About: I’ve had dogs and cats since a child. As an adult I’ve fostered several dogs to help find them homes. Big animal lover who likes structure. I don’t let my pets in the kitchen and try to teach them not to beg. I currently have open availability, so plenty of time to help play with your pups and care for them while you’re gone. Whether it just be for a few hours, or overnight. I have a smaller backyard, but it fenced, and available for pets to use. I live close by a gorgeous park, so love heading for walks, & playing catch somewhere nearby.

About: My pet care experience with dogs is primarily through my childhood pets and caring for friends/family’s dogs. I specialize in caring for cats since I currently have 4. However, if I don’t have the experience with a certain animal or breed, I’m a great listener and quick learner. I will strictly follow any instructions necessary to keep your pet safe and loved. I currently work full time and I’m taking up pet sitting as a fun hobby on the side. On week days I am primarily available in the evenings after 5pm. On weekends I am far more flexible and can likely accommodate any time. I live in a small town where I’ve had limited choices for pet sitting so I’d like to expand the help available for my fellow neighbors. I would care for my clients pets in their home exactly as they specify. I will carefully follow the care instructions left for me. I will be punctual, responsible, and love the pets who I know will be missing their owners.

“Lesley has been a petsitter for me for over 20years. Over the years, she has house sat and watched my cats and dogs (and fish) while I was on vacation, and helped me take care of sick pets, and performed lots of drop-ins. Currently, Lesley does lunchtime drop-ins for my dog during the week. She lets her out to run around, have a potty break, picks up after her, then puts her back in her crate with a treat. Lesley is great with cats and dogs (and fish)! She talks to them kindly and with a little voice they come to love. She gives lots of attention, picks up after the pets, and follows directions to the letter. Lesley is a trustworthy and gentle person who your pet will love!”

About: I have had pets all my life, caring for pregnant mama cats and dogs, as well as their babies. I own 2 small dogs myself who are very friendly and calm. I am flexible to whatever you need and require. I work part time as a substitute teacher. I choose the days I want to work, so I can be available to you majority of the time with 24 hours notice. I am available for boarding on weekends and weekdays. I have a fenced in yard, with space to run around in the back yard. I will likely keep your pet indoors most of the time, and can take them out for walks, the dog park and outside in the backyard to run and play.

“Allison had asked me if I would write up a review for her and I would be more than happy to. I’ve hired Allison (not here on Rover but privately) when a friend recommended her. We needed home visits for our 2 cats for 2 trips in 2024 and both times not only was she available but accommodated our needs perfectly. We didn’t want to board our cats as most boarding places accommodate dogs as well and that would be terrifying for our cats. Both times we requested Allison to do 3 home visits per day including feeding, cleaning litter boxes and playing and cuddling with our kitties. Both times she did a wonderful job and exactly as we expected. She’s friendly, good to our kitties, and trustworthy. Plus our cats love her now. We wouldn’t hire anyone else for our kitties. Highly recommended!”

About: I am my family’s designated pet sitter. They are always trusting me with their pets. I always put the pets needs first. Treat them as they were my own. I do have another job. It is full time. I work mostly nights so I have the entire day to help out with your Furry one. My day offs do vary but l always am able to move around to people’s needs. I have a fenced yard. I do have two dogs of my own. But they are inside dogs. I am able to have them separate if your dog is not good around others.
