“Yuan was really sweet and caring to my dog. She sends me updates in the form of texts and videos that gave me peace of mind- knowing that my pet is in good hands. Grateful that she accepted my booking at the last minute, and some modifications. 10/10 💙”

“Jing was amazing! She was able to accommodate us at short notice and communicated with us very frequently! Our dog Brax seemed super happy and comfortable! We will definitely book her again! ☺️🐾”

“We had to leave our puppy with Eric for almost 10 days and he took good care of him. He frequently sent video updates and replied to my queries right away. Eric is very good with dogs and I could see how my baby was cared for.”

“Amy is so sweet and caring with my dog dumpling ! 🐶💛 Very detailed, kept me updated, and made sure everything was perfect. I could really tell she loves animals and treats them with kindness. My dog was happy and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and loving! 🌸”

“Anne and Jason were wonderful and took great care of our old dog Coco. They provided us with updates and pictures of our dog which gave us great peace of mind. She seemed so content with the care they provided that she almost didn’t want to come home. Would definitely have them watch my pet again.”

“Jessica and her family make our 2 Labs feel right at home. Our dogs are always excited to go there and the pictures Jessica shares encourage us while we are away and missing them.”

“I left my dog for the first time with someone he doesn’t know and Madalyn did a great job with him. He’s typically timid and afraid of being with someone else outside of my husband and I. She gave him time to adjust and catered to his need. She was awesome! Definitely bringing him back”

“Qiting is one of those people you want to tip because they do such a good job. Our second time using her and will be my number one choice as a sitter whenever we need her service. Thank you again Qiting!”

“Julie and Justin took such great care of our dog, Mia, while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. They kept us updated, sent photos, and made sure Mia was comfortable and well cared for the entire time. Mia can be a little shy at first, but she quickly warmed up to them, which says a lot. It was clear that they treated her like part of the family and genuinely cared about her well-being. We’re so grateful for their kindness and attention, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Thank you, Julie and Justin, for taking such wonderful care of Mia!”

“Valerie was great again with our dog, Travis! He usually needs a little bit of time to adjust being in a new place, and we always appreciate how patient Valerie is with him.”

“Dexter (my pug) had a nice stay with Rebecca at her home. He is old, blind and required some extra TLC. He came home happy and pooped from playing in her yard and making new dog friends. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and provided updates throughout his stay.”

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have had dogs in my life since I was 5 years old. I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs, and I genuinely love spending time with them. Over the years, I’ve owned multiple dogs and have experience caring for up to 4 dogs at once. Whether it’s going for walks, playtime, feeding, or making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved, I treat every dog as if they were my own. I currently work from home, so if your dog is staying with me, I’ll be home throughout the day to provide plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship. If you’re booking dog walking or drop-in visits, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to stop by reliably and ensure your pet receives the care they need. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac in a townhome with a fully fenced private patio. My home is equipped with exterior security cameras, as well as an indoor camera that overlooks the main living area for added peace of mind. I enjoy taking dogs on walks through my quiet neighborhood, and there’s also a large fenced park nearby for exercise and play. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m happy to accommodate that routine, and I also have a spare room available if they would benefit from having their own quiet space to relax.
“Jess did such an amazing job caring for our dog. This was our first time leaving him for an extended period of time and Jess made all of our worries melt away. Her daily pictures and updates put our minds to ease and ultimately we were so happy that we found Jess. We could tell that our dog was so happy in the pictures. Shoutout to Mookie as well! Thank you so much for taking excellent care of our dog. We highly recommend Jess to look after your dog.”

“We had a wonderful experience! She took excellent care of George and kept us updated with photos and messages throughout his stay. George looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for. She was very responsible, patient, and attentive to his needs. We would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!”

