About: I do walking, snuggles, feed them, potty breaks and lots of play time! I do have a pet myself, but she stays home. I trained her all by myself. About: I have always had pets while growing up. Rabbits, dogs, cats, calves. My family lived on a farm in my younger years and I absolutely loved the animals we had and loved caring for them. I do drop in visits to care for some of my friend's animals and I also walk dogs,play with them and keep them company while their owner's are at work. My pet's have always been considered my kids and I take the utmost care for friend's,family and customer's pets--as if they were my own. Animals seem to warm up to me right away. I look forward to meeting your pets and making a great relationship with them. I am on Social Security Disability so I am unable to work. I am disabled due to neck surgeries/pain but caring for animal's does not not interfere with my pain. It's very therapeutic for me to be around animals. I am usually very flexible with my schedule, as to fit you in, if I have a 3 day (or more) notice. I am not offering pet sitting in my own home but will gladly do drop in visits at yours or walk your animal(s) from your home.

About: Please note*** I cannot board pets where I live, all pet sitting (days and overnight) is done at your residence. Hello! I've had dogs and cats all my life. I am the type to keep my dogs active whether it be playing fetch in the yard or throwing the stick in the lake for them to fetch. I believe in lots of play toys and chewys so they never get bored. I also understand the dog who might be more calm, maybe a little shy and likes time alone, and that is very understandable. I am a retired nurse and know pretty well the signs and symptoms of pain or discomfort. I understand the importance of proper nutrition and availability of fresh water. I lost my 14 yr. old lab to old age 2 years ago, and just recently got a new yellow lab puppy here in March. I really missed having a travel companion! I'm a unique pet/house sitter in that I travel in my beautiful Canadian Roadtrek Campervan and can house "watch" while taking care of your pets. I do not need to stay in your home. Any additional duties other than "watch" your house can be negotiated- like water a few houseplants, etc. I do ask that you provide a household electric (120V) outside plug in. My small RV uses approx. $2-$3 per day of electricity. I love animals. I have a 3 yr. old yellow Labrador myself! I travel often in my RV and we make great travel partners often stopping at dog parks 2-3 times a day on our adventures. Beau would love to have playmates! Currently I am mobile in the Western AZ / Southeastern CA area. I will come to you. I can stay as long as you need for your pet care - up to 2+ weeks if needed. I can only provide mobile pet/house sitting. I am unable to pet sit in the home I live in. I am a recently retired nurse. I am trained not only in human CPR, but I also have dog and cat CPR training. I have given pets medication, induced vomiting -per instructions while on the phone with a vet tech (after dog ate 1 1/2 lbs of bing cherries - pits and all. Happy ending! :). When I go into a home I find myself scanning countertops and floors for potential hazards for pets - things like medications, foods, hot boiling water on stovetop with handles pointing out, etc... I am constantly monitoring for potential dangers. Sometimes things happen though, unfortunately, that can't be avoided and that's when first aid, CPR, poison control line, and Vet info need to all be available and handy. I ask that all instructions be written down and text/emailed to me 24 hours prior. That way if I have any questions, they can be answered before you leave on your relaxing worry-free vacation!

About: Since childhood, I have always had a special connection with animals, always drawn to them. I have cared for cats, dogs, and other small critters since I can remember. I am now the proud owner of 4 large dogs, 5 cats, a lionhead rabbit, and fish. I also have experience working as a vet assistant for the last five years and have a keen eye for paying attention to the needs of our beloved fur babies. Along with experience, I am obtaining a certification as a veterinary technician, just completing my first year of a two-year program. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all routines exactly as instructed—whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, or favorite walking routes. About: The two loves of my life were my dog, Abby, and my dog Bronx. Abby was a Siberian husky and Bronx a 15” lemon beagle. Bronx was part of my life for 20 years and just recently passed. I honestly can’t imagine a life without animals in it, and one day I wanna be able to reflect back on my life, knowing that I did as much as I could to help as many animals as possible, which is why becoming a part of ROVER is so appealing. I have an incredibly flexible work schedule that will enable me to schedule my work hours around my hours caring for animals. I truly believe that animals are every bit as important as we are, and I think pet owners will be able to rest easy, leaving their pets in my care, knowing that their health and safety will be of the utmost importance to me! I have a two-story condo that they would be able to spend most of their time in with me. I also have a heated garage that I’ve converted into a safe and comfortable area for animals to play in. In addition to that, I live in Woodbury, literally surrounded by parks, full of walking paths that will be ideal for a dogs exercise. One thing I would like pet owners to know is that I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing this because I’m newly single and alone and can’t think of anybody better to spend my time with than animals in need. I wouldn’t just be some dog watcher, I would be their friend that plays with them and loves being with them.

About: I lived with 2 cats for a majority of my life. I have experience watching animals for family and friends, looking to meet new best friends. I am currently working full time and going to school part time to earn my master’s degree. Looking for a fun side job to keep life interesting.
