About: I am very passionate about animals, I currently have one cat of my own and before she came along I was grew up with two dogs who lived to be fifteen and sixteen years old. At the moment I am only work part time so I have plenty of time to stop by and take care of your dog or cat I tend to avoid other dogs and do not have any in my home. When I go to the dog park, I prefer to wait until it’s empty and my dog can have free run.
About: I fell in love with dogs since the age of 4 after being terrified from my first encounter. But after a few more curiosity approaches, I went from being afraid to loving every dog I came across from walks and loving every dog I came across even on the roads. No matted fur or patches will stop me from giving it affection (ask my girlfriend about the dogs I pet on our trips lol) Any moods the fur baby gives I try to match so we both can say (or bark) “yeah this was a great day…now what about treats!” Tend to every need I can, have bathed my own fur baby but no experience with nail trimming (not forcing to do something they don’t like) and always love seeing that wide smiles either from play or from my belly scratches! Working full time so will really be available on every other weekend with some days in the week. Just message me and I’ll let you know my availability! Never want to miss meeting another fur-ones! Constant monitor when at play in case someone decides to eat something they had no business. Will always check area for random loose trash that might look to appetizing for the fur baby. We’re not getting no upset tummies in this (or your) household!

I’m willing to bathe your pets in addition to their basic needs. I know how to administer injections and other medications your pet may need. I take my currents pets out 3 times a day, and feed twice daily. I like taking them to parks once to twice a week if the owner is okay with that. I would take them out as many times as you see fit before and after class. If your pet is social they can play with my 10.5 year old and 3yr old. Both are very dog friendly and easy going. I do request them meeting outside before I bring them in. I do not believe in leaving your pets with mine while I am gone. Therefore the will be seperate when I must leave.

About: I used to co-own a lab mixed with a German Shepherd with my ex for a year starting when he was just 3 months old! I taught him some tricks like how to sit, paw, jump, and stay. I fed him whenever it was time to. I always picked up after him and only wanted the best for him even after my then partner and I broke up. I have had multiple long-term clients of 2-4 years. I love, LOVE dogs. I currently don’t have a job so I am available whenever to be there for you and your dog's needs like bringing them to the vet, groomers, or play dates with other dogs if you wish for me to do so too! I also have experience in taking care of senior dogs so I can administer medication, put on their diaper, etc. I have plenty of time in the day to take them out for anything and for them to release the energy they need. Love taking them out for long walks or even hikes! If we are at a place with a yard, I can take them out and play games with them to keep them active! I will always give photo and video updates whenever I can to help ease any worries.
About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. From a young age, I learned the importance of showing love, patience, and responsibility with pets of all kinds. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience through caring for my own pets, helping family and friends, and volunteering. I also have experience supporting senior pets and animals with disabilities, so I understand the extra patience, gentleness, and attention they may need. Since I don’t currently have pets of my own, I’m able to give your furry family members my full care and undivided attention. Whether it’s walks, playtime, administering care, or simply making sure your pet feels safe and loved, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I look forward to giving your pets the love and attention they deserve! Pet care easily fits into my weekly routine because I keep a flexible schedule. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care during both weekdays and weekends. Since I don’t currently have pets of my own, I can dedicate my full attention to your furry family members and adjust to their unique routines. Whether your pet needs early morning potty breaks, midday walks, or evening cuddles, I’m happy to work around their schedule to keep them comfortable and cared for. I care for pets in their own home where they feel most comfortable. I stick to their routine, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or medication, and give extra patience to senior and special needs pets. I make sure leashes are secure, doors are locked, and your home is respected. You’ll also get regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.
About: I’ve spent my whole life around dogs, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. While I’ve raised puppies—like my sweet girl River, who I had from 8 weeks old to 3 years—I’ve grown to love the rhythm and bond that comes with dogs at every stage of life. What sets me apart is a deep sense of patience, attentiveness, and love that comes from years of hands-on experience. I’m especially comfortable with routines, emotional needs, and making sure your dog feels safe and cared for while you’re away. Whether your dog is energetic, mellow, senior, or somewhere in between, I show up with calm energy, genuine care, and a heart full of love for every pup I meet. I currently work remote so I have the flexibility to go on walks during the afternoon, evening, early morning or whenever they need to go out! I’m currently in an house with no other pets. I have plenty of room for them to hangout and feel safe. I’ll make sure they get lots of cuddles and walks.

“Andretta is sunshine wrapped as a person! Firstly, she replied to my initial inquiry lightning fast and was very thorough in providing details and asking questions about what I needed. I had never done a dog walking service while being away; usually family could watch my dog but this time no one was available. Any reservations I had were immediately erased during the meet and greet with myself, her and my dog. While I was away, I got all of the notifications, reports and pictures from Andretta and felt so relieved that I could travel and know my dog was WELL taken care of! Not to mention, my dog loves her! Andretta is professional, detailed, knowledgeable and very sweet. If family isn’t available, I’ll be booking with her anytime I have to go out of town.”

About: Hi Pet Parents! ☺️🐾 My name is Taylor, I’m 30 years old, and I’d love to get to know you and your furry family! I know it’s stressful to leave your babies in the care of someone else, so I will do my best to make sure your pet’s time away from you is as fun and relaxing as possible! I have been pet sitting and house sitting since I was twelve years old and I also have over eleven years of experience working as a veterinary technician. You can have confidence that I will take great care of your pet(s) while you’re away, including being able to appropriately act in the instance of a medical emergency, thanks to my extensive knowledge and experience in the field of veterinary medicine. I will adhere to any instructions and/or special requests that you may leave for me involving the care of your young or senior pet(s). I’m a very tidy and respectful person and I will treat your home and space accordingly. It will only be me staying in your home, as I do not think it is professional to have others in your home while you’re away. I value your trust in me as your pet’s caregiver and I ensure you that every home I stay in and every pet I watch gets my tender love, care, and attention. I am consistent with keeping pet owners up to date on how their pet is doing with daily texts and pictures/videos. Upon request and for an additional fee, I also offer basic cleaning services and basic grooming services for homes and pets where I will be staying overnight. I can bathe your small, medium, or large dog(s) if you have a space for me to and you are confident that your dog will be behaved well enough for me to safely handle them on my own. It’s a great feeling to not only come home to clean house, but also a clean dog! If you are interested in any of the additional services that I offer, please ask me for some pricing details! I work remotely/hybridly, which allows me to work from mostly from home 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday during the week. Since I am lucky enough to work remotely, that means I will be able to work in your home during the day, which will allow me to be able to spend more time with your pets during my stay. When I do have to leave for work I will be gone for normally half a day 4-6 hrs. During my stay, I like to try to stick to your pet’s normal routine as much as possible, so that they stay as comfortable and as happy as possible while you’re away. I look forward to hopefully meeting you and your furry family soon!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for the past 4 years. From doggy daycare to a dog park and now dog grooming and dog sitting. I am currently working part time dog grooming. My schedule is flexible and am only away for 4 hours max when I do go to work. When I take care of dogs at my house they normally have free roam wherever I am in the house unless instructed otherwise by the owner. I’ll follow the schedule set by the owner and make sure they have plenty of time outside. As for in the owners home, we will still be following the schedule set by the owner. The dog will obviously be more comfortable in their own home so that’s a plus.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
