His stay have him time to properly recover while being pampered and Lavished with attention by her and her family. My schedule has a few bumps in the road and I had to extend my stay. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. I currently have three beautiful huskies and volunteer at a shelter. I also partner with dog rescues to save shelter dogs. No dog left behind ❤️ Pet care is my full-time focus. I’ve structured my schedule to prioritize the animals in my care, ensuring they receive consistent attention, exercise, feeding, enrichment, and any specialized needs they may have. My flexibility allows me to accommodate a range of routines, including early mornings, evenings, and medication or behavioral support if needed. I treat each pet as if they were my own and intentionally build my day around providing them with reliable, loving care. I have a fenced yard as well as a separate area in my home for your dogs. My dogs are kept in their own area while your dogs are here.

About: I treat every pet like family and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I have experience caring for puppies with lots of energy and curiosity, as well as senior dogs who need a little extra patience, attention, and gentle care. Whether it’s sticking to a strict medication schedule, or just being a calm, reassuring presence, I adapt to each pet’s individual needs. Clear communication, daily updates with photos, and a warm approach are what I bring to every visit or stay. Pet care is a meaningful part of my daily routine. I have pets of my own, so caring for animals is already a big part of my everyday life. I have the flexibility to stay home throughout the week, which allows me to give pets the time, attention, and consistency they deserve—whether it’s daily walks, feedings, playtime, or overnight stays. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, so spending time with them isn’t just a task—it’s the highlight of my day. I’m organized, reliable, and always make sure each pet gets personalized care that fits their routine—not just mine. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in the client’s home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick closely to their usual routines—mealtimes, potty breaks, walks, and playtime—to help ease any stress or anxiety while their family is away. In my home, pets have a cozy environment with plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. I also send regular updates with photos so owners can feel connected and at ease.

“Mel is an excellent dog sitter! We booked our first day care before my dog, Lucifur, was diagnosed with some limiting orthopedic issues that will soon require surgery. That means he now has to have his movement someone restricted to protect him from injury. When I gave Mel this update and asked if he would still be able to care for Lucifur, he was enthusiastic to watch him. In fact, when I arrived on the first day, Mel had thoughtfully set up a secure area for Lucifur to relax in AND had a plan to keep our dogs separated so Lucifur wouldn't get over excited and run/jump around. Mel was really thoughtful in ensuring that Lucifur had an environment that was safe and he put me at ease. Lucifur enjoys hanging out with Mel and Roxy and I feel confident that he's in great hands. Mel will be out #1 Rover choice from now on!”

“Elvierys is great! She had look after my boy Solo twice and is been a great experience. She is sweet, courteous, and dedicated to make sure my baby had a good experience. Solo was timid on the first day but by the second day seemed to started to feel better and that's thanks to Elvierys. I would definitely recommend Elvierys, and hopefully there will be more opportunities for my boy to enjoy other times with her company. Thank you Elvierys! For the last couple of days.”

About: I've grown up around dogs my entire life, from energetic large breeds to playful small pups. This lifelong experience has given me a deep understanding of how to care for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Whether it's going on long walks, administering medication, or just spending quality time playing or cuddling, I treat every dog like my own. I'm attentive to each pet's individual needs and routines, and I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. I'm reliable, patient, and genuinely passionate about animals. I’m excited to provide loving care while you're away! I'm a college student back at home for summer break, and I currently work remote, so I'll have ample time to watch over your pups! My miniature poodle Tobi is very friendly with people and dogs, and especially loves big dogs. Your pet will be accompanied by Tobi and I throughout their stay! I have a miniature poodle at home already who is very friendly with other dogs, so if your dog gets along with other dogs we would be the perfect match for you. I have a small fenced backyard and doggy door where your dog can go in and out of the house at their own will. I also live a safe, gated community where I can take them on walks around the neighborhood. The house we live in is two stories, and if needed, I can block off the downstairs entry with a fence so that the dogs can have their own space downstairs.

About: I unfortunately do not have much experience with dogs but I am happy and willing to learn! I started working as a dog walker in another app 3 years ago so I know a little of what to expect and what things to bring with me just in case. As I mentioned, im fairly new to taking care of doggos but on the bright side, one of the things of being a college student is that im almost always home, thus, I will always be with the pet in case they need anything and I can for sure be with them all day 🥰 ( Currently I am volunteering at a hospital since I am on summer break from classes so I will be out of my house from 9-1:30pm but before and after that I am mainly home to take care of doggies. I want all owners to beware of this in my schedule in case they dont like their doggies being left alone for 4 hours or so. ( I will not be away from home more than that) Thank you for your patience and for your trust in me when taking care of your babies ❤️🥰 Im currently a full-time college student, thus, my schedule changes very often. Currently I am on summer break until late september so I am most free to take care of dogs but I did get into volunteering at a hospital monday thru friday so just beware that I will be gone from 9-1:30pm . I unfortunately do not have a fenced yard since I live in a small apartment but on the good side, It is only 3 of us who live in these apartments. So, there are no other pets in here and if I were to bring a pet, they would be comfortable since they would not be bothered by other pets! Also, I live very near a park so it would be easy to at least walk a bit and have the doggo do their business there 🥰

“Luis has rescued dogs from shelters for many years, and his passion for loving and caring for dogs makes him the ideal person to leave your dog with. He has a beautiful, fenced yard where dogs can safely explore and play. His house is also organized, clean and safe. Luis is reliable, honest, a good communicator. Treasure W.
“I met Treasure last year as a dog rescue and adoption advocate. She took on the selfless task of rescuing a pregnant mom from the euthanasia list and then assisting in birthing and adopting out all 8 of the litter! I got #8 :) since then, Treasure has been a mentor and a resource for me as I get more personally involved in dog rescue. She bases her advice not only on her vast experience with dogs, but she is truly passionate about “every life matters”. Our dogs have played together and I am confident in her ability to safely handle dogs, even notoriously “difficult to deal with” breeds such as husky escape artists. The morale of the story is, you can’t beat hiring a good human. Some people do this job just for the paycheck, but Treasure does this out of love. I have no doubt she will care for your pet as if it were her own.”

Hillgrove dog parents share their Rover experiences
Beautiful people with good hearts! We came to Ca for my mom’s funeral and found a puppy with a broken leg two nights before. We took her to an emergency vet and they put a cast on her, but she needed medication for her pain. We were desperate to find someone to care for her in this delicate condition during the services. This beautiful family took our little Hope at a moment’s notice to love and look after her- ANGELS! We DON’T know what we would have done without them. They kept us posted and communicated updates with cute videos and photos. We will never forget the kindness they gave our fur baby and our family during such a difficult time. Thank you all and god bless you!
