About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and taken care of them. That includes walking, feeding, playing with them, etc. I dog sat for a bunch of my babysitting families in the past over night I currently work full-time remotely, so I have a very flexible schedule. I love going on walks every day and would be happy to give your dog lots of exercise and attention I take dogs on walks and can also let them out in a fenced backyard. Exercise/Playtime: A walk in the yard, a quick game of fetch, to get their energy levels up. Health Checks: A quick visual assessment to ensure everyone is looking and acting healthy. Mid-Morning/Afternoon (Variable): This is often when I schedule client visits or depending on the day, this might involve: running errands Boarding Care: For dogs staying with me, this includes regular potty breaks, supervised playtime in my yard (often integrated with my own dogs if appropriate and safe), and individual attention. Evening (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM): This mirrors the morning routine for my own pets: Feeding: Dinner time for everyone. Potty Breaks: Evening elimination walks. Relaxation/Affection Time: Cuddling on the couch, gentle petting or quiet playtime. Preparing for the Night: Ensuring fresh water and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We ensure a smooth transition with carefully supervised introductions to our resident pack: Marley and Asher (Great Danes) and Mea (Shepherd Mix ). I am unable to board dominant or aggressive dogs. They'll enjoy stimulating playtime in our monitored group setting on our expansive 2.5-acre fenced property. If needed, your dog can retreat to its own secure, comfortable room (with optional crate) for peaceful rest. You can expect a happy and well-exercised dog upon their return.

About: Im currently a Certified Veterinary Technician. I take care of animals every day with love and compassion. I’m excited to take care of animals in a more fun setting with everyone in our community. I work full time. Pet care would be part time. I’d like to treat the pet sitting similar to most scheduled people who have pets. Typically I would attend my day job and afterwords spend all of the time with your beloved pets. Arriving directly to your pet and making sure they are taken care of. Food, water, potty, ect. I’ve cared for pets in my home by allowing them the leisure of napping, play time, and potty breaks when it’s time . I like to allow pets to just be themselves. I like to also make sure they are monitored when I am present. For dogs during a house sitting I recommend a crate or special area your pet can be that is safe. I usually house sit at the same time as working my day job. During those times your pet will be alone and will need a safe area to be if I am not currently present.

I understand the importance of a reliable, quality pet sitter because I use Rover frequently myself for my dogs, who require extra care. About: I’ve been dog sitting for 4 years and have been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. I’m experienced with different temperaments, routines, and care needs, and I always provide patient, attentive care. I mainly have experience with older dogs (1 year to senior) and don’t shy away from the many needs dogs require in their twilight years. I primarily have been dog sitting for a close friend with two beagle mixes and can tell you they gave me enough experience to be able to handle the high energy and stubbornness that comes with their breed. I’m a huge animal lover so it’s all worth it in the end when our furry friends are happy and thriving! I work a full time job 3:30 to midnight so my hours of availability are mornings until 2PM and I have off on weekends so I have plenty of time to play with your pups on those days. I take the time to double check with pet parents booking with me to see if my schedule works for them so I can make sure I am the best fit for you and your pets! I take great care in respecting the homes of pets and owners when I’m providing care. I strive to prevent messes when possible and make sure pets are fed, watered and their spaces are well maintained and home owners spaces are left the same or better than when they departed.

About: We have lots of experience with dogs, cats and many other types of animals! Large property with room to run, we have several horses and goats on site. Family care in our home (with children). Experience working as a vet tech including first aid, animal grooming, training and behavior, and as an animal chiropractor for ~15 years. We do have a kennel license through the state and as such, we require a copy of your current rabies vaccine and dog license (easy to do and only about $12 online!). Question on this? Just ask! We have several older children who help out with daily care, walks, and feeding. One parent is stay at home and the other parent works flexible hours. We have a large house for dogs to roam and play throughout the day. Sleeping can be in a kennel or snuggled with us in bed--whatevert you prefer. Large outdoor spaces to roam and we love to take walks in the neighborhood.

In college, I started house sitting and caring for pets while owners were away. (I have plenty of references if you'd like one as well).
