“My cat Elsa loved Christine so much! She opened up to her fast, and let her pet her. Christine was nice enough to also take in mail while I was gone on vacation. I really appreciate her for all the hard work she did! I recommend her heavily ♡”

“Danielle is AMAZING! Took great care of our kitties and last minute! Think I found a new friend and someone to count on to take care of my fur babies while away! Ty Danielle!”

“This was our second time having Crystal cat sit for us. She goes above and beyond! She’s very communicative and sends plenty of pictures while we’re away. We won’t hesitate to book her again.”

“Abigail was AMAZING! I have some high maintenance kitties and she took such good care of them, with regular updates and pics. Our flight also got cancelled last minute and she was quickly able to add on another day to care of my girls. I am so grateful for her help!”

“Darnell again took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away. He sent regular updates and lots of pictures. Even our shy cat came out to say hi! Would definitely hire Darnell again!”
About: I grew up in a household full of animal friends of all different kinds, and I now have 4 cats, 4 chickens, and tortoise in the family. The love I got from my pets as a kid inspired me to work as a zookeeper, wildlife rehabilitator and now a park ranger. I had the privilege of working for a pet sitting company two years ago and I am currently looking to meet new fuzzy friends in VA. I am currently working a 9-to-5 job but I am looking to take in some clients after work and on my days off. I will do my best to meet your needs. When I come into your home I am a guest. I make sure to read any and all body language your animal is giving and adjust my behavior to fill their needs.
“Emily is always reliable and takes extra care with my girl. Cat was under the weather and Emily monitored her symptoms and communicated changes. Not to mention helped spot clean accidents. She even recommended things to help my senior kitty. She's the best!”

About: I am very flexible with hours. I am an active person and happy to play with your pet and walk them as much as needed. I grew up in the cold, so weather doesn't bother me walking or driving. I also am willing to work with your hours and do what is best for your pet. I also am always happy to send pictures and check in so you know they are living your best life. I can be flexible but I am a morning person so early walks are okay with me. I can also drop in easily through the day with little issue. I grew up with large dogs (lover (100lbs) and 2 cats, and am the current owner of a Bernese Mountain dog who I love. I love all animals but tend to lean to bigger dogs. I like cats butdon't currently own one due to my husband. I am newer to rover but have spent a lot of time caring for my own pets but also dog sitting for others in their homes over the last 7 years.
“If you pass by Lauren for watching your fur babies, you are missing out. Not only does she take care of them, she’s extremely communicative and goes above and beyond. We had her do drop ins for our two when we were out of town and my male cat likes to be destructive no matter what we do(literally nicknamed him CODAD- iykyk). Lauren was willing to cleanup after all the messes he made!”
“We have used Shanelle’s drop-in visits multiple times for our cats because she does such a great job! She always keeps us updated with her visits and goes above and beyond to help us out! I highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve had all types of breeds and sizes growing up! From german shepherds, to goldens, to mixed breeds from the shelter. I’ve learned their tricks and how to cater to each personality! I’m an Army officer looking to fill her time with furry friends! I’m always available after 1800 everyday (I’m at work from 0530-1700) and weekends of all times are free! I treat every home with respect and cleanliness as I enter/move about/exit! It’s important that the dog/cat feels safe in their own home as I care for them in whatever way!
“Brenda cared for our cats as if they were her own! She was super friendly, offered meet and greets with our babies, and was responsive to communication! We look forward to booking with her again soon!”

“Shelby was a quick communicator and made the effort of coming out of her way to meet us and our cats. We felt so comfortable leaving our kitties in her care especially after a prior Rover experience which had us nervous to leave them. Shelby followed all instructions, sent pictures and important info each day, and took great care of our kitties and house. Would book again!”

She made going far away from our pets so easy and we couldn’t be more grateful for her communication, compassion, and care for animals. We can’t wait to work with her again and couldn’t recommend her services more. Thank you!
