“I was very nervous about the prospect of leaving Naki with anyone but a relative, especially since I haven't used Rover for any of their services. However, once I got to know Patti, my anxiety instantly went away. Her calm and kind demeanor brought me comfort as I knew Naki would be in good hands. Naki was with Patti for a weekend, and she would send me updates every couple of hours with pictures of him doing various activities. I could tell Naki was completely relaxed and comfortable during his stay. Patti genuinely loves animals and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for everything, Patti.”

“Karl is excellent, and his care of my doggie pogo was unique in that pogo had a large secure fenced in yard to play in, and Karl has his own doggies who get along well with other doggies. And our puppy got to sleep on the bed just as he does at home with us. I trust Carl. This was a doggy vacation for Pogo rather than dog ‘boarding’”

“We boarded our dog, Guinness, with Heather and Norman for two days, and they were absolutely wonderful! Heather and Norman were sweet and took excellent care of Guinness. They took him for walks and even sent us photos. It was clear that Guinness and their dog, Zeus, got along so well and had a great time playing together. Now that he's home, Guinness seems sad and misses Zeus. We will definitely use Heather and Norman's services again. Highly recommended!”

“Outstanding! Alan and Luis provided extraordinary care for our Black Lab mix Annie while we were on vacation for a week. They are truly the best! Compassionate, friendly, caring, trustworthy are just a few words to describe Alan and Luis. The house is beautiful with a gated fence and a "kiddy pool". Annie truly enjoyed her stay and playing with the other guests as evidenced by her disposition when I picked her up and the the daily photos. I will always check first with Alan and Luis in the future when I need a sitter for Annie.”

He was sick one day while in her care and I so appreciated her non alarmist, calm caring for him and frequent updates. Sometimes when we get our pup back from away stays he's notably stressed. I think he actually came home calmer than ever from his stay-cation with Heidi. We hope she never stops pet sitting.”
