“I can’t say enough good things about Chrishlynn! She took the time to get to know Cow and his favorite game. She was so loving and gentle, and sent so many pictures of him to let us know he was okay while we were gone. So grateful ❤️”

About: We have two Corgis of our own: Nala and Jorah. We are a dual military household and I was a medic for 10 years, so have some medical background. I would LOVE to be able to love on others peoples pet when they can’t and need a sitter. I understand having to be away from home is hard especially when leaving something you love dearly behind, even if just for a short time. My family and I are very adventurous and love being outdoors. I enjoy taking my dogs on runs/walks and love playing fetch and tug-o-war. During the week I work normal 9-5 hours but live close to work and can come home during lunch to play and let the fur babies use the bathroom. I can do drop ins but they would have to be before and after I get off work. I also do house sitting but if it is far from my own home and I need to stay overnight, I might need to bring my two dogs with me if my family is not home to care for them. I only board one dog at a time so you can ensure your animal will not have to share my love or attention with any other dogs boarding. I have a fenced yard and two playful corgis. They can be kenneled if separation is needed but will follow suit with if our visitor can free roam or if they require kenneling. It will strictly be me caring for the animals. My boyfriend and the kids do enjoy cuddles though.
“Brianna was amazing! She’s incredibly attentive and clearly a true dog lover. She took the time to understand our fur baby’s needs and kept us updated with plenty of pictures and messages. She’s organized, reliable, and caring! We felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in such good hands. Highly recommend Brianna and would definitely book with her again!”
“Valerie did amazing with our guy! She was commutative and gave him a lot of play time and love which is just what he needed ☺️ definitely will book her again!”

About: I’ve dog sitted a couple times in high school but all my life i was raised with dogs in the house. Everyone I knew had a dog. I’ve always have been a animal person. I love playing with them and walking them. I enjoy animals’ company. I’m currently a college student studying to be a teacher. When I’m not in class I’ll be available for any puppers. I don’t discriminate against any ability or size. I hope to become friends with your fur baby soon. We have a fenced in backyard but when I’m away from home. I make sure not to let my pet out of my line of sight. They stay in my field of vision at all times.
“Estefany was great! Loved the pictures and comments after every visit. This was a last minute booking and Estefany was very flexible and very responsive. I will definitely use her again.”

“Isaac and Veronica are amazing. Not only do they take excellent care of our cats, they are super flexible and very communicative. Always professional, very glad we booked with them again.”

“Karla is the best cat sitter you could ask for. She goes above and beyond to ensure your pets are happy and safe. We couldn’t have asked for more. I was able to travel comfortably knowing our cats were in safe hands.”

“We have used Stephanie on multiple occasions and she is the ABSOLUTE best! Always makes sure to send pictures, texts, and gives our pup all the love. She is the only person we use and trust with our furry family members! 10/10 recommend.”

About: I set myself apart with extensive animal care experience gained from volunteering at an animal shelter, where I walk, feed, play, and provide care daily. My multiple pets at home have also honed my skills in pet care. Additionally, I'm pursuing a degree in animal science to become a veterinary medic, showcasing my dedication and passion for animals. Pet care is a significant part of my daily routine. I allocate specific times each day for feeding, walking, playing, and grooming my pets. Additionally, my volunteer work at the animal shelter also involves regular care activities, such as cleaning, feeding, and interacting with animals. Overall, pet care is integrated into my daily schedule, ensuring that all animals receive the attention and care they need. In my own home, I provide comprehensive care for pets, including feeding, walking, playing, grooming, and ensuring their overall well-being. For clients' homes, I offer tailored services based on their needs, which can include pet sitting, feeding, administering medications if needed, providing companionship, and following any specific care instructions given by the client. I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for pets, whether they are in my care or in a client's home.

About: I truly enjoy having animals. My dogs also have a lot of fun playing with new dogs. I have trained multiple dogs, as I pick up strays often. Also I am open to any accommodations needed for the animals. Currently I don’t work another job. I go to college online so I am home and available throughout the week. Animal care is in my daily life and it would save my husband some stress to be able to give the dogs back home haha. I have two dogs and a gecko. I play frequently with my shepherd and my pit is very lazy but enjoys cuddles. I enjoy playing taking videos and photos of the animals. I will crate train animals if need be, mostly if it gets too rowdy I will put my dogs in the kennel to have individual time.
“It’s always tough to be away from my two cats knowing they are used to being so spoiled by me. JUANITA was completely accepted by them!! They easily interacted with her, which says a lot—since cats are so aloof and finicky. She gave them tons of attention, and I always got thorough reports. I am SO pleased and happy with her services. Wow did I have a better time knowing she visited them while I was away! Book this lady when you need someone to care for your fur babies!!”

About: Family and friends recognize my love for their pets when I visit their homes. I have experience house sitting homes with at least two pets. I follow routines and schedules to avoid stress on the pets. I have more experience with large dogs however I have also cared for chihuahuas in the past. I have one dog who I raised since she was 6 weeks old. She’ll be 5 this November. She is a pitbull who loves to sleep and cuddle. She has 7 roommates, 1 turtle, 3 adults pugs, 2 puppy pugs and 1 eight month old bully. My work allows full flexibility. I am available 7 days a week between 6:30 am - 8:30 pm. I update my calendar frequently to avoid last minute changes/ cancellations. My dog is crate trained due to the fact that we do not have a doggy door. I care for my clients pets the way they would. I make sure to keep a routine for their pets to reduce stress caused by the absence of their owners. I do have conversations with pets and interact with them as I do with my dog.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Homestead Meadows South
Estefany was so extremely helpful! My dogs were so happy to have the company while we were away. All the pictures she sent showed them having a great time! She had a watchful eye and kept me informed on any issues there were. She also helped keep my cat’s litter box clean even though it wasn’t a priority and I’m so grateful. I have previously used a different sitter from Rover but when I found out she wouldn’t be available this time, I was so nervous to find someone else to take care of my pets. After looking at Estefany’s profile, I thought she would be a good fit and after meeting her the first time, I felt more comfortable choosing her and especially after the booking, I knew I made the right decision. She was absolutely incredible and I will definitely book with her again!

We had Christina come back for another pet sitting stint after we just had her come the previous week. She's great! Very detail oriented and the cats LOVE her (even our spicy cat). She communicates with us very well and even took out trash to the garage, which we didn't even ask her to do, but we appreciate it! We will definitely use her every time we need a pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
