During the school year, I stick to a reliable routine and will always communicate clearly about my availability. Over holidays and breaks, my schedule opens up even more, allowing for extended care if needed! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs to ensure they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive, patient, and always keep a close eye on pets during walks and visits. I follow all instructions carefully. “Kyle really came through for my girls and I in a pinch. Their regular sitter was not available for a weekend beach trip I had planned and we put our trust in another awesome human. He showed up for a meet and greet and my spicy, anxious ridden rescue took to him fairly quickly. We were all happy he was able to stay overnight. My girls usually dont do well with being left alone more than one night. I had updates when I needed and I came home to my place the way I left it. Would definitely use Kyle again.”

About: I grew up with and have owned dogs and cats my whole life. I’d love to care for your pets as I would my own! I understand the importance of a reliable, quality pet sitter because I use Rover frequently myself for my dogs, who require extra care. I have three dogs of my own: • Riley – a 12-year-old Beagle (I help manage her lymphoma medication) • Penelope – an 8-year-old Aussie mix (I cared for her after recent knee surgery) • Nyx – a 3-year-old Border Collie mix (I help manage his separation anxiety) I work full time during the week , but am available on the weekends for drop in visits and walks. Day of requests are welcome! I may be available for some weekday drop ins after 5pm if you live near by , so feel free to message me! I am happy to care for your pets as instructed. I am certified in Cat and Dog first aid, and have experience administering medication if needed.

About: We have lots of experience with dogs, cats and many other types of animals! Large property with room to run, we have several horses and goats on site. Family care in our home (with children). Experience working as a vet tech including first aid, animal grooming, training and behavior, and as an animal chiropractor for ~15 years. We do have a kennel license through the state and as such, we require a copy of your current rabies vaccine and dog license (easy to do and only about $12 online!). Question on this? Just ask! We have several older children who help out with daily care, walks, and feeding. One parent is stay at home and the other parent works flexible hours. We have a large house for dogs to roam and play throughout the day. Sleeping can be in a kennel or snuggled with us in bed--whatevert you prefer. Large outdoor spaces to roam and we love to take walks in the neighborhood.

About: I’ve worked at 2 doggy daycares and actively watch 4 families dogs/houses I watch multiple times a year, varying from 1 day to 10 days depending how long they decide I am a direct care worker of a man with Parkinson’s 6-2 during the day, so I usually take care of the dogs first thing, then when I’m back from work, I have the rest of the day to hang out and play with them or take care of whatever is needed to be taken care of I have a fenced in yard, I won’t be able to bring your dog to my house, but as I’m taking care of your dog and house I will make sure to abide and follow any rules you’ve set for me

“Kat is the best dog/house sitter we have ever experienced. I am a hover mom, it is something I am working to overcome. We have never had a bad experience using Rover, but we had bad experiences before finding Rover, which lead to me becoming a hover mom. The first night we were away, poor Kat had so many phone calls from me. But we have cameras for just the dogs, again we have had serious issues so you have to cut me some slack. I could see Kat taking such good care of the girls. She took them to the park on the one and only day it was not raining. Because it was raining Kat had the extra difficult task of keeping our wood floors paw print free, and she did a great job. The girls were loved up a lot. The older dog, Thelma, was carried up the stairs every night. Thank God Kat is strong because Thelma is large and in charge. Louise can be a brat, but she grew very close to Kat quickly. Kat remembered to put a leash on Louise who is a runner every time and to lock the door every time. Louise needs time out in her playpen when she gets too tired, she is a small dog who thinks she is so big. Kat is the only sitter we have ever hired that understood a cranky furbaby is just like a cranky child, they need their own place and space to chill out. Kat used the playpen just the right amount of time. Kat also used just the right timing and amount of medication to control Thelma's bone pain. Honestly, I would be hard pressed to find even the smallest concern about the care the girls received. We will definitely be hiring Kat again very soon. The girls got too clingy due to Covid restrictions so we plan to take more short overnight trips just to get a break from being furbaby parents. The sleep in does us good. She even gave the girls a treat and the special note when she left was just adorable. I hope after this raving review Kat is available for us, but I really just want all animals to have a a great sitter experience. Kat will give you this experience.”
