About: I did the animal science program at boces for 2 years where I got to get hands on experience with all kinds of animals such as taking care of dogs. Due to taking the animal science program I am certified as a veterinary assistant. Right now I’m also going to school for my bachelors degree in canine training and management. I also have 2 cats of my own that I’ve had and taken care of since I was 11. Heads up I have 2 cats at home still so for boarding requests I cannot accept cat reactive dogs. It fits into my schedule for the summer because of college break because I won’t have school at all and I’ll be able to give a most of my time to your pets although I do have work Monday Wednesday and Thursday. Although since Monday Wednesday and Thursday I have work from 8 to 11:30 so if doing a boarding I wouldn’t be back home until 4:30 because of transportation depending so dogs have to be okay being home alone for a little bit. If I do house sitting I cannot get to a house after 7am and before 4pm due to transportation because I cannot drive due to medical reasons and only have transportation before 7am and after 4pm. Be up front and open. Follow and respect the animals and if you go to the home respect and follow the rules. I don’t have a fenced in yard.

About: Responsible and caring. I want to be sure all their needs are met so they are comfortable and safe. Pets deserve to be treated well. I have spare time to help a family out with their pets. I am truly committed to the time slots I say I am available. I have an indoor cat, but he loves to go outside, so I put a collar and a leash on him and take him out daily.

About: I’ve pet sat for family members but I’ve also and still currently pet sit for previous teachers. I’ve done an internship at a vet clinic. I completed boces which made me a certified veterinary assistant. I worked at the SPCA while finishing up college. Volunteered at Tanglewood Nature Center. Depending on my work schedule I spend as much time as possible outside of work with your pets. I don’t leave them alone for long at all. I’m easy going, my dog gets crated when I’m not home. About: I love dogs they can tell. I have a boxer that enjoy running with and playing engaging games. I don't mind walking and running in winter weather. I enjoy working with dogs that want to get out and run but I'm also enjoying working with dogs who have gained some pounds and need a walk... who hasn't been there!? I think happy dogs are less destructive dogs and less distructive dog means happier owner. My hours and availability maybe changing relatively soon, but I am available every day before 8 and every day after 3 im available for overnight stays or weekend stays. About: I am currently attending Cornell University studying Veterinary Medicine in hopes of receiving my DVM. I have worked with all animals for many years and hope to continue working with them. I am certified in many things including grooming and a certified veterinarian assistant. I will have plenty of time for your pets as I am a senior so have less of a class work load and am not busy during the winter and new year with anything! I have proper tools and I carry an animal first aid kit on me. I am also CPR certified for animals and am trained to handle emergency situations. I have a fenced in yard, have built in gates at my house, and can put my animals upstairs if yours needs space. I am also certified in training and animal cues so I can properly crate and assess your animal to prevent any incidents.