“Mike & Jahyung were the best! I was extremely nervous as it was my first time leaving Robin for an extended period of time (2 weeks). They sent daily updates with how she was doing along with many pictures and videos. I know she was probably anxious and nervous the first few nights, but I could clearly tell Mike & Jahyung went out of their way to help Robin feel comfortable and at home - I really appreciated this! The house is extremely clean and it has a large backyard that can be accessed at any time by the dogs. They also have their own dog Bendy who's very friendly and calm. Robin doesn't usually do very well with other dogs but it seems like her and Bendy really got along. She looked great and healthy when I picked her up and I feel more comfortable using the service again in the future - hopefully with Mike & Jahyung!”

“Eric and his partner, Monique (sorry if I got your name incorrect), were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I have been looking around for dog sitters, especially one that we can trust for a future long stay. And we are thrilled to learn that we have found our people! Eric and his partner were very attentive. They made sure that our dog, Ebony, was safe and well taken care of. They kept us constantly updated by sending pictures and videos. They also made sure to feed Ebony at her usual times and gave her her medication. She was definitely spoiled and we were happy to see that. We are looking forward to future stays.”

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience with a wide range of pets. I grew up with large herding dogs, so I’m very comfortable handling big, high-energy breeds. I also have a dog of my own who’s full of energy, and through multiple training courses I’ve learned effective ways to keep dogs engaged, exercised, and well-behaved. On top of that, I share my home with a cat, so I understand the different needs and personalities of both cats and dogs. Whether it’s puppy training, senior care, or managing pets with lots of energy, I bring patience, consistency, and a genuine love for animals.

“We chose Beverly as the first person to trust with our pets based on the positive things others have said in her reviews and we are very glad we did. She sent pictures and kept me updated the whole time. She was very responsive, communicative, flexible and went above and beyond. We are so happy with her services and the pets loved her. It feels great to have a trustworthy and kind person to reach out to the next time we need a pet sitter. Thank you so much Beverly!”

About: I have over 20 years of experience raising pets and have undergone professional training in veterinary care; I know how to care for both puppies and senior dogs. Pet care is a prioritized part of my weekly schedule. My typical routine includes dedicated blocks of time every day for pet activities: energetic morning walks, engaging mid-day play or check-ins, and relaxing evening walks. By keeping a stable schedule, I help pets maintain their regular home routines, minimizing stress and ensuring they get plenty of exercise and affection every day. 这个问题在 Rover 上主要是向宠主展示你对两种场景(自己家寄养 vs 客户家上门/代看)的具体照顾细节,突出你的安全性、环境适应能力和对宠主隐私/财产的尊重。 你可以直接使用以下模版,涵盖了这两种场景的回答: 推荐综合回答(兼顾自己家与客户家) In My Home (Boarding / Daycare): When pets stay at my home, I treat them like family! I keep my living space clean, fully pet-proofed, and completely safe. They have a designated comfortable spot for sleeping and resting, as well as plenty of room for indoor play. I strictly follow their familiar routine from home—including feeding schedules, exercise times, and potty breaks—to help them settle in comfortably and feel stress-free. In Your Home (House Sitting / Drop-in Visits / Dog Walking): When caring for pets in your home, my top priority is maintaining their comfort, security, and normal daily routine in their own environment. About: Although I am young, I’ve had a lifelong love for animals and I’ve fostered MANY cats and dogs with my loving family since I was a child. Through this, I have learned to syringe feed starving baby kittens when their mothers could not. I have developed the patience to work with rowdy or misbehaving pets. I have developed the heart to truly care for the living beings around me. I currently have two cats and I can safely say that I’m their favorite person in the household. That’s how you know you can trust me. Even the cats do. <3 I am currently a full time student studying biology and veterinary science! However, there are multiple huge gaps in my schedule that allow me to see your precious baby and make sure they’re safe. I’m typically available after 2 pm. For animals who might run, I will be *incredibly* careful to mind them. I know first hand how it’s like to lose your baby to their own curiosity and wanderlust. It’s difficult. I can empathize and I therefore have the care to prevent that as much as I can. Otherwise, I will keep an eye on them at all times, making sure they’re not getting into dangerous mischief!!

