“This was my first time using Rover and I'm so glad I found Katrina! She took great care of my elderly kitty who requires medication and sent me pictures and updates after each visit to let me know how he was doing. It was very comforting knowing that he was well taken care of while we were away! I will definitely use Katrina again.”

About: I’ve cared for animals since childhood—dogs, cats, a hamster, fish, and a bird. My first job was as a vet tech, and I’ve raised over a dozen of my own pets. I’m experienced in walking, playing with, administering medications, providing comfort, and showing genuine love. I connect naturally with animals of all kinds and provide care with patience and kindness. I’m available full-time, including weekends, and currently have a flexible schedule to fit your pet’s needs. I love caring for all kinds of pets and offer services like dog walking, pet sitting, medication administration, playtime, and more. You can count on me to provide loving, dependable care that makes your pet feel happy and safe. I currently provide pet care in my clients’ homes, where pets feel most safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep the space tidy and secure, and make sure pets feel calm, loved, and cared for. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, or just keeping them company, I aim to make their day feel as normal and happy as possible while you're away.

“Andrea is great! I am always nervous about leaving my pets, but I know if Andrea is watching them I have nothing to worry about. Her response time is fantastic, whether it be a request for sitting or to answer any question or concern I may have. She sends pictures each day along with a message of how your pet is doing. I’ve tried about five other pet sitters since moving to Murrieta in 2017. None of them even come close to the exceptional care and service Andrea provides. Both pets and pet parents won’t be disappointed! I only hope that she stays in this line of business for many years to come.”

“Jordan was absolutely incredible! She was incredibly easy to communicate with and she went above and beyond with my girl, Stella. Jordan checked in with updates and pictures and I knew that Stella was in great hands!!! Thank you for going the extra mile!!!”

“Yuliya is now the only person I will leave my BooBerry with when I want to go out of town. She was so accommodating with the schedule. She is very clean and conscientious with litter and feedings and cleaning my kitty’s fresh water fountain, I couldn’t have chosen someone better. If I’m not home “Yuliya” was the best replacement for me in Boo’s eyes and the proof is in the pictures she sent me daily. She was even able to give Boo a quick brushing a couple times in the week I was gone. I didn’t have to wonder about anything regarding BooBerry. I am so thankful to Yuliya, she even watered a couple of small orchids for me, which is so appreciated! 😊 Getting to my property is a bit cumbersome because we are a gated community. Normally to get to get in here, you need to put in a code at the keypad with the front gate and I would get a phone call wherever I am, so I could let her in from my own phone but with the cell service spotty where I was on vacation. I couldn’t take the chance of Yuliya not being to get in to take care of Boo. We were able to get her own temporary code to allow her to come in the times we agreed on. If there had been an emergency like an earthquake or wild fire. Yuliya would be able to get in here to to get Boo with her cat carrier, and instructions on who to call in my family that live a 1 1/2 hours away so they could get here to take responsibility for Boo. She understands cats. 🐱 That was the most important part for me. Like I wrote, I would choose her again in heart beat. I have no hesitations for her to come into my home and look after one of the most precious souls in my life. She took the kitty litter clumps to the trash daily so the house didn’t smell when I walked in. Yuliya gave me daily written updates so I knew what was going on, so I could enjoy my cruise. She has a knack with cats. Obviously they aren’t dogs, which I I love dogs, but the truth is most cats are slower to warm to a new person and trust peopl. Yuliya was happy to meet us beforehand so Boo knew of Yuliya). She coaxed Boo out from behind the couch the first day I was gone but became fast friends. She had pictures of my Boo playing with her, If Yuliya ever needed a personal reference, she has a full recommendation from me and Boo. See you next time!”

