Growing up on a farm taught me how to look after all kinds of animals, and over the years family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to care for theirs whenever they’re away. My dogs are like kids to me, so I understand how important it is to treat someone else’s animals with the same love and attention they get at home. I’m available full‑time to care for your animals and would love to welcome them into my home! I’ll make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and well‑loved while you’re away. I have a fully fenced backyard and two small dogs who would love the company. If you prefer, I can keep them completely separated, and I’m also happy to use a crate if that’s what your dog is most comfortable with.

We were visiting in Hutchinson, KS and our dog Elmer stayed overnight with Sam, his roommate and Trapper, a high energy, playful and very friendly dog. Sam was great about sending frequent updates and pictures while hosting Elmer which really helped alleviate any concerns we had. About: Experienced Pet Caretaker: From Puppies' Playtime to Senior Pill Prowess! I have cared for many puppies, as well as our Seniors. I love to play with the puppies, however, I love making sure the seniors get the cuddles and treats they desire! I have a senior in my own home and administer daily pills, multiple times per day. I also have a pitbull puppy who will run herself ragged outside while chasing balls, gardening, and just running around. She also loves hikes and walks! I run my own massage business for in home massage. I am only working three days a week for a few hours at a time. Taking care of the pets is really easy with my schedule! I can carve out as much time as they might need in my day. I aim to keep there routine as normal as possible. I am very flexible in making sure I can do that! I personally feed my own dogs two times per day (morning and night). I have crated my dogs at night for many years, but that is because they love their space. I don't mind having the animals out and about if that is what they prefer! I love to take my own animals on several walks per day, especially with apartment living! We can do anything from short walks to long hikes. I also have had to give my own dogs medications and am no stranger to senior care.