“We had a great experience with Joyce! She provided drop in visits for our kitten. She was very professional, pleasant and communicative. She provided detailed entries during her visits, including photos, which made us feel so at ease. Our kitten had a great time playing with her. I felt very comfortable working with her and will definitely be using her again for future visits!”

About: I’ve taken care of my dogs since I was 12 and grew up with dogs since I was a baby. I enjoy all animals, so am happy to be of service to any pets! I helped potty train the dog we got when I was 12 and also taught him all of his tricks. I love being around animals so please reach out if you need any services! I will be home from college toward the end of May until he middle of August and am available Monday through Saturday at any time. I will always keep my eyes on your pet when they’re outside and will make sure that they obey house rules if they are indoors.

About: I have one year of hands-on experience caring for my own cat. I am comfortable with feeding, changing water, cleaning the litter box, playing, and following daily routines. I understand that cats may need time and patience to feel comfortable, and I will treat every cat with care and respect.

About: Hi! I’m Judy. I’m a gentle, patient, and detail-oriented pet sitter, with a special love for cats. As a cat parent myself, I know how stressful it can feel to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I have experience caring for cats who need extra patience, including shy, senior, and medically fragile cats. I understand that some cats need play and attention, while others simply need a calm person who respects their space. For each visit, I will make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and a safe, calm environment. I will also send photos and updates so you know how your pet is doing. I pay attention to small details like appetite, energy, litter box habits, and changes in behavior. I speak both English and Mandarin Chinese and can provide updates in either language. I would love to help care for your cat while you’re away and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

I'm available to reach out freely if any questions or concerns may arise. I follow your pet’s regular schedule for meals, walks, and playtime whenever possible. I use secure leash handling, maintain cleanliness, and pay close attention to behaviorial signals. I’m also prepared to coordinate with your vet and keep you updated as necessary.

“Katya was responsive and communicative from the moment I reached out through the end of her petting sitting for us. She cared for our cats and tortoise while we’re away for a long weekend. Katya cared for our pets like they were her own, sent us photos, and shared about how they were doing. If we need pet sitting again on the future, we will definitely book her again!”

“Awesome and very pleasant to work with! She's willing to accommodate our schedule! So glad knowing Katie! She takes good care of the cats, sending video updates, and easy to get hold off. Highly recommended!”

About: Professional Pet and House Sitter Are you looking for a loving, responsible, reliable, and trustworthy sitter to care for your pets and home? I have experience as a professional pet and house sitter, which also includes years of being blessed with pet companions and owning and maintaining several properties. Know that your pets will be well loved, cared for, and given the attention that is required while you are away if you choose to hire me. One of my pet sitting highlights was a position for five months in Vieques, PR, caring for four cats, a garden and home. During this time I donated my services weekly at the Humane Society walking dogs —as it lights me up to give back to the community. I work from home and have a wonderful background in coaching, wellness, and business. If you need any additional services, please inquire. (Phone calls, mail, security, transformational life coaching, sober companion and recovery mentorship - in addition to regular rate.) As well as a background in pet sitting and property management, I also have worked in holistic health, energy work, spirituality, recovery mentorship and life coaching. Now that I have raised my child and no longer have any pets of my own, it gives me great joy to care for those you love. References available upon request. Thank you for your consideration. Why I love dog sitting Dogs have been a part of my life for the past 40 years. As a young child my family had toy poodles and a Lhasa apso. Later in life, I was blessed with a Husky and three Cocker Spaniels that accompanied me on life's journey. Growing up, we were also blessed to share the company of several cats as well. They were mostly outdoor adventurers...but also enjoyed quality time with our family. Sharing time walking dogs at the Vieques Island Humane Society in Puerto Rico during a five month visit was a highlight in my life. It gave me an opportunity to work with a great variety of breeds as their shelter houses 100+ dogs (with another 50 in foster care). I also took a lot of great photos and helped them gain greater visibility for their shelter. It was rewarding to make a difference while there. I am known to be a bit of a mystical nomad because of my love of travel. Dog and house sitting on this adventure of life has helped create a lifestyle that allows me to pursuit my passion for exploring this beautiful world. I work from home and love animals (with currently none of my own), so happy to share love with your fur babies! It brings me joy to be outdoors and share walks, so they will be sure to enjoy some play time too! Please share with me details that make your pets feel loved and comfortable. Let me know how to best keep your little ones happy, the level of attention that works best for them.

