About: I’ve gained abundant experience from pet sitting numerous dogs and cats over the past years along with raising our family pets. I have a decently flexible schedule, so I am able to step in on short notice if needed. I graduated from the University of Scranton earning my bachelor's degree in Biology. I also earned my associates in Medical Laboratory Technology at Penn State in 2025. I currently don’t have any pets, but I look forward to adopting a dachshund in the future. I would consider myself an organized and responsible individual. I am able to comfortably recognize an animal's behavior and their needs whether that is giving extra cuddles or just love from a distance. While I am taking care of your pets, your home will be in good hands. My goal is to make your time away from home as stress-free as possible by providing daily, detailed updates. I am looking forward to spending time with your fur babies! - Brittany I currently work day shift at UPMC as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. My schedule is fairly flexible, especially during late evenings and on weekends and holidays! I want your pet to feel comfortable in their own home with a complete stranger. I take my time with each animal learning and accepting their boundaries. My goal is to provide mental stimulation and to give them love while their loved ones are away.
“Erin was a phenomenal dog sitter! She was very responsive, provided daily updates, and took such good care of my dog Rosie. Rosie was so happy and was well socialized which is exactly what she needed. Will definitely be taking Rosie back to Erin in the future!”

“Kerrie did a wonderful job watching our dog Willow. She took the booking last minute, gave us periodic updates, as well as pictures, and made us feel very informed and assured that Willow was being taken care of. Our dog came home happy and adjusted back right away! We would book Kerrie again without a doubt!”

“We are so lucky to have Celestia and Ryan to take care of our senior dog Fiona. Pictures were sent several times a day easing my mind. Fiona takes medicine and I am never worried about her welfare while we are away. Thank you for always taking care of our sweet girl.”

“I can't say enough good things about the care that my pug received. My dog has special needs so I am always afraid of leaving her with others. Deanna updated me every day and made sure that Honey stuck to her normal routine and feeding schedule. It was so nice to be able to leave her with a loving family and not have to worry about her care.”

“Dannah and her dog Elphie are the best sitters! Dannah is very communicative and trustworthy. My dog is now best buddies with Elphie. She gets lots of exercise and attention when she stays with them. I always feel my dog is safe and well cared for. Dannah sends daily photos and videos of the dogs playing and cuddling together!”

“Alexandra always takes such good care of Rosie! Her own dog is such a good host too. Alexandra keeps me updated with fun pictures and videos that show that client dogs settle right into her comfy home. Definitely recommend!”
“Laura and her family were great! She sent pics/videos everyday which made us feel good about boarding our dog Palmer, she gave us an update everyday on how he was doing, making sure he was comfortable, and treated him as as if he was part of their family. It was a positive experience for all of us and I would highly recommend using Laura. We will definitely be using her again,”

“Steffany and Juan took great care of our dog for six nights while we were away. She enjoyed their company and the other pups that were with her. Definitely would work with them again before using a kennel.”

“Stephen and his daughter were incredible - we are so glad we booked with them and will again if we need to board our cats! Even before drop-off, I needed to change the date and time twice, and Stephen was extremely accommodating and understanding. He and his daughter gave our cats lots of attention. I think they are better brushed than when they are with us. Stephen sent photos and updates twice during our 6-day trip, and I'm sure would have sent more of I had asked.”

“Heather did such an amazing job watching our two dogs! Our little dog has a couple of behavior issues and Heather was beyond willing to work with her on those and make her feel at-home. I am extremely attached to my dogs but we had to leave them to get married. Heather made this process super smooth by sending daily updates and photos. I can’t thank her enough for giving my babies an amazing home for the week and giving me the peace of mind to have an amazing wedding.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Dundore
Michaela was so kind and caring to our Ali! We needed a place at the last minute for one night while we dropped off our daughter at Bucknell, and Michaela graciously accepted. Ali had a blast in their fenced in backyard and with the other furfriends. We will definitely call on her again!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Dundore home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Dundore.
<b>Tip:</b> You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Dundore sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
