About: I've raised dogs since childhood. Experienced with all sizes, seniors, and medication needs. I'm a true animal lover and care for them like family. You can trust! I work from home and have full availability every day. Your pet won’t be left alone for long, as I rarely go out and only for quick errands. My home has a fenced backyard, space for crates if preferred, and there is a dog park in my neighborhood for fun and safe playtime!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends, family, and coworkers over the last several years and I enjoy every moment of it! I will take great care of your fur baby. I work downtown Austin from 9am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. I have the ability to go home for lunch to walk the pup if needed. I have a fenced yard and dog park in my neighborhood. I live alone with no other pets so your dog will be top priority.

About: After losing my senior golden in February, I am looking to spend some more time with fluffy friends nearby. I was a dog walker in Dallas for years, I’m excited to make some new four-legged friends here in Austin! I work from home, I can easily stop by to say hi during lunch or check on your friend during the early evening. I just ask that you give me some notice so I am not rushed spending time with your friend. I have a big one bedroom apartment with easy access to grass outside. It was ideal for my senior dog and will be ideal for when your pet comes to visit, too!

About: The best pet care for the best pets — YOURS. I provide everything from walks to drop ins to transportation. I’ve got a wealth of experience from kittens and puppies to seniors, including medically fragile or special needs pets. I am proud to carry supplemental pet sitting/boarding/walking insurance via Pet Sitter’s Associates. This above and beyond any coverage provided via Rover. Rover also offers a discount code for 1st time bookings that I encourage you to use, whether you book with me or with another provider. Looking over my profile, you will see that I am a Star Sitter with reviews that speak for themselves. I offer a comprehensive, “white glove,” pet care experience that provides an alternative to kenneled boarding. As such, my rates are a direct reflection of multiple factors, including my reputation, experience, supplemental insurance, professionalism, and the premium service I provide. There are a multitude of wonderful providers for most budgets on Rover; if you find my rates are more than what you have budgeted for, I encourage you to research any number of caring providers that are closer to what you have planned to invest in pet care. I work from home. In addition to a fenced backyard, my subdivision offers 2 dog parks. Prefer your house or park? I can do that as well! I keep things tidy! From picking up droppings to scooping boxes, it’s doo-doo-able (see what I did there?). I leave your house as you want it — just let me know. My home is secure with a high fence for the yard.

“Marcella is the best! She did an awesome job walking my guy Jackson multiple times a day and giving him his meds and making me feel comfortable while I was gone. Highly recommend!”

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. Sorin and I adopted two rescues since being together and they are our whole world. We treat our dogs like they are our children and cuddle and spoil them as much as possible. We got engaged in 2021 were looking for a fun way to earn extra income for our big day and decided the perfect way would be taking care of sweet pups. We have since gotten married and became totally obsessed with meeting all the new dogs that we have and decided we wanted to continue dog watching after the wedding. Sorin works from home full time and can let the dogs out whenever they need. Our dogs can be very playful or very mellow - they will feed of your dogs energy. We can take them on walks before, or after work or on lunch. We have a fenced in, open backyard for ample play space. We have dog beds, couches and beds that the dogs are welcome to cuddle with us on or be in their own space. We have a bin of toys for the dogs to play with and pull out as they please. We are happy to accommodate most requests so please feel free to ask! There will be at least one of us with your pup during the stay. There may be a point when we both need to leave but that usually isn’t the case and generally wouldn’t be over an hour or two. We have crates or if they free roam at your house without any issues we would put our dogs in other rooms. If you’d like us to keep up with any training we can do this as well. Will feed according to their schedule with potty breaks every couple hours. Generally will have a bit of playtime around noon. Usually our dogs will tucker other dogs out but we can walk if it’s not too hot or if they need to burn off some energy.

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets my whole life, namely dogs, cats, and horses. I currently have two dogs, Beau and Evie, and am lucky enough to work from home and spend my time with them. I have worked with rescue dogs, puppies, and seniors, and have experience with medical care. I always aim to care for your pets as I do my own, and would be thrilled to offer a fun but relaxing environment for any fur friends. I work from home, so my daily schedule is flexible. For in-home boarding, I try give pups a potty break and outside time at least every 2 hours, but I am attentive in case it needs to be more frequent. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to romp around. Pets are never outside without my supervision. I have a spare room where visiting pets can have their own space, if needed. I also have two large sized spare kennels that can be set up. For the more fun stuff: we have plenty of toys, spare beds, and a doggy pool!

Avery L.
“Avery is truly gifted at caring for pets. For years I have witnessed how patient and loving she is- and pets can sense it too and respond very well to her. Avery is incredibly responsible; I've seen firsthand how she manages demanding medication schedules for multiple pets. She has tended to elderly pets that need special care and pets with a variety of ailments - thyroid issues, incontinence, and high blood pressure to name a few. She's also great with discipline and will abide by training or rules that you have implemented so none of your hard work is undone. She also completed Animal Science courses during college, it's so relieving to know that your pets are being taken care of by someone who has a great rapport with them and relevant education. All in all, she's a great caregiver that I trust completely, which she has earned many times over. Plus, I've seen her walk two 75+ lbs dogs at the same time, so there really isn't anything she can't handle.”
