About: Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, from growing up with a Labrador to caring for my own pets. With five years working in a grooming salon, I’m experienced in meeting the needs of all dogs, such as playful puppies, adult dogs, and seniors alike. I’m passionate about providing attentive, reliable care tailored to each dog’s personality and health. I’m currently a part-time PetSmart employee and a college student, which means I have weekday afternoons available for pet care. Weekends aren’t always ideal, but I’m happy to discuss arrangements and see what’s possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to follow their usual routine so your pet feels comfortable and secure. This includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, bathroom breaks, and of course lots of love and attention. I find it important to take time to play with and sit with animals. I'm familiar with giving pets medication, whether through pill pockets, food, or other methods. If your kitties are particular about litter cleaning, I am happy to provide that more frequently as well. I work with energy and empathy in my other jobs, so I am able to bring a calm presence for animals and pay attention to their energy when caring for them. I value consent-based interaction, so I allow animals to warm up to me before petting them. I have flexible work, so I can arrange to stay with your pets or drop in at your convenience. One of my jobs works well with being at home, so I can stay put. I tend to lock doors, being familiar with city living. Integrity and trust are paramount to me, so you can trust that I will treat your home well and honor any areas you don't want me to be in. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 5. I love them all! I have a horse named Olay that I board not at my house!) And dogs and a cat! I’m a first grade teacher so I have summer off starting 6/5! So will be able to do anytime at that point! For now I can do weekdays after 3pm and anytime weekends! I have a fenced in yard with lots of fun smells and my dog likes everyone and every dog he’s ever met! He’ll play all day but can als take a hint! Then we can hang out inside too!