About: I'm about as loving toward animals as a person can be! I can't count the number of times people have marveled at my ability to befriend every animal I meet, even ones considered more difficult. I would happily help with dog training, litter box cleaning, medication administration, etc. I love meeting new animal friends, and I guarantee you'll love the pictures I take (I'm a hobby wildlife photographer) I am regularly entrusted with the care of animals living with friends and family, and I even got flown back to my home state to watch my friend's dog while she was away, just because she trusts me the most. I have time aplenty for hanging out with animals. I'm free every day including weekends from 9am to 9pm, and I can do most holidays. I will always ensure your pet is safe. I always wash and disinfectant my hands before and after being with a pet. I'll never walk a dog on hot asphalt or into brambles, and no cat will slip outside on my watch. I'm also a consistent bowl cleaner, so your pet will always eat from a clean bowl.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and for the past 13 years I’ve been consistently caring for my own pups. Over the years I’ve worked with just about every breed you can imagine: Terriers, Huskies, Dobermans, Pitbulls, Boxers, Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Labs, Schnauzers, Poodles, Pomeranians, Border Collies, German Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, and more. No matter the size, age, or personality, I love getting to know each dog and what makes them happiest. At home, my wife and I share life with two Huskies and a cat, who we treat like our kids (yes birthdays and all!). Because I know how important our pets are to us, I extend the same level of love, patience, and care to every pet I look after. I come prepared with tandem leashes, a pet stroller, and standard leashes for walks of all kinds. I always pick up after your pup and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and enjoying their time outside. For peace of mind, I’ve completed First Aid & CPR training (through both college and my career), and I stay up-to-date on general emergency response. While my certifications are human-focused, my training has given me the ability to quickly assess situations and take action; whether that means recognizing signs of overheating, making sure hydration is available, or adjusting for temperature and activity levels. I’m also OSHA certified, which means safety and awareness are second nature to me. Your pets will be in caring, capable hands, and I’ll treat them like my own from the moment we meet. I currently work a full-time government job. My wife is a teacher, so our lives are pretty busy. I am looking to do this as a part-time and enjoy combining a few things I enjoy: pets and exercise. Current Schedule: I get up around Noon, on the days I work (Wed, Thurs, Friday, Sat, Sun) I work from 6PM to 6AM. I will only accept care appointments between 1PM and 4:30PM. On Monday and Tuesday I will accept care appointments between 1PM and 6PM. Currently boarding is off the tables since my wife and I are busy. But I can make drop-in visits! In my home, pets are treated like family. I make sure they always have access to fresh water, healthy food on schedule, clean bedding, and plenty of love and attention. I keep playtime safe but fun, and I’m mindful of the temperature, hydration, and overall comfort of every pet in my care. My own pets get birthday celebrations, vitamins, and daily exercise, and I extend that same level of care to visiting pets. In a client’s home, I respect your routines and follow instructions closely so your pet feels secure in their familiar environment. That means sticking to feeding schedules, cleaning litter boxes or outdoor areas, refreshing water bowls, and making sure walks, playtime, and cuddle time happen as you prefer. I also handle clean-up (messes, accidents, fur, or litter) so your home is just as you left it. My goal in either setting is to keep pets happy, healthy, and comfortable while giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in capable and loving hands.

About: ⸻ From fluffy pups to feathery hens—and even a turtle or two—I’ve cared for them all! With years of hands-on experience raising dogs, cats, chickens, quail, and turtles, I bring a whole lot of love, know-how, and fun to every pet I watch. No matter the species, they’re in good hands (and likely a few happy wiggles or tail wags too)! Pet care fits right into my day like it’s second nature. I make sure to carve out time for walks, feedings, and play so every pet gets the attention they deserve. Whether it’s a quick midday visit or an evening hangout, I keep things easygoing and fun while sticking to their usual routine. Basically, pets and their needs are just part of my everyday vibe. I take pet safety and comfort very seriously, whether I’m caring for pets in my home or theirs. In my home, I maintain a clean, secure, and calm environment where pets can relax and feel at ease. I ensure all spaces are pet-proofed to prevent accidents, with safe toys and plenty of fresh water and food. When I care for pets in their own home, I respect their familiar surroundings and routines, which helps reduce their stress. I follow any specific instructions closely—from feeding schedules to medication—and keep doors, gates, and windows secure at all times. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to owners to build trust and keep everyone comfortable. No matter where I care for pets, their safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities.

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated emergency veterinary technician with over 7 years of experience in the field. While I’m passionate about providing care during critical moments, I also cherish the opportunity to spend time with healthy, happy pets through in-home boarding and pet sitting. This gives me the perfect balance; combining professional care with a loving, home-style experience for your pets. 💛 I’m comfortable with taking care of special needs pets as well as administrating any oral or injectable medications. Let me know if you’d like you pet bathed before returning home 💗 I work from home so I am with pets 24/7 they would not be left alone long. I’m available weekends and last minute bookings are welcomed. I need full detailed description of your daily routines, pets potty, feeding and walk routine, all the little corks, things that may frighten your baby. If they are a little spicy or cuddly. I need all the details to ensure the least amount of stress as possible.

“Couldn't have asked for a better sitter. This was our first time leaving our cats with a sitter, but everything worked out better than expected. Monica kept us up-to-date with texts and photos, and was even able to give our cat Julio his vitamins, which we have trouble doing. The house was as immaculate as when we left. We will definitely give her a call again soon. Great job!”

