Our kitties came home happy, clean (I mention this because the first thing our two kitties stop doing if they feel any kind of stress is letting the shine on their coats diminish. What made the stay even better was that Crystal's daughter and son also took such an active role in the care of our cats, which was so wonderful as the the two cats have different temperaments and both seemed happy with their stay!