“Mel is an excellent dog sitter! We booked our first day care before my dog, Lucifur, was diagnosed with some limiting orthopedic issues that will soon require surgery. That means he now has to have his movement someone restricted to protect him from injury. When I gave Mel this update and asked if he would still be able to care for Lucifur, he was enthusiastic to watch him. In fact, when I arrived on the first day, Mel had thoughtfully set up a secure area for Lucifur to relax in AND had a plan to keep our dogs separated so Lucifur wouldn't get over excited and run/jump around. Mel was really thoughtful in ensuring that Lucifur had an environment that was safe and he put me at ease. Lucifur enjoys hanging out with Mel and Roxy and I feel confident that he's in great hands. Mel will be out #1 Rover choice from now on!”

“Valerie was wonderful with my senior dog who is slow to warm up, gave her lots of attention and patience and helped her to have a great day. I loved receiving all of the photos and a couple short videos. Thank you!”

“Eunice was great as responding quick and Kobe had a great time at her home. There were multiple updates throughout the day. I will definitely use her services again for Kobe.”

“Georgina was the most amazing dog care giver ever! I was visiting the area and needed a place for my dog to be cared for sunburning the day. The day before our first visit my dog cut up his pads on all feet. Work her past experience as a Vet tech, show game me great advice on how to heal him. His stay have him time to properly recover while being pampered and Lavished with attention by her and her family. My schedule has a few bumps in the road and I had to extend my stay. She was able to help me by last minute shuffling things around for having Moki a place to stay during the day. I think Moki didn't want to come home! Highly recommend”

“Luis was wonderful! It was my first time using rover and I couldn’t imagine a better sitter than Luis. We left our 11 month husky for one day and she normally will have separation anxiety from me and my partner. Luis was so kind to send photos and videos throughout the day to ease our worry. Ruby was well behaved and calm and most importantly she had such a fun time, they played, he gave her favorite treats. I know our husky has a new best friend. Will definitely be re booking again!”

At my home, that means daily walks, playtime, and making sure pets get both exercise and mental stimulation. In a client’s home, I follow their established routines so pets feel comfortable and secure, whether that’s feeding on a schedule, sticking to training cues, or keeping up with walks and play. I always tailor care to each pet’s needs and personality, so they feel safe, loved, and well cared for.

