About: I’ve always had a huge love for dogs, no matter their age, breed or size. I have 2 dogs of my own, so I know how much our dogs mean to us and how important it is to know they’re happy, safe and well looked after. For the past 2 years, I’ve been minding and walking dogs for other people, and I absolutely love getting to know all their different personalities, whether they’re full of energy and love going on long walks or are more than happy with a few cuddles and a cosy nap ! I’m reliable, caring and patient and I’ll always treat your dog as if they were my own. I’m happy to follow their usual routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime and, of course, lots of cuddles! I’m currently in college, so I have a really flexible schedule and can usually work pet care around my classes. I’m able to be quite flexible with walks, visits and minding and I’m happy to work around your dog’s usual routine where I can. I’m unable to host pets in my own home but I’m very happy to care for pets in their own home. I’m respectful of each pet’s routine and the owner’s preferences and I’m happy to follow any care instructions, feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication requirements and house guidelines provided. My priority is making sure pets feel safe and comfortable.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up, currently have two cats and a cheeky dog. I enjoy teaching him new tricks and chasing balls. I’ve taken care of all ages of dogs from months old to 18 years, and everything in between. Taken care of many cats and know how to keep them entertained. I’m currently enrolled in university in Galway, with about 14-18 hrs of lectures a week so I have plenty time between classes to care for and check on your pets. I don’t have the facilities to care for dogs in my own home, but I am more than happy to take care of your pet where they feel comfortable.

About: Hi there, my name is Yvonne and I’m a self-confessed animal lover. I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by animals of all kinds, dogs, horses, alpacas so I have a lot of experience with different pets. I absolutely love all animals and love spending time caring for them. I also have experience with rescue animals, I rescued two goats a few years ago and a cat which was abandoned in terrible condition. I love animals but I think dogs especially are amazing companions for people. While living abroad, I really missed my own pets and decided to take up dog walking as a way to make some furry friends.
 I worked with Sam’s Bark Buddies, a professional dog-walking company based in London, where I walked dogs several times a week and provided drop-in house visits. I also coordinated group walks with a colleague, managing groups of up to 15 dogs. During this time, I was responsible for each dog’s individual needs, including caring for anxious dogs, senior dogs, and those with additional medical or behavioural requirements.
 I’m now based in Galway and available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and in-home pet sitting. I enjoy jogging, so if you have a high-energy dog, I’m more than happy to take them out for a run too! I’m available for walks on weekday mornings until 9am and any evening after 5pm, as well as at any time on weekends. For drop-in visits, I’m available at any time within Galway City, and mornings and evenings for surrounding areas. I am also available at any stage for pet sitting.

Cats: I am very familiar with caring for cats, having had one in my life since I was a child. I have looked after cats with behavioural issues due to trauma. I volunteered in a vet practice in the past. I just finished my PhD and I'm waiting on a job contract. We received updates via photos and videos throughout the day, which included leash walking Bowie, doing command training, showing Bowie new things which Paulo has great experience with dogs. You know a fantastic job was done when we came home and seen Bowie fast asleep. Definitely recommend Paulo 💯”

About: ***No pets living with me currently *** For me this genuinely wouldn’t be a job I just adore spending time with animals. I have two golden retrievers I have grown up feeding them and taking care of them my whole life. I also have put sat for my neighbours on many occasions I go on a walk in the morning by the sea. I come home and have lunch then I chill and do some work for a few hours. Then I go grocery shopping and then go on another walk by the sea before dinner and then I go to sleep. I live in a spacious apartment with a big courtyard and a balcony for potty. There is a prom near the sea near me so I walk a lot there