About: I don't just love dogs; I know how to take care of them responsibly. As much as working with animals is enjoyable and fun for me, I am aware of the responsibility and skill level required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for your dog (or cat). I also know how hard it can be to leave your furry family members behind with a new person, so I'd love to reassure you with daily texts and photos of how our visit is going. I can even do a Skype call or other form of video chat if need be. I'm a former animal care professional with experience as a vet tech, pet store assistant manager, and groomer, and truly have an interest in the health and well being of your pet. I'm the type of person that double, triple, and sometimes quadruple-checks everything, and will pay attention to the small details in your pet's behavior and appearance. And of course, I absolutely love dogs. My favorite thing about them is their ability to break up the seriousness of a moment by being absolutely silly! Being a student also means that I will have more time to be at home with your pet. I've had the chance to meet dogs of all types and temperaments, and am comfortable walking energetic, leash aggressive, or nervous dogs. I understand how important exercise and quality time are in making your pup happy. I’ve been trained in safely restraining nervous dogs during their vaccinations, delivering subcutaneous injections, administering medication and feeding on a schedule for overnight patients, and clean up all variety of messes according to health standards. My Skills: --Medical Background: Because I've worked in a vet clinic and with many senior or disabled dogs, I will keep a better eye on your pet and be wary if he/she is limping, having trouble breathing, or otherwise seems ill/under the weather. I also know to look for the warning signs of a dog that is scared, looking to bolt, might bite, or is fixating on another dog (leash aggression). --Exercise & Handling: I am in good shape and am comfortable walking your dog frequently, including 45-60 minute walks or jogs for more active breeds. I'm also able to restrain your dog if necessary. --Training: I'm not a qualified dog trainer, however, I can practice whatever methods you are currently using with your dog trainer to ensure that their routine stays consistent. I've helped puppies practice sit, stay, and heel as well as deterring jumping or practicing "off" for restricted areas, and have had the opportunity to work with a few highly experienced dog trainers. --Basic Dog Wash: I have been trained by a licensed groomer to wash and dry dogs safely (I have also washed and dried cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs). I'm also able to clip nails and give your furry friend a good brush-through to get rid of tangles and mats. --Health & Medication: I am experienced and comfortable administering pills, liquid medication, or subcutaneous injections to your pet at the required times. I have worked with many unwilling and difficult pets, and I know how to make the process quick and successful while causing minimal stress to your pet. --Walk Safety: I am an experienced runner as well as a previous dog walker, so I know how to be aware of my surroundings when going for a jog. I have experience with dogs who do not like other dogs, and have learned how to avoid them as well as safely handle any negative reactions (barking, lunging, snarling, pulling on the leash) so that things don't escalate. --Other Pet Experience: I am very comfortable handling cats and other small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rats, mice), and can honestly say I'm just as much a cat person as I am a dog person. I understand the importance of a calm, quiet environment when it comes to smaller animals, and I'm familiar with how to handle them safely. My resume and references are always available upon request. I’m currently working part-time and will have plenty of time to be at home with your fur baby. My hours are flexible and we can work on setting up a schedule specific to your pets’ needs. I mainly care for pets in your home, using guidelines you provide me with. I’m open to boarding requests but do not currently offer this service on short notice.

About: I am motivated and ready to give my best and full attention to your dog! I also have a family dog who is a golden doodle! I am currently working part time, so I have most time to care for and look after your dog! I am open to house sit, play with, or just walk your dog! I will make sure to accompany your pet and make them feel as safe as possible. I will give them my full attention and focus in your home.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and just recently I’ve had the opportunity to care of puppies from birth until they are able to go to their for ever homes. Dogs are a huge part of my life, and I will take care of your dog like they are my own. I have a very open schedule because I work from home so I’m available for dog sitting, walking, etc. pretty much anytime and day of the week. I’m also able to take last minute bookings. I’ll always follow any specific rules you might have for the care of your pet as I know not every pet is the same. Taking your dog for walks or a dog park is no problem for me as I have my own transportation.

“Michelle has cared for my dogs with an incredible amount of love, patience, and genuine affection. She goes above and beyond in every way—she even made special homemade treats tailored for my senior dog, which he absolutely adored. It’s clear that she doesn’t just watch them; she truly connects with them. Every time my dogs see her, especially my senior pup, it’s as if they’re reuniting with a best friend—they light up with excitement and joy. The bond she shares with them is heartwarming and rare, and I always feel at ease knowing they’re in such kind and capable hands.”

Shaheide D.
“I’ve known Shaheide for a couple of years already after meeting her through a friend and she’s always been amazing with my dog. Whenever she watches my dog, she sends me pictures and updates through the day which makes me feel at ease. My dog Luna gets so excited to see her and I’m so glad she feels comfortable. I felt completely at ease knowing that she was in such loving and trustworthy hands.”

We’ll be requesting again whenever we need a sitter :)”

Monica G.

Great job!”

Francesca G.
“Francesca has been looking after my cat, Spook, since September 2012. I'm pleased to report that she has been PERFECT through it all. Spook is a SPCA rescue cat from an abusive home and is getting on in years. That presents a challenge beyond what most people are used to. Thanks to Francesca Spook is eating healthy again, interacting with people happily, and no longer scratching up my furniture. I cannot recommend her enough.”