About: I’ve been a loving dog mom for the past 20 years. I’ve loved and cared for Mochi, our 19 yr old Shih Tzu who recently passed away. I’ve devoted myself to making sure Mochi lived a long and happy life, which he did! Now, with no pets and more free time on my hands, I would absolutely love to care for your fur baby! I’m currently retired and spend most of my time with my grandson. I would love to fit dog boarding into my flexible schedule as I am home a lot of the times. I spend most days with my 4 year old grandson, so the house is very much baby proofed. Dogs are like our children! I’m very mindful about keeping anything toxic or with chemicals on high shelves, toilet seat covers down, and trash bins covered.
“I booked Beverly for consecutive walks with my dog while I’m away at work and I am so glad I did! It was very apparent that Beverly was very knowledgeable with working with dogs. Beverly communicates really well before, during, and even after the walks! It really gave me peace of mind to know that my dog was in amazing hands! Would without a doubt re-book with Beverly again!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life and grew up on a farm, where I was hands on with daily feeding, cleaning, health checks, and overall care for a wide range of animals. My experience goes beyond household pets and includes livestock and small animals, giving me a strong foundation in animal behavior, safety, and routine based care. Over the years, I’ve worked with and owned dogs, cats, rats, birds, reptiles, and aquatic species. This includes high experience lizards, tortoises and turtles, spiders, and large fish that require specific habitat setups, temperature control, and consistent maintenance. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions for feeding schedules, enclosure cleaning, lighting and heating needs, and handling animals with very different temperaments and routines. My farm experience includes assisting with animal births, such as helping deliver piglets, as well as hatching and raising chickens from chicks. These experiences taught me how to stay calm, observant, and attentive to animals’ needs, especially in situations that require patience, cleanliness, and responsibility. I currently have two well-trained, energetic dogs of my own, so I understand the importance of consistency, structure, enrichment, and safety. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, high-energy dogs, seniors, and pets with unique personalities or established routines. I welcome pets of all kinds and genuinely enjoy learning each animal’s unique routine, preferences, and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I work part-time, which allows me to give your pet plenty of time, supervision, and individualized attention. I have a fully fenced yard and access to safe walking paths for exercise and enrichment. While I don’t keep crates on hand, I’m happy to use one if provided and will follow all care instructions exactly as requested. I provide calm, routine-based care and follow all instructions exactly as provided. I’m experienced with dogs, cats, exotics, and small animals, including habitat and specialized care needs. Safety, consistency, and clear communication are always my priority. I also have a fenced yard and access to many Mountain View hiking trails!

About: Hi! My name is Rosa 🌹I’ve been dog sitting for several years. I had a dog child, her name was Blanca. She was the most sassy husky I had ever met. She enjoyed running and staying active so I learned to enjoy it too. She was the reason I got up many times. Unfortunately she passed away December 2025. She taught me many many things and I’ll forever miss her for the rest of my life. I know she’d want me to continue being in other pets life too. That is why I’m continuing to dog sit and hang out with different breeds. To continue sharing my love and care even if my Blanca isn’t with me anymore. I like to run, walk, hike, and even just stay at home and have lazy days. I adapt to their routine very quickly. I’ve taken care of puppies and senior babies. If you have anymore questions please reach out and I’d be happy to chat more. I have a flexible schedule during the week. For example, check-ins or dog walking, I like to get my steps in and nothing better than having a furry friend to accompany me! Respecting my clients homes is my priority. I want to make sure your fur child is comfortable, safe and most importantly happy. I like to discuss their routine first and make sure I follow it that way the fur baby’s routine does not change and confuse them.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up in a dog - loving family, caring for breeds of all sizes - from Labrador Retriever and Beagle to my current Labradoodle. Through the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of dog behavior and how to care for each pup based on their unique personality and needs. I’m very detail-oriented, responsible, and easy to reach - I prioritize clear communication and am available 24/7 for updates or questions. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and loving environment for your dog, just like home. I’d love to learn more about your pup and how I can give them the best possible experience. Please feel free to share any details, preferences, or routines! My husband and I both work from home, so there’s almost always someone here to keep your dog company and make sure they’re well cared for throughout the day. We want every dog in our home to feel safe, comfortable, and included - not like they’re simply being “watched.” Our goal is to keep your dog entertained, secure, and happily engaged while they’re with us. We have a big yard that allows the dogs plenty of outdoor space to run around and sun-bathe when they need to. There are different areas in the house that we can section off if your dog needs more quiet and alone time. We have built a safe and trusting environment to accommodate different needs.

“She was amazing. She took care of my Kola my Samoyed and sent me a lot of videos through out the day. He had a blast at her house. The videos consist of her feeding him, and him playing with all the other dogs. He had so much fun playing with his new friends that he didn’t even want to come home. I highly recommend her 💕”
