When I was first out on my own and bought my first home, I rescued a pit bull and she was with me until she passed. About: I own 4 cats, also owned 2 dogs in the past that lived to their golden age. My cats range in age from 12 - 2. I care for my animals all the time from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed. They are entertained with toys and activities throughout the day. I have cat and dog carriers that I use. About: I grew up with a sweet smooth collie and helped take care of her throughout my childhood. These days I take care of friends and families dogs while they go on vacation or just need a quick sitter for the day/night. I also have a pet chinchilla, Cheaches, that I take care of everyday :) I'm a elementary teacher, so my availability during the summer is very open. About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I have never had a moment in my life where I was not around pets in some capacity. I spent time with my own dogs and cats as well as working at my sister’s grooming salon as a bather and pet sitter. I was also my friends and neighbors contact when they needed someone to care for their pets. I have been an active volunteer with a local pitbull rescue for many years and spend my free time with the rescue dogs and doing adoption events. I currently have two dogs and one cat of my own that I love very much. My pets stay home with their other pawrent when I am away. I am available on a case by case basis during the day throughout the week but have open availability on weekends for in-home sitting or walks. I can do early morning, lunch, or evening walks/check-in for those busy days to bring you peace of mind that your pets are safe and cared for. Do you need someone to come keep your pet comfortable and happy while you’re out for the day? Or a few drop-in visits? Maybe even just to bring yourself peace of mind? I am happy to help provide that. *Surcharges* -visits between 9:00pm-7:00am will have $10 surcharge added after we confirm booking -visits requested outside of 8 mile radius may also incur a $10 surcharge after booking is confirmed (Ex: a $35 drop-in visit(30 min) would become $45) I take care of all animals as though they are my own by ensuring their best interest at heart. I treat the safety and well being of all animals as a top priority. I truly care for animals and have an infinite amount of compassion and respect for them. I am certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. I am knowledgeable with different behaviors and walking accessories (ex: different harness and collar set ups) so I can ensure safety for your pet in all situations that may present while on a walk or visit. Please trust that your pets will be treated with absolute care and respect. I will go above and beyond for any animal in my care as well as providing you with the best communication and care for your home and time.

About: In addition to my own dogs, I have also owned cats of my own in the past, giving me years of firsthand experience with feline care. This personal background fits perfectly with the routine care I provide for my sister’s animals whenever she goes on vacation four times a year. I take complete charge of her four dogs—three Miniature Pomeranians and a Goldendoodle—and have even cared for their puppies in my home on two separate occasions while she was out of town. My responsibilities for her also include looking after her cats, ensuring they are properly fed, and keeping their litter boxes clean. This extensive, hands-on experience with multi-pet households, puppies, and feline care has made me highly adept at maintaining safety, routines, and a nurturing environment for animals of all ages and types. I'm pretty open as I'm a special education teacher and off in the summer. I have free time and I'm flexible. I would love to make extra money doing what I love. I care for them as I would my own children. We are all in the same area as a family. Pets are free to roam the house and I have a fenced in yard.

About: As a lifelong dog lover, I’ve had the joy of raising two dogs from puppies, giving me firsthand experience with everything from potty training and basic training to the high energy and patience that young dogs require. I have been dog sitting for friends & family in Michigan & Illinois for 3 years now. In my professional life, I’m an Occupational Therapist who works with older adults. I regularly help residents safely care for and enjoy time with their beloved pets, so I’m experienced in recognizing changes in behavior, adapting to individual needs, and providing calm, attentive care. I’m also comfortable with senior dogs who may need a slower pace. Because I’m young and active, I love getting outside for walks, playtime, and adventures that help energetic dogs stay happy and engaged. Whether your pup wants a long walk, a game of fetch, or just lots of cuddles and companionship, I’ll tailor my care to their personality and routine. My goal is to treat every dog as if they were my own, so you can feel confident they’re safe, loved, and having a great time while you’re away! I work a normal 9-5 Monday-Friday. Therefore I prefer to do Friday afternoon-Sunday evening stays! This way I am available 24/7 for the pet. I have a fenced in yard (that is also dig proof). I currently have one very friendly dog who would be eager to any pups companion. My dog is allowed on furniture/in beds. We have a lot of sidewalks & trails within our neighborhood for walks. I have multiple security cameras.
