :). Otis, who is extremely skittish, warmed up and even sat on Abriana’s lap!!!! Thank you, Abriana!!!”

“Ashley was amazing; she was by far the best dog sitter we've ever had. She showed our dog a great time with several walks and fun outings, she worked on some training with her, and she sent pictures, videos, and updates throughout the time of our vacation. She also had some very good feedback about our pup, which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend, and I definitely hope and plan to have Ashley care for our girl again in the future.”

“Antonio took great care of our pup. He was very easy to communicate with and provided updates throughout the stay with pictures and videos. We would definitely use him again to watch our pup and recommend him.”

“My first ever time leaving my little Georgie, I felt comfortable knowing that he was in safe and knowledgeable hands. The proximity is a bonus too! I look forward to booking her for future drop ins!”

“Michelle was amazing!!! She sent me pictures of my 2 dogs everyday and let me know how they were doing. I’m not sure what she did, but my 1 year old German Shepherd came back a completely different dog, in a good way. Thanks Michelle!!! I will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy person to watch their dogs.”

“Jennifer is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has the kindest heart and really went the extra mile to care for my fur babies! They didn’t want to leave her. Best dog sitter I have ever had by far. ❤️”

“I rebooked with Uncle Pat and I know JB had a ball this time as he got to stay a little longer this time around. He came home and was sleeping like a baby within an hour of being home. JB loves Uncle Pat and immediately remembered him.”
