About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 7 years old. I grew up on an acreage and we always had cats and dogs. I can administer shots and medication and have experience bottle feeding kittens and bunnies. I love animals and understand that each one is different and deserves love. I am patient and careful with each pet, giving them the attention they need and feel most comfortable with. I have a soft spot for senior animals. I am a teacher, so I am available all summer for your pet sitting needs! During the school year, I am only available on the weekends or after school check-ins. I will follow all directions and rules for taking care of your pet(s). Each one is special and I understand they all have their own needs. I am great at going with the flow with your pet and letting them lead the activity.

About: I am a lifelong dog parent, with over 4 decades of experience with many different breeds; ranging from Terriers to Labs, Shepherds, Huskys, Bully Breeds, Hounds, Herding dogs, Sporting and Working breeds, Toy groups, and many mixed breeds. I am home nearly around the clock, and committed full time to giving great care and attention to my highly -valued dog guests. I have spent decades frequenting the lake county dog parks; studying their behaviors and interactions with other dogs and with people, which has been an invaluable learning experience for me. I have a very laid back and easy-going approach and style that I have had great success with in relating to and connecting with dogs and their pet parents. I am very tuned in to their body language, and very adept at reading their emotions. My home is on a 1/2 acre fenced in wooded lot with a cabin like interior and country atmosphere that is both welcoming , safe, and fun for my dog guests, and I make it a top priority to treat your dogs like family. I also have lake access with a private beach if your dog(s) like to swim. I frequent the lake county dog parks and would love to take your dogs along if that is something you are comfortable with. I am very flexible - and typically available 7 days per week. I am available nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideally allow for two days advance notice. Safety is my top priority. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in lot, and a very warm and comfortable dog friendly home, that was once a summer cottage close to Round Lake. I am on a quiet dead end road which is very safe for walks, as well as freedom to roam the yard. My goal is to customize my services to meet your dogs needs, whatever they may be. I will treat your pets as I do my own- like family- lots of fun, exercise and plenty of TLC.

About: I've been caring for pets for most of my life and truly enjoy getting to know each animal's unique personality. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other animals, and I'm comfortable adapting to each pet's individual needs and routine. I'm experienced in administering medications, preparing special diets, and providing attentive care for pets with specific health or dietary needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or extra patience, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. I work full-time at a public library, but I love spending my free time caring for pets! 🐾 Before and after work, your pet will have my full attention, with plenty of love, playtime, walks, or cuddles—whatever makes them happiest. During the week, I'm an especially great match for cats and for independent dogs who are comfortable relaxing at home while I'm at work or who have safe, secure access to a yard or indoor potty area. On my weekends off, I have much more flexibility and can devote even more time to your pet. I work at a local public library full time. I am able to check on pets in the AM and PM. On the weekends I have more time throughout the full day. One of my core values is to leave a place better than I found it, if possible. So I clean, keep things organized, and make sure to keep the client’s home nice while I am there.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life and it’s truly my passion, everyone I know trusts me with their furrbabies! I’ve had dogs (great dane and boston terriers), cats, fish, tortoise, and a bearded dragon. I treat every pet like my own, i’m attentive and patient, and my main priority is making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable! I am a high schooler in online school, a month away from graduating. I also don’t currently have a job, so I am available daily! I prefer to work in the morning. I have plenty of experience with taking care of animals. During drop-in visits I will take care to follow all of your requests while making sure your pet feels safe and happy!

About: I have worked professionally in the dog care industry for 3 years as a Doggy Daycare Attendant and Professional Dog Bather. During that time, I have cultivated skills that include puppy and senior canine care, administering topical and oral medications, and assisting physically disabled pets. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I am happy to tailor my care to the specific requirements a pet parent has described. I am available 9 am-6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, every week for drop-in visits, walks, and playtimes. My schedule will be updated if and when my responsibilities change. About: Hi there! I have been watching animals for the past 20 years (both my own and friends'). I currently have a cat named Kona and a dog named Indy. Kona is full of spunk and has a great personality. She has experience living with dogs and is well socialized. Indy is still a playful puppy and a bit of a goofball. He’s well socialized and loves to play with other dogs (both large and small). In terms of care experience, I have experience with training and building social confidence. I also have significant experience working with senior cats and dogs: mobility issues, medications, blindness/deafness, seizures, and incontinence. As a recent puppy adopter, I also have experience with younger animals and can help with socialization, training, etc. I’m currently working hybrid, so have flexibility for walks and drop in visits. I have a preference for walks in the early morning and late afternoon / evening. I have a fenced in yard and live near the 606 trail. We often take walks around the neighborhood and play a bit in the backyard.
