“This was our first experience with Rover and therefore our first experience with Sam. We just have to say we could not be more pleased. We were visiting in Hutchinson, KS and our dog Elmer stayed overnight with Sam, his roommate and Trapper, a high energy, playful and very friendly dog. The two dogs meshed well wonderfully and got “lots of exercise” and play time. This was Elmer’s first night away from us as he is a recent adoptee and apparently he didn’t seem to miss us one bit. Sam was great about sending frequent updates and pictures while hosting Elmer which really helped alleviate any concerns we had. About: From the time I was a little girl growing up in the country, pets and especially dogs have been a part of my life. I’m finally to a point in my life I can expand the love I have for pets and help others at the same time. What a great combo. I have one lab in my home that has my heart and love when other “friends” come over to play. I also understand the anxiety that goes with leaving a pet. Snapping pics and a text can help ease those feelings. And don’t worry, there’s an extra bed for naps and night time if your baby is used to sleeping with someone. The backyard is fenced and a dog door in place. I’ve also had experience with administering medications. I’m newly retired and also have a side gig baking business so I have spare time and availability. My lab is your classic laid back, loves everyone dog. New friends welcome! I have a fenced in yard with a dog door and willing to train if needed. They catch on so quick! My pets are like my kids, they get attention annd we play during the day and then at night, they can sleep where they want. We are still working on training for some fun tricks too. Most of all, make lots of time for pets, belly rubs and talking to each other.

About: I’ve taken care of pets my whole life and I currently have a blue healer and two 5 month old clingy little kittens of my own so I know how to make sure they get the best treatment and top quality attention too! I am currently self employed so i have a ton of free time and love to fill it by being adventurous and trying new things so having an extra little buddy around would fit right into my schedule i have a fenced in yard with a privacy fence and a very friendly blue healer who loves to make new friends, with two kittens who like to keep their distance when it comes to other pets but they also don’t mind dogs or cats

About: Experienced Pet Caretaker: From Puppies' Playtime to Senior Pill Prowess! I have cared for many puppies, as well as our Seniors. I love to play with the puppies, however, I love making sure the seniors get the cuddles and treats they desire! I have a senior in my own home and administer daily pills, multiple times per day. I also have a pitbull puppy who will run herself ragged outside while chasing balls, gardening, and just running around. She also loves hikes and walks! I run my own massage business for in home massage. I am only working three days a week for a few hours at a time. Taking care of the pets is really easy with my schedule! I can carve out as much time as they might need in my day. I aim to keep there routine as normal as possible. I am very flexible in making sure I can do that! I personally feed my own dogs two times per day (morning and night). I have crated my dogs at night for many years, but that is because they love their space. I don't mind having the animals out and about if that is what they prefer! I love to take my own animals on several walks per day, especially with apartment living! We can do anything from short walks to long hikes. I also have had to give my own dogs medications and am no stranger to senior care.

Requirements: • Vaccination proof (rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) or Titer test • Up to date on Heartworm & Flea+tick prevention • Full disclosure of behavioral, medical, and training issues (so I can provide the best care for your pet) • Crate trained • House trained The dogs are fed twice a day with a third feeding available for puppies and special needs dogs. Depending on your dog’s energy levels and play needs we offer a variety of activities including walks, tug play, fetch, toy enrichment and chew toys. They get as many potty breaks as needed and 1-2 sessions of exercise each day. Training sessions are available for an additional fee when spots are open! This is best for dogs needing better leash and doorway manners, obedience training, car traveling, or confidence building. Dogs are crated at night and when they’re unsupervised. There are no unsupervised dog interactions or loose dogs for safety purposes. We have a fenced yard for potty breaks and playtime and your dogs will be on leash at all times during outings off of our property.
