“Julia welcomed our puppy Riley into her home for 6 days. It was our first experience with Rover, and bringing Riley to someone's home outside of our family. We were amazed at how Riley quickly became comfortable! He was welcomed by Julia and soon learned the daily routine. Julia sent us tons of pictures - daily walks, playing with her dog, cuddling and napping. Her knowledge of puppies and training is very deep, and her quiet way was very reassuring to us, and for Riley. She even shared maps of her favorite trails so we could continue to take riley to some of his now favorite walks. We look forward to booking with Julia in the near future. She truly is a 5 star person!”

I can't thank Debra enough for taking such good care of Tucker and Eloise. ”

About: About me: As someone who has grown up surrounded by pets of all kinds, I have had the great opportunity to fall in love with animals and all their unique personalities. Ranging from dogs and cats, to Guinea pigs and bearded dragons, I’ve cared for a variety of pets, and I want each one that comes through that door to feel loved and cared for for the time that they are here. Your pet: I would love to hear about what makes your pet different and unique so that I can make their stay a great one. Where they’ll be staying: I live in an house with a big backyard, with plenty of room for playing. It is unfenced so all furry friends will be carefully supervised. Every pet will have the opportunity to stay in the downstairs part of the home where the temperature is controlled, keeping it cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Located on a fairly quiet street with some trails nearby, your pup will be able to go on some new adventures while they’re here. Here at my house I have a standard size poodle mix, a bearded dragon, and a Guinea pig. My dog loves spending time with other dogs so he’d be more than happy to get some extra play time with them in if your pup enjoys the company. And they’ll be no contact with the two small exotics so they’re no worries there. Health and Safety: I am able to administer any oral medicines, just let me know when to give it to them! I cannot do injected medication. Should an emergency occur, I am located within a five minute drive of two different emergency vets, so your furry friend will be able to receive care quickly and efficiently should they ever need it. Training: I love training my own dog, and would love to help train yours as well. I can continue any training they’re already going through, or teach them something new! Simply discuss it with me ahead of time and I can see if I can make it happen. Baths: If you want your furry friend squeaky clean on their way home, I’m more than happy to make that happen for you. For a small fee I’ll have your pup shining and smelling great once more! And finally, if there’s anything special your pet needs, please let me know! I want your beloved pet to feel at home and to be content while staying here. I am always free Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so if you ever need a weekend away from home, I’m here to watch your pet and keep them having fun! If you need a longer boarding time, I can do that, please be aware that your dog will be left unsupervised in their own room for up to 2 hours at a time throughout the weekdays for when I am not home. With a nice big yard, trails nearby, and someone always in watching distance of your pet, you can rest assured that your pet will stay out of trouble while still having fun.

“Jen Is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable with dogs and is fantastic with Bear. Bear is a great dane puppy so he is challenging in that he doesn't know his size, yet Jen handles him very well! She has also worked with us to make sure she meets his special needs! we are going on vacation soon and I am confident that he will be in great care with Jen and her family! Her dog Colby is very skilled with other pets and his calm nature is perfect for Bear! We are very lucky to have found Jen!”

About: Lifelong dog loving home. Experienced with puppies through senior dogs. We treat all dogs with lots of attention and love. We will love your dogs as if they were our own. I am a local nurse, I work a hybrid schedule and I have a lot of flexibility with my work day. I am home 3 days a week. We have a big fenced in yard and doggy pool set up. We have 2 very friendly labrador retrievers Maggie & Nash who love playdates.

About: I grew up taking care of all the pets in my neighborhood. I grew up in upstate ate NY and a lot of my neighbors would migrate for the winter. I’m used to short term and long term care for both cats and dogs as well as fish and lizards!! I currently work from home and I am a mother of three children. I make my own schedule and can be available pretty quickly if needed. Standard of care will be reviewed on a pet by pet basis as not every animal requires the same things. However, they all require love and affection which I have PLENTY to share.

About: Hi pet owners! I have always grown up being an avid animal lover. Currently I have a year old Australian shepherd, Nessie, and a 7 year old bunny, Melody. With over 3 years of hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals—including dogs, cats, birds, horses, sheep, lizards, chickens, and small mammals—I specialize in understanding each pet’s unique personality and needs. I have experience administering medications, working with senior and young pets, and maintaining consistent routines that reduce stress and promote well-being. My calm, attentive approach ensures pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away, giving clients peace of mind they can count on. I currently just pet sit and most recently, started my own solo cleaning company business. As I take off, I only have a few cleans, leaving me basically the entire day to love on and exercise your four legged friends! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their regular routine to minimize stress. I follow detailed instructions for feeding, exercise, playtime, walks, and medication administration, and I keep the home tidy and secure. I also send regular updates, photos, and notes to give owners peace of mind while they’re away.

“What a great stay! My dog boarded for a week on short notice. Stephanie was a gracious and thoughtful host, and her kids gave so much love and attention to my dog that when I came to pick her up, she just looked at me and said, “Why are you back? This is my home now.” Lots of checking and photos, and a calm, happy dog at pickup. Thanks so much.”

“This wonderful couple last minute were able to watch our dog. They were so great with him and he came home so very happy. Over the course of his stay they sent us pictures to know he was okay. Lots of walks and play time for our pup. We’ll certainly use them in the future. And on top of everything we accidentally forgot his food bowl there and they very generously brought it over to us so we didn’t have to drive and get it. I would absolutely recommend for anyone needing a stay to consider Nicolas.”
