About: I’ve always loved being around animals and have been caring for them for as long as I can remember. I started out volunteering at my local animal shelter, spending time with pets of all ages and personalities. Later, I worked at a veterinary clinic, where I helped look after pets that were boarding and made sure they felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. These experiences taught me how to handle pets with patience and attention while also giving them the love they deserve. I work 9–5 during the week, but I make sure pets get plenty of attention before and after work, as well as on weekends. About: I have been a pet owner and lover since I was 7 years old. My heart dog, Jackson, was with me for 17 years, and the first dog to teach me about the special love I have for seniors. We currently adopt senior dogs, foster all ages and types of dogs and volunteer with several rescues to transport and raise money for them. We are the go to sitters for our friends, because they all know how much we love hanging out with dogs. So it made sense to dog sit for others! My main goal is for people to enjoy their vacations because they know their babies are safe and well taken care of at home. I am a new stay at home dog mom now so your babies will have someone home with them most of the time when staying with us. Nights and weekends we are homebodies who miss our dogs too much when we do go out! I have a large fenced in yard and a two acre lot. We have enough dog gates and doors that we can isolate each room of our house when needed, for instance during feeding times. We do crate one of our dogs, because she prefers, so can crate yours, or leave them out in their own room or with other dogs. Dogs are allowed on the furniture in our home, and sleep in the bed with us.
