“Maddison and Wesley B. are our first Rover experience. As a single mom with my family living far away I came to Rover.com in search of a solution for my sweet Bella dog over Thanksgiving Break. When we brought Bella to them for our first meet and greet, I was nervous that she would be anxious. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how wrong I was. Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Their dogs greeted all of us as if we’d known one another for years and Bella instantly felt right at home. On drop off day, I was like a mom ar daycare for the first time, sad and nervous. Bella, however, hardly noticed I was leaving. We received one to two photos every day. Bella always looked happy and cared for. When we picked Bella up, she was very happy to see us. The love rush was amazing. Maddison and Wesley are excellent communicators. They were reasonably flexible with the drop off and pickup times. Their home was well cared for. And above all, we felt safe and comfortable leaving our furriest family member with them for a week. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them again.”

“I can’t explain enough how amazingly she took care of our pups. While we were on vacation, it seemed like my pups had their own fun vacation! It’s definitely like taking them to grandmas house because they were taken care of so perfectly and loved like they were two of her own. Will definitely book her again in the future! My wife and I often get stressed about leaving our fur babies but with all the photos and updates, the stress quickly went away and gave us piece of mind. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my little ones!”

“Isabella was simply AMAZING!!!!! A true gem from start to finish. She came to our home to meet both of our girls, one of them a 17 year old senior. She answered all of my questions and really took her time to get to know the dogs. We boarded with her for over 3 weeks while being out of country and she kept me up to date on how the girls were doing and sent pictures. The services provided by her were amazing and I have asked her to be our permanent sitter when we cannot take the girls. I know taking care of a senior dog is a whole other ballpark than a young(er) dog but both girls looked happy and healthy in all pics and when we returned. I would leave the girls with Isabella in a heart beat again! Thank you again for taking such good care of them!!!! I would also like to mention that she doesn’t run a “boarding factory” like some of the star sitters on here whom I had contacted when searching for a good match for our needs. It shows that she cares about the animal and not how many dogs she can cramp in her house to make the most money.”

“Shane was very patient with our three divas. They didn't want to eat, peed in his house, tore of a dog bed, and didn't want to take their pills. He kept in communication with us, sent pictures, and put up with them. Couldn't ask for more.”

“Ashley sent a daily picture and update of our dog while we were on vacation and he enjoyed the daily walks! Seamless dropoff and she dropped off at our house while we were gone.”

“Andrew was amazing with our old guy! Griffey can sometimes be a grumpy old man and Andrew was SO kind, patient and understanding. Griffey was so well taken care of and we got lots of updates.”

“My mini Aussie stayed with Jormary for 8 days, normally my dog is quite nervous in new surroundings, Jormary took such great care of her, gave extra attention so she would feel less anxious. I was getting daily updates and pictures. Jormary followed instructions to the t, I am very happy with the care Jormary provided for my pet. Would definitely recommend and I am certain I will book again!”

“Dorothy is the best! Our dog stayed for a full week with her, and she sent multiple updates a day with plenty of photos. I have no doubt she takes great care of our dog every time!”

“Monse took great care of my puppy! I loved all of the photo updates that I received! My puppy looked so happy in all of them! Thank you for taking care Remi, It was less stressful being away knowing she was in good hands!”

“We LOVE Candi! We left our 2 boys with her for 8 days and they were definitely well loved and cared for! We got lots of photos and videos of them and they were clearly having a good time! We will 100% be using Candi again for boarding and daycare in the future! Thanks Candi!”

“Radha and Bart were amazing with Otto - they were incredibly considerate and willing to make any accommodations needed to make Otto comfortable, even going so far as to rearrange their furniture. They kept me updated on a daily basis with pictures and status updates on how Otto was doing, and spent a lot of time during our initial meetup and then when I dropped Otto off making sure they understood everything he needed and that I was comfortable leaving him in their care.”

“Heather was amazing! We have used Rover many times and our experience with Heather far surpassed the others. She sent a lot of pictures, walked our dogs, her kiddos cuddled and gave a lot of attention to our animals. I highly recommend booking with Heather. We for sure will be using her in the future.”

“Our dog has separation issues & is often a little picky about his friends, but he settled down with Rodnie & her pups nicely for the weekend. Rodnie allowed him to feel at home...... sleeping on her sofa!! She sent us an update so we were ensured all was well. We have already booked him again with Rodnie for his next stay!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Jeff and Jirapun taking care of our dog, Miley. They kept us updated throughout her stay with regular messages and plenty of pictures, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that Miley was well cared for and very comfortable with them. Thank you both for taking such great care of Miley. We truly appreciate your kindness and attention, and we’ll definitely look forward to leaving Miley with you again in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Jasmine was absolutely amazing! Rosie felt comfortable with her right away and was treated with so much love and care. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Jasmine sent me lots of pictures and updates throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind - I never had to wonder how Rosie was doing. It was obvious that Rosie was happy, safe, and well cared for. I would absolutely book with Jasmine again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving, and reliable dog sitter!”

“Kelly was great! Clear communication and loved all the updates and pictures. Our puppy had so much fun with her was afraid we wouldn’t be able to get him back home 🤣 would definitely recommend!”

“Lynn was great! Sent periodic photos and was so pleasant the entire time, starting from before drop off to drop off. It sounds like my dog also got along with hers and her family! Would rebook with her again if I needed dog sitting.”

“Shevell is very responsive to messages/texts and the great communication helped me with planning the boarding, ensuring she knew our dogs Taylor and Charli's normal routines and behavior, etc., and just overall made me feel comfortable and at ease with her watching our pups. At drop-off, I met her oldest son who was going to help and he was sweet and great with Taylor and Charli. My dogs seemed to feel comfortable right when I dropped them off (our more nervous dog took longer, but even she started exploring right away lol)! Shevell sent me adorable updates during our trip and when I picked them up, Taylor and Charli seemed happy as could be. Shevell let me know that all went well, and they got along her dog - I couldn't be happier and will definitely be booking with her again!”

Karen took absolutely wonderful care of Waldo. He felt so comfortable that he even ate his food (which he rarely does when away from home). She sent photos daily, which my kids looked forward to with great anticipation. I will definitely be using her services again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
