“Our fur baby, Stetson, fell in love with Mahogany since the meet-and-greet! (And that is not his typical behavior). Mahogany went above and beyond to ensure that Stetson had memorable yet routine check-ins. She also sent photos during her visits to ensure comfort and transparency. She's earned her gold stars!!”

About: I have previously dog sat two west highland terriers for two years were I stayed overnight with them, administer medication too both dogs, and had to carry the eldest up and down the stairs to use the bathroom. I have also watched my aunts dogs, grandmas dogs, youth directors dogs, and family friends. I'm currently in school full time, majoring in forensics science. I'm looking for a job that I can create my own schedule, as my school schedule has made to hard to secure a part time that job that alows a good balance between work, school, and having a social life. I have a three bedroom, two bath house with a fenced in yard. I have tiled floors with the bedrooms carpeted, and all the doors stay shut when not being occupied. I have two friendly female dogs, one winner dog, and a German Shepherd, and a skittish male cat.
About: I am new to the pet world, but I have always wanted a dog. Through this experience, I hope to learn which type of dog would be the best fit for me. I appreciate your willingness to let me spend time with your pet. Special Skills: I have a lot of energy and can easily run 2-4+ miles, if you have a dog that can keep up with me! However, I can adjust to the speed and energy of your dog. I work from home and have flexible hours, so I would love an “excuse” (regular breaks) to take care of your pet (I also enjoy being outside)! También hablo Español. I am happy to come to your home to feed or walk/jog your pet. Please let me know your preferences for your pet’s personal care.
“Lydia took amazing care of our 3 cats. Feeding them, cleaning up after them, and playing with them plenty. She always gave reminders and warnings for when she was coming over and was very accommodating to whatever special requests we asked for her. We recommend her and she will be the first person we look for next time we need to use Rover.”

About: I’ve been taking care of multiple animals since age 11. I’ve been able to walk my dogs under sunlight in Texas for less than an hour (depending on how long a dog or cat can walk outside). I provide usual house care for my pets with enough dog food, water, toys, and giving them baths occasionally. No matter if they’re dog or cat, I treat them as one of my own. Currently I am unemployed, so I’m hoping to gain experience from this job so I can get future ones. I’m available to watch animals with no supervision on weekdays from late mornings to nights. I can begin my work at 11 AM and end around 7 PM. My 3 visits per day depends on how far are clients from another. If needed, I can work on weekends for emergencies. Right now I am an owner of 3 pets, 2 dogs (golden retriever named Sunny and a mixed mutt named Buddy) and 1 cat (named Mittens). I walk the dogs every morning and night in less than an hour. Sometimes afternoon when it’s not too hot outside. Occasionally, I give them all baths every 2 months. I feed them around breakfast and dinner, but not an equal amount of dood. For example, Sunny gets 1 cup, which is the average amount for her. However, Buddy gets 2 cups because he’s a special dog who couldn’t eat much back at a shelter we found. Mittens eats about less than a cup. I care for their entertainment by giving them toys and spending balanced quality time each of them. Sure, they get jealous, but I love them all like children.

I am currently available full time during the week and weekends when scheduled with enough notice. Please message me for weekend availability if you are interested. We go on long leashed walks multiple times a day and visit the dog park every other day. Inside we have lots of toy time. We also enjoy lounging on the patio together.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since the age of 9. I have experience with medications and training dogs. I love puppies and taking care of them. I currently have 8 animals (cats and dogs), they are part of my daily routine and life. If it was up to me I would have more animals. I have a fenced yard and crate trained all my dogs. Due to the crates the dogs have their own room. My cats know not to go outside when we open doors.

“This is the first time we had used Rover and we were a little nervous going in, not knowing how the sitter would do over a 12 day period with 5 cats, including a very hyper kitten. But from the moment we met Yuliia we were very reassured. She is absolutely fantastic, very communicative, and our babies took to her very quickly right from the first pre-house/cat-sitting meet & greet. While we were away she sent us daily pics and updates on the babies. Halfway into our vacation my husband and I were joking that she is cat sitting her way into our will - we were that impressed. Upon return she left the house impeccable and we came home to 5 very well cared for cats. We would very highly recommend Yuliia and would absolutely call on her for house/cat-sitting again.”

Homestead Meadows South cat parents share their Rover experiences
Our pet sitter moved away unexpectedly and we needed to find a new one, and came across Christina. She's great! She came by before the specified dates and we walked her through everything. And then with the visits, she came every day promptly, took amazing care of our cats, and also let us know in real-time if she had any questions. The cats LOVED her, even our difficult one. They love her so much that when we came home, the cats were not attention starved. They were normal, which is exactly what we want when we're away from home. We already have Christina booked for another trip and will keep using her in the future!

We had Christina come back for another pet sitting stint after we just had her come the previous week. She's great! Very detail oriented and the cats LOVE her (even our spicy cat). She communicates with us very well and even took out trash to the garage, which we didn't even ask her to do, but we appreciate it! We will definitely use her every time we need a pet sitter!
