About: Cozy, Loving Home for Your Pup: Personalized Attention & Care in Ellisville! I live in a home in Ellisville with my husband and 8 year old daughter (who loves reading about and studying all things dog-related). I was born into a home with dogs and have been a dog owner my entire life. A few months ago, my family said goodbye to our beloved 13 year old rescue dog, Misty Blue. While we are not yet ready to adopt another dog full-time, we would love the opportunity to have another dog in our home to care for when you need to be away. I work from home and am generally a homebody. My husband is also home most of the time and will occasionally assist with the drop off/pick up process. We do not currently have any animals in the home. We only board/sit for one family at a time, so your furry family member(s) will have as much undivided attention as they could possibly want. Bowls and orthopedic bedding are provided and are cleaned between every family, as is the yard. Our large backyard is fenced. For very, very small dogs who could fit between the iron fence posts, we will always take out on a leash. While I DO require your dog(s) to be potty trained/house-trained, I do NOT require your dog to be crate-trained. I do have a large crate if your dog does prefer the privacy/security of a crate. You provide: Food Any Specific treats (I usually have some on hand if your dog is not on a diet restriction. We will carefully follow all diet instructions) Any specific comfort items/toys from home Any medications Please also note: Since I only board for one family at a time, and given that many of these are long stays, the quantity of reviews on my profile will not be similar to that of other sitters who provide daycare services or boarding services for many families at a time or those sitters who only provide care for shorter stay durations. My services provide individualized care and attention for your dog(s) and your dog(s) only. Thank you so much for considering me to care for your sweet pup(s)!

About: I limit my care to one non-shedding dog under 40 lbs at a time. This allows me to give your pup my full attention in a safe and loving environment. I was a devoted dog mom to our sweet Sophie for 18 years. As empty nesters, we're not getting another dog to maintain some flexibility. My heart has plenty of love to give, and I would be honored to care for your furry family member as if they were my own. Since I work part time from home, your dog will have constant companionship. I know it’s hard to leave your furry family member, so you can count on regular updates and photos for your peace of mind. I will follow your pup's specific routine to make them feel comfortable and secure while you're away. First time Rover clients can get $20 off with this link: https://www.rover.com/sit/bhairavik Non-shedding dogs only, please, due to allergies. Working part-time from home means your pup will enjoy plenty of companionship and a flexible schedule to suite their needs. I’ll treat your dog like family and make sure they feel right at home. With no pets of my own, they’ll have my full attention and can roam freely indoors. If they prefer a crate, feel free to bring one. Walks are always on-leash—ideally with a chest harness. I’ll follow their feeding and care routine closely.

“Jeanne has been amazing! Super flexible with my schedule and Winnie loves her! Winnie gets lots of love and play time, and plenty of potty breaks. Jeanne is always quick to reply when I text too. Highly recommend her!”

“Melissa was phenomenal. She took FENWAY with short notice, so I could take my kids on some adventures on our way thru the city as we drove home from a camping trip. She sent me pictures, and Fenway slept most the way home, so I could tell she had a good time”

“My typical sitter was unavailable as I travelled the desert southwest, so I was concerned to find someone sweet, caring and reliable. Julene is very attentive and spoiled my dog. She shared awesome photos of my dog while in her care, and asked questions for understanding. I am nervous to leave this wonderful review because I want to keep her all to myself! LOL but every dog deserves a chance to meet Julene at least once. Wait no longer. book her :) -AJ”

About: I have had animals my entire life, dogs, cats, gerbils, ferrets, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish. I just love having animals and taking care of them. My job is flexible and I work from home most of the time so I can keep animals during the day and overnight. I will be able to take them on walks during the day. About: Charismatic and outgoing animal lover with 16 years experience owning pets, and hundreds of hours volunteering at the humane society in 3 different states. My fur babies include a 13 year old sweet beagle mix, Alice 🌈 and two gentle loving cats, Poppy and Millie. All of my animals have been around other animals their whole lives and get along with all creatures. I prefer not to board cats, but can keep your cat in a closed bedroom for their stay. I would love to open my doors to help out families in need of a more personal way to board their pets when they are away. Your animals must get along with cats and small children. I have a very flexible schedule so I have the ability to care for your pet throughout the day, depending on your pets individuals needs. My pets have free range of the house. Visitors dogs can be crated if needed or have free range of the house if ok left unsupervised.

Bhairavi K.
“I’ve seen firsthand how deeply my mom cares for dogs. She not only lovingly raised our dog Sophie for 18 years, but she also would pet-sit for friends’ dogs and treated them like her own. In Sophie’s senior years, my mom went above and beyond, patiently cleaning up after her when she couldn’t always make it outside and preparing soft meals when Sophie lost her teeth. Her compassion, patience, and genuine love for dogs make her an incredible pet caregiver. Any dog would be lucky to be in her care.”
