About: I have grown up surrounded by animals from a very young age, and they have always been a very important part of my life. About: I have particular experience caring for pets with special needs (anxiety and attachment issues, physical limitations, allergies, and specific dietary requirements, etc). My own dog lives with patellar luxation, so I understand firsthand how much it means to owners to know their sitter understands their furbaby’s needs. My home is surrounded by beautiful nature and many dog parks are present nearby. Every animal can move freely between the house and the fenced garden. Indoors, animals are free to relax on the couch, nap where they like. If your dog wants to play along, I offer plenty of opportunities for play, games for mental stimulation and I can provide enrichments. About: Hi! I’m Minji, and I’ve been living with my two dogs for over 6 years. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, personalities and energy levels. I have two very different dogs of my own — one is active and loves long walks and adventures, while the other prefers a calmer lifestyle. They are both friendly, well-socialised and used to meeting new dogs while respecting their space, helping create a calm and relaxed environment for visiting dogs. We live in a house with a fully enclosed back garden, and dogs staying with us can freely enjoy the house (except our bedroom) and garden. We’re close to several parks and go for two walks every day. On weekends, with your permission, we can also enjoy longer walks, beach trips or hikes. We have a friendly, young Golden Retriever Rough Collie cross who is playful, gentle, and gets along really well with other dogs. I also have several years of experience volunteering with assistance dogs, where I trained three puppies who went on to support families. This has given me a strong understanding of dog behaviour, training, and care. Your dog will be in safe, caring, and experienced hands with us. Both myself and my husband, Ciaran, work from home so someone will always be around to care for your pet. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll make sure they feel happy, comfortable, and well looked after. Our home has a consistent and flexible routine, with plenty of company throughout the week. I work from home three days a week, and my husband works from home on the other two, so there is always someone around to supervise, care for, and spend time with the dogs. We’re very active day-to-day. I take our dog out for one to two walks daily, often including trips to the nearby beach, as well as time exploring our private land. At home, dogs have access to over two and a half acres of fully fenced garden and an attached field, giving them lots of safe space to run, play, and relax. Between walks, outdoor time, and being part of family life indoors, dogs staying with us enjoy a balanced routine of exercise, stimulation, and rest. Dogs staying with us are welcomed as one of our own, sharing our home and daily life. They can relax indoors with the family or enjoy plenty of time outside playing and exploring at their own pace.
