About: Please note*** I cannot board pets where I live, all pet sitting (days and overnight) is done at your residence. Hello! I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile and spend Summers in WI and Winters in AZ. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

About: Hi folks. I'm Heather. I live in Amery at my cat Simba's house. 😀 I have always had pets. While I was growing up, we always had dogs, cats and rabbits. It was my responsibility to feed, water and do whatever else that was needed to be done to take care of them. My family lived on a farm when I really young and I was in seventh heaven. I had a calf, a pig, two dogs and various barn cats and we raised rabbits. Being around animals is relaxing for me. 💜 My fur babies have always been like family to me. I don't have children so I consider my cat Simba, my kid. 😻 I look forward to meeting your pet(s) and making a great relationship with them. ❤️ I offer the following services: Drop in visits. If you need me to feed and or potty your pet, I offer that. I also offer dog walking. I also offer caring for your pet, overnight, in your home. This is usually what's best for the animal.(s) This way they get to stay in the comforts of their own home and feel more relaxed. I do not take animals in at my house. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all my life. I was raised in Mississippi on a farm and we always had dogs and cats running around. I have two cat children, Gertie and Quill, but I also love dogs and have experience with older/difficult dogs. I especially love walking, so to have a little companion would be wonderful. Excited to meet them! I am available most week days after 3pm and all day Sat and Sun. I have meetings during the week that vary but I rarely have a packed schedule; perfect for potty breaks, drop ins, and walks. Pets need you to meet them where they’re at, so I always approach them that way. Ideally, that’s with lots of love and cuddles, but I’m happy to also just sit in the company of a sassy cat or a skittish dog. If you have rules, I’ll follow them, and if you have no rules, I’ll act like you do anyways. 😉

About: I have spent my whole life with dogs, caring for our family dogs over the years and dog sitting for friends. I enjoy going on long walks and would love to have a buddy join me, big or small. I’m a graduate student and tend to be available either before 9am or after 5pm. I spend a good amount of time working from my apartment but sometimes have to unexpectedly run into the lab. I’m typically more free during the days on the weekend. I live in an apartment, and will not be able to host dogs here. the apartment is dog friendly so there is a chance i could bring a dog over temporarily, but not overnight. (though I wish i could!)

About: I have taken care of pets ever since I was 15. My family and friends rely on me to feed, water, and walk there pets. I have my Vet assistant certificate. I have 3+ year of experience in animal care. Let me know if your pet has special need requirementsthat I need to know about. I have delt with that type of stuff before. I am available on the weekends and week days, all the time. I am very flexible when it comes to taking care of your pets. I do have some stuff to do otherwise your pet gets my full attention and love. I cannot provide services in my home as my dogs are not friendly with other dogs. I do provide services in other people's homes if they would like, I will take dogs on car rides if nice out, will treat the dog like it is my own dog.
