About: I understand how nerve wracking it is to trust someone new to take care of your fur babies. My goal is to give you peace of mind and treat them like one of my own. I have taken care of my own, neighbors, and friends pets for years and am looking to expand while in school! You can expect open communication, frequent updates, and plenty of enrichment (of course some funny photos too)! I will be in school Tuesday and Thursday nights for 2 1/2 hours. Once I get the swing of things I will expand my schedule:). I care for pets with patience, attention, and lots of love. I make sure each pet’s individual routine and needs are followed, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special instructions from their owner. I also enjoy giving pets plenty of attention and companionship while making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I treat every pet as if they were my own and keep owners updated so they know their pet is happy and well cared for!
About: Hi! My name is Taylor, and I’m a passionate animal lover with 5 years of hands-on pet care experience. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I currently have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 5 chickens of my own! My experience goes far beyond caring for my own pets. I’ve worked at two dog daycares and as a groomer, where I gained experience caring for dogs with a wide variety of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’ve cared for puppies, senior dogs, dogs with intense anxiety, and dogs who need a little extra patience, reassurance, and one-on-one attention. I’ve also administered medications and am comfortable following specific care instructions to make sure every pet gets exactly what they need. I have extensive experience with cats as well, including kittens, senior cats, cats requiring medication, and even feral cats. I’m FetchFind certified, which taught me a lot about animal behavior and communication, and I’m currently completing two animal behavior certifications through Washington State University, where I’m learning more about animal behavior, including both canine and feline behavior. I especially love working with animals who need a little extra love and understanding. Whether your pet is nervous, elderly, energetic, shy, independent, or simply takes some time to warm up, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at and give them the individualized care they deserve. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll treat your animals like they’re my own and make sure they receive plenty of attention, patience, enrichment, and care! 🐾❤️ I’ll be attending school part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility in my schedule to dedicate time to caring for your pets. I’m able to work my school schedule around my pet-care bookings and make sure I have enough time to give each pet the attention and care they deserve. I’m looking forward to spending my free time with your babies, whether that means walks, playtime, cuddles, enrichment, or simply keeping them company! 🐾❤️ When caring for your pet in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, playtime, enrichment, and any specific routines or preferences your pet has. I’ll give them plenty of attention and companionship while also respecting their space if they’re more independent or need time to warm up. I’m also very respectful of my clients’ homes. I’ll keep things clean and tidy, make sure doors and gates are secure, and treat your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. Since I’ll be attending school part-time, I’ll have plenty of flexibility to dedicate time to your pets and make sure they aren’t simply being checked on, but are receiving meaningful one-on-one care throughout my visits. 🐾❤️

I have a full-time job and offer services to care for or walk dogs on the side. I have a collie mix named Sadie who has taught me a lot as a dog owner. I love all pets especially dogs, and it is a joy to see a smile on a dog’s face. I treat every dog in my care like my own in that I believe the physical and mental health is important to a happy dog. It can be a little stressful for a dog to be in a new environment with a new person, so I like to keep their routine the best I can.

About: I have had pets my entire life, I love all animals even the creepy ones. I have farm and show experience. I am a trustworthy and reliable. Your pets Well-being is of utmost importance. I Love the outdoors, no matter rain or shine. I do have my own pets and farm animals so I only offer pet sitting at your home. I am a cat lover. And for farm, I do have milking experience I am currently free to take pooches for walks, do drop ins and home pet sit weekdays and weekends except Weekly mornings between 6 AM and 9 AM, and Monday mornings until afternoon I do not offer in my home pet care currently. I do offer pet sitting at your home. I do clean up after myself and bring my own food items. Unless otherwise arranged if I am in your home, I will treat it with kindness and respect and never have anyone over. I follow medication routines, including Injections. I do know how to give injections, sub Q or intermuscular. I will treat your pet with love, kindness and respect as if they were my own.

About: I have always loved animals and dogs have a special place in my heart (I'm the girl that stops dead in her tracks to point out EVERY dog I see to whoever I am out with). My family had dogs and cats growing up, and I’ve always been the go to person for family and friends to help out with their babies. I'm a very active person, so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise while they are with me. I'm also very flexible so I am more than happy to satisfy any needs or special treatment! About: I love animals and always have. I believe they set us free and cure the pain we harbor. I am trying to get my health back in order while making an extra income to support unexpected life changes! I currently work full time. So working around that schedule until I move out of the position in the near future. But after work I walk my dog and try to get in as much play time in my fenced yard as possible. I have a fully fenced yard with lots of space for your baby to run and play! I have locking doors and a gate to make sure they are secure when necessary as well as outdoor cameras survailing my property.
About: We are a family of 3 who live in the Gig Harbor/Purdy area. Our home is located on 2.4 acres with open grass areas and a fenced area if your dog prefers to be outside. **Note: fenced area is currently undergoing some summer cleanup so dogs are not left unattended in the yard at this time. We provide a designated doggy sleeping area inside our home which includes a soft doggie bed. We will make sure your pet gets a lot of outdoor time taking walks with us. I also make homemade, healthy doggie treats to spoil them while they are vacationing with us. Your pet will be treated as if he/she was our own pet and will have plenty of playtime and attention. We love dogs and want them to feel at home in our country setting. Also we are not a large kennel, so we only have 2-4 dogs at one time which allows us to give each dog plenty of time and attention and keep things mellow for the dogs and us. We do have our own doggie Willow. She just turned 5 in July. She does well playing with dogs of all sizes. She has made many dog friends through my daycare. *Due to restrictions of our homeowners insurance, certain breeds are not accepted at this time.* I am home all day to watch and play with your pet. I rarely leave but when I sometimes have to leave for short periods, your dog will be very comfortable in our large dog crates with comfortable padded beds. Our family loves dogs and your pet will receive alot of attention and exercise. During the day they can be outside playing in the fenced area (**see above) or just hang out inside with our family, and in the evenings all dogs sleep inside the house with us. We do use crates at night for dogs that are used to that and we provide soft dog bedding in the crates. Dogs that do not prefer crates sleep on dog beds in our bedrooms so they never feel alone.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
